I am a phlebotomist used to work for st joseph hospital . From real hands on experience i can ensure that this facility does not care to put well trained phlebotomist. Usually people who work there are very rude and improper with patients. Avoid this facility if you dont want to experience any awkwardness .

The lady that works there is very rude,someone needs to complain to her bos..no professionalism whatsoever

I was there at 4:00pm and the girl didn’t want to take me she told it was closed,so I called and she answered I asked her what time you guys closed and she said at 4:30pm so I told her I was there at 4:00pm and you told me you are closed,so she’s liar i was with my son because he needs an important exam and she doesn’t care.Bad customer service and she had an attitude.In tpur page said you closed at 4:30 pm and they closed before.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would do it, the phlebotomist Ana who attends the place has a terrible attitude, has no patience, consideration is despotic and arrogant and treats children in the same way
