Please DO NOT use this company. I scheduled towing service at 1pm today through Statefarm.Around 1:20ish i called to see if they were on the way. The girl i spoke on the phone said driver is on the way. So i waited till about 1:40. I made a second call and this time, a guy picked up. He asked me couple question like make of car etc and he put me on hold. THEN he hung up on me. First i though that connection was bad.. so i called back again and surprisingly somebody picked up and heard my voice and HUNG UP on me… i called a about 3 times afterward but didnt pick up..i called Statefarm and statefarm tried to reach them as well but same result. Its really RUDE to just lie that driver is on way And hung up on customer who is in need!!! Its FINE if you dont want to take job but please do not LIE that driver is on way and not cool to hung up on customer who desperately needs help. Ill never do business with this company. I hope people who work here get into same situation as me and be ignored and lied! Thank you for wasting my time. You are best at wasting others time :)
