I got my wisdom teeth removed about maybe 2 months ago. I can’t even describe how nervous I was about going through with the procedure but everyone was so reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. The procedure itself was super quick. I highly recommend Dr. Vo.

Never will I go back here. I made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth extracted and I went in a couple of days prior and they did a deep cleaning. The next day I was in excruciating pain (I thought was from my wisdom teeth) I called in to see if they could give me pain meds and they said no, they wanted to wait till I came in for my extractions 4 days later. So, each day the pain became worse. When the day finally comes for my extraction, I was told I had an infection, they proceeded with the extraction anyways instead of healing my infection first. Once they were done I made it known that I would need a stronger pain med than normal because I couldnt handle the pain already. So, I get my scripts and go to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tells me they only prescribed me over the counter Tylenol. At this point I was very livid and in incredible pain as the shots were wearing off. The pharmacist ended up calling the office for me explaining to them what they didnt proscribe as the office didnt understand the problem. I then had to go back up to the office for them to finally give me a correct prescription for pain medication 4 hours after my extraction. I do not recommend at all.

This is the dentist for our entire family! Fast friendly and affordable. You wont regret choosing Harmony Dental.And the office is really clean which is a must. They usually get us in and out pretty fast which makes my daughters braces tightening so much easier than what I remember as a kid.

I took my 18 years son to get his wisdom tooth removed and he had a horrible experience. First of all the dental assistant was getting all the dental instruments out of the sterilized packages with bare hands. She didn’t have gloves on. Then the dentist seemed to be in a hurry even that we arrive 45 min earlier to get my son prepared and he injected the anesthesia and don’t even 30 seconds later he was attempting to pull my son’s tooth. My son was crying in so much pain. We told the doctor why he was doing that without giving the anesthesia some time to work. After that he gave my son 4 more shots one after another and put some gas on him even if we said we didn’t want to use gas so he could go ahead and get the work done right away. He finally pull my son’s wisdom tooth and sent him home without a follow up appointment. I had to call back and ask for that. They seem to be careless. They only care about collecting the insurance and our money too. Also they offer a $5 Starbucks cards to people for good reviews.

Not sure where to start... Ive been going to this dentist for about 3 years, as they were fair priced, and did decent work. However, today I went for my usual 6 month check up/cleaning, and was surprised that they have almost doubled the fee that I have always been paid in the past (I pay ALL out of pocket). I have to say that this was the worst experience Ive ever had any dentist. First issue: my appointment was for 2 pm, but I didnt get called back until 2:30 pm (because I overheard them saying that everyone was still out to lunch). Then the dentist that saw me this time thought he was trying to drill a hole through my teeth!?! Also, the helper didnt seem to pay much attention, as I was getting a face wash the whole time too; water running down the side of my face and neck....To top it off, on my way out I mentioned to the lady behind the counter, that it was a very bad experience, and she just said ok...didnt ask why, didnt say sorry to hear....just OK...Three stars for previous experiences, but should be adjusted to ZERO stars for this most recent, and last, visit.I would not recommend this place to any friends or family.

Are used to have bad teeth my two teeth in the front or cricket or it was more obvious for a lot of people to notice it was hard for me to go through junior high and knowing I was going to high school I was not comfortable I finally convince my mom to take me to this dental she heard about so far I seen the results in two months right on time for the beginning of my high school year this was the best decision that my mom could’ve done for me change my life and also to stuff my confidence. I love how their customer service is they’re very funny enjoy my time being there also they have TV screen on the ceiling so I won’t get bored there very awesome love this place

Am happy with my services. My procedures have been incredibly painful.One of the issues I had, Dr. Parks told me, this is not normal lol. He, Nicole, Amy and the front staff have done everything in their power to ensure I am comfortable. Dr. Parks is no longer at this facility (I soooo miss him). I have a few more visits to complete my procedures. All in all, so far, so good!

I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed Last December in Mexico and had an infection. Without me telling the orthodontist what was wrong he went ahead and fixed it! I loved the service and felt comfortable. After, I decided to have my braces done in this location. Happy Customer!

I heard about this place by a friend. I was scare to take my teen daughter because I thought it was going to be too much. I finally came in and they work with you. The best part NO DOWN. The front office staff is friendly as was the x-ray tech and the assistant, however the doctor I saw acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. He was not very polite or respectful and when you are in pain, those things are important. I initially came in in pain, needing/requesting same day treatment and also wanted a second opinion for the TX plan I had already been given by another dental office. While I am thankful to have saved some money on the procedure I had done here, I dont think that I will be back.

Ive been coming here for theist 2 years receiving treatment for my braces that I received from them. I have been pleased with their services. I have referred friends and my daughters are now about to receive braces from them as well. No complaints at all!

Worst experience ever!!! I had my wisdom tooth removed and a week and a half later still with the pain!! I have had to be on pain medication since. Dentist said it was normal. I was worried about it so I called dentist he did see me on Monday 3 days after surgery. After the receptionist said scheduled a week follow up. I get to the dentist appointment and dentist said I didn’t have to see him. I told him it’s been a week for the follow up he said I saw you last week, 3 days after surgery. (I was supposed to have a week follow up??!!!! )Then he tells me I have a hole still that needs to close and said it will heal with time which I had food stuck in there he gave me a surenge and told me to rinse when I got home??!!! (He didn’t even bother to help me clean it there.) Then he said he doesn’t need to see me anymore. When I called for a second time (because my pain was excruciating and I was worried of course it being a week later!!! He told his receptionist he had already seen me and talked to me about it!!! Basically telling me to butt off!!! I told the receptionist of course I know I have been seen but this pain is horrible I just wanted to make sure I was ok. Make story short he was a smart butt!!! I had my braces here so I didn’t think anything of it am glad they switched over I will not be coming back again. Horrible experience with the dentist receptionist are always friendly.

Went in yesterday on a last minute appointment, as a first time patient. Putting in my information and getting started was a breeze. The staff were very friendly and addressed any concerns I had. I get incredibly nervous at doctors/dentist etc and I have to say they were all very comforting. Dr. Allamarvdasht was incredibly kind and helpful. He was willing to pull all 3 of my incredibly stubborn wisdom teeth and fill a cavity I had all in one session. Pricing was more than fair with insurance and I would definitely recommend people to come here for the great quality of service at a fair rate. As someone who fears doctors, I will definitely be coming back to Harmony Dental Pasadena.

Great front office staff, absolutely love the welcoming as I am a patient with high anxiety. I had an emergency and Janeli was able to schedule me in at a reasonable time to get treated. Denises, the manager made sure I was comfortable for my upcoming procedure due to my history of anxiety. Dr A was very attentive and answered all questions and concerns. Claudia the assistant was absolutely sweet and caring. Would definitely recommend this office! Today was my first time here. I went in for an extraction I must say since the first call I made till I walked out the office it was very professional and GREAT!!.
