From the moment I emailed, Tom was very responsive. He quickly emailed a reasonable quote and directions on how to ship and package the retainer. Once I emailed him that I had shipped the retainer he replied that he would let me know when he received it, which he did. My retainer was quickly repaired in about 4 days and shipped priority back to me. He sent me the email with the tracking number and two days later I had my repaired retainer back. It is sad to say that it is rare to receive excellent customer service, but this is just what my experience was with Orthologistics! It took a bit over a week from the time I shipped my retainer until I received it back. I highly recommend Orthologistics for your retainer repair!

About 6 days I emailed them to check on the status of the repair and he sent me the pictures of the repaired retainer with the link to make the payment. The very next day I paid by credit card and in 2 days I received it at home. The final product is amazing. You could never say it was broken before. I received AMAZING customer service and repairs. Tom was very courteous, professional, quick and efficient. After receiving my broken retainer on Thursday of last week I was emailed proof of the repair within 24 hrs. And the repaired retainer was shipped and I was provided a tracking number within 4 hours of submitting payment. The retainer looks as if it were never broken and it fits perfectly! My sons retainers broke and his Dr wanted $630 to fix them. Called this place and the owner was extremely helpful he ask me to send him a couple of pictures of the damage.He checked them out gave me the price. $100.00 to fix both upper and lower. Sent them in took about 10 business days as he told me and got them back both fit like a glove and he even got the color pretty close as well. Excellent experience, super nice people.
