I was having such a rough morning and it was early too, around 7:30 AM, my brakes were acting up and so I called AAA, they sent a tow truck from BN Pasadena Towing and they were such nice people. The tow man was very nice and made me feel a lot better, they gave me a free brake checking because I have AAA and they had my car fixed and ready to go within an hour, they were so genuine and had snacks coffee and water in the waiting room. Reliable, knowledgeable and friendly I would recommend to anyone with any car issues.

I never thought Id write a positive review for a towing company but Val was the consummate professional - prompt, proficient, enthusiastic and seemed like a genuinely good guy. I needed my car jump started and a battery replacement and Val made it all happen in short order.

I called their office for a quote and gave all my necessary details. Driver comes over and AFTER my vehicle was all loaded up informs me that the price is now DOUBLE what I had got quoted for. Driver managed to get my vehicle to workshop safely but that is extremely shady and unethical business practice.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! These guys are amazing. Rick was there in less than 10 minutes, he was very helpful, friendly (and cute). Theyre prices and services are the best in the area. Definitely recommending them to all my friends and family.

Great towing company I have ever used. I was stranded and they came right away to pick me up. I only had to wait 20 mins, and the ride back with Rick was safe and quick. My car got to where it needed to go. Excellent service, would definitely recommend!

I didnt actually get to have a tow ( was too far from them ) but wanted to write that I appreciate that he told me it would be cheaper to get someone else closer to me. My radiator blew last week Friday evening in Pasadena to find that there isnt much help when it comes to affordability in these dire consequences. I understand that market value on costs for towing should be competitive but these guys are better than the rest! Took them about 30 minutes to arrive and the gentleman who helped me out was as friendly and courteous as can be, even on a cold rainy night! The tow was $30 less than what other companies were charging, so Ill be calling these guys if it ever happens again. Thanks.

Heres a local towing company that has definitely surpassed any customer service expectation that I have ever had. He has provided great service without expecting a whole lot. The towing industry needs more people like Rick- who are willing to solve our car issues and get us going! Highly recommend.

Never in my life have I had to pay a passenger fee.Paid $220.Flat bed to tow a car for about 3 miles within Pasadena$120 towing charge$68 roadside assistance... for what? towing the car? isnt that part of the $120 fee already? Again have use other companies and its a flat fee to tow which included the labor of mounting the car plus miles. never for same type of service have I had to pay roadside assistance. Mind you we were on the side of the street not on a fwy or hwy or hard to get to. Car was not in an accident. no damage to car that would have required roadside assistance besides just mounting the car... and again that is usually part of the towing fee not an extra charge.$34 for a 2nd passenger. The passenger cabinet was dirty full of boxes. Again never had to pay a passenger fee... EVER . I am a 20 year old female college student at Pasadena City College. I went to class and came out and found my car wouldnt start I called them, they took an hour and 10 minutes to call me and tell me that theyre still on their way. I say okay they say I tell them that it is a low entrance and they need to bring a correct truck. The dispatch says she will contact the driver and let him know . When ghebtow driver gets there, it is a huge truck that cant fit to get to my car. I called the dispatch. And I complain because I am a female and it is 11:30 at night on a college campus where there has been rapes in the last 2 weeks. I tell them not to come because I called another tow truck place. Th ey said that if I let them come out, it would be for free. When they get there, they werent able to start my car. I told them to leave and to not tow my car because I have another tow truck for that. Since the dispatch told me the visit would be free, I didnt expect the tow truck driver to tell me that I have $150 bill. The tow truck driver proceeded to bully me and block the exit and the entrance so the other tow truck guy would not be able to help me. Mind you it is almost midnight in a deserted parking structure with a man I cant trust on an empty college campus where there have been rapes recently. I called my father whom lives in another state. I also called the police and the school security. The dispatch called me and tried to bully me into the $150 charge for no jump no tow and no resolution. I proceeded to write down the tow truck drivers information. He started backing out the driveway very fast so I couldnt get the information. What he didnt know is I have a picture of him, his badge, his license number on the side of his truck, and a picture of his license plate (19200G1) already. When the police officers came out, I reported him, filed a complaint and gave them all the information. I also gave the information for BN Pasadena Towing. They tried to physically threatening me. The dispatch threatened to charge my card, but I already called my credit card company and told them to stop payment. I am writing this because people have daughters that go to college and are alone on campus and in their dorms. With all the shootings at schools going on right now you shouldnt have to worry about the tow truck guy physically threatening you. Protect your family protect your love ones and stay safe by never using this company.

I called this place after I found the number through Google and the guy that answered the phone was definetly rude. I dont know how many other people think its a good idea to request a tow truck driver without getting a quote or estimate on around how much the service would cost but thats not for me. If customer service is great all day at this place they must go on break at 8 oclock because the guy that answered the phone at 8:11 pm was acting like by asking him for an estimate I was doing something wrong. Outta control, wont be calling them ever again.

DO NOT Give these people your business. They are swindlers. I cannot believe they tried to take advantage of my husband. They over charged him for services he did not have. We tried contacting their office only to be told that the fees we accurate and that we could go ahead and file a complaint. Do not trust them! This is an unethical business. Marques was the driver who came out and gave us a huge ordeal on why the cost was going to be so high. We are going to dispute this and take further legal action in necessary.

We had Val come out, he was great, honest and helped us quickly with our issues. I hope we never need them again, but will definitely call them if we do.

This is a horrible business. They charged my husband and I $190.00 for a five minute (if that) jump start claiming that their service fee was $75.00 and $75.00 for labor plus a mileage fee! We live in Pasadena and this place is in Pasadena but the driver came from northridge! Worst place do not use! I called and asked to speak to manager and they would not take my info down for the manager to call me back.
