I’ve came here for a while now & have only used service from Tiffany, which she was great. Now that Tiffany is gone, I’m still coming here trying to give other techs a try before going elsewhere but the customer service is so unprofessional. Tiffany is no long here so I will find a new place. These people choose who they want to greet & offer drink to their customers. If you don’t enjoy your job then don’t do this. How do they expect good tips with bad attitudes.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a few years now. The staff is very friendly and everyone does a wonderful job! My go-to for nails is Lee :) I recommend them to anyone in the area.

They do an amazing job everyone. Moon has been doing nail designs for me and she is extremely talented! I highly recommend you visit Moon if you want to do nail design.

I’ve been looking for a good nail place in the area and saw “Artist Nail and Spa” had really good reviews and I also saw a lot of people mention Tina. So that’s who I made my appointment with and I must say she is AMAZING!!! I finally found a good nail place in the area, plus they are super friendly and they don’t get all rushy rushy and start getting sloppy when a lot of people come in. I recommend this place and Tina!

Amanda and Tiffany are the BEST!! However every single technician here is AMAZING! I’ve been coming here for years and I am very picky! Yet, I ALWAYS leave satisfied and happy. Amazing work and amazing customer service. You wont regret your visit here!!:)

Such a peaceful experience. I hadn’t, of course as many others, enjoyed a pedicure since before Quarantining began in March. This was well worth the wait. Clean environment, peaceful music and great service. On top of that I didn’t have my mask with me on this particular day and a gentleman gave me one! I’ll be back! Tiffany did an excellent job.

Horrible experience, came in after quarantine superexcited to get my nails done. Picked out a dip powder color from the pre painted nails and the man got to work, well the color that I picked was completely different from what he put on my nails. I picked a light pink color and he put on an almost highlighter pink color. When I told him it wasn’t the color i chose he said that he would file them down and it would get lighter, well they didn’t. He then put gel over to change the color, it didn’t make much of a difference. I ended up leaving the nail place with bulky and fat, bright pink nails! I was so frustrated towards the end of the experience that I just left it alone. While he was doing my nails he dropped the nail polish 3 separate times. I understand he might be rusty since he had not done nails in about 2 months but come on 3 times?! One of the times it got all over my Gucci sneakers, he didn’t even apologize. I will never go back and I suggest that no one goes to this place. I hated my nails so much I went to a different place the next day and got them re done, at the end of the day I spent about $90 to get a simple dip manicure because I had to go somewhere else to get them taken off and redone after going here.

I walked in and no greeting. They immediately asked what I wanted I told them a manicure with dip and a pedicure. I signed in with my requests as well. 10 min later a man walked in and sat me in a chair. He asked if I wanted tips I said no. He didnt give me the manicure I requested just did the dipping... he cut me several times on my cuticles (hints why I needed a manicure first 🙄) then everyone kept asking if I wanted the pedicure. No thank you. Ill go somewhere else. I wont be going back.

This nail shop is the best! The staff is always so friendly, and their pedicures are really good. They use stones, hot wax, massage, exfoliate, etc. I highly suggest giving this place a shot. Its also really clean inside. Doesnt look like the typical nail salon. It has plenty of space.

Really nice staff and environment. I like it because they dont rush you to pick out a color and take the time to listen to how you want your nails done .

Im giving 2 stars because the gentleman that did my nails really did a good job. As far as my experience...when I walked in the door I was not greeted at all. The nail tech whose station is close to the door looked up and looked right back down and continued to work. Then a gentleman stood up and asked to help me. Halfway through getting my nails done I was asked if I wanted something to drink which I politely declined. While getting my nails done a woman walked in and the nail tech in the front looked up and gave her a friendly hello. Then a few minutes a couple walked in and she gave them the same greeting. Towards the end of me getting my nails done I asked the gentleman if I could get my toes painted in which he answered yes. There was then some chatter between the techs and I heard one eventually saying paint toes and then they continued to talk and giggle. When I got up to pick my nail color one of the techs that were talking looked down at my feet when I passed her. This was the same tech that didnt greet me but greeted others. All in all I did not feel comfortable at all in this salon and told the gentlemen that Id rather not get my toes painted and I just wanted to leave. (I was never rude to anyone btw although I felt that maybe I shouldve been). After I left I called and spoke to the gentleman and thanked him for doing my nails because he did a good job but I will never return because I felt so uncomfortable there. I also told him that its probably not a good idea for the staff to pick and choose who they are going to greet when customers come in. We all just want to get pampered and relax....not feel uncomfortable.

Absolutely love this place! No matter what nail tech I have been with I always love my nails! So sweet and this is the only place Ive been going to for almost a year already! ❤️

Vinny and One are the best!!! I love Vinny because I can show her a picture of what I want and she knows exactly what to do! One is a perfectionist and takes her time, she makes sure every nail is perfect and doesn’t rush!!!

Super clean salon. Its bright and modern. They do great work here and Im incredibly picky. They offer drinks while youre getting your nails done too, sida, water, wine.

Tina is amazing! I was a difficult client today, but she had patience with me. My nails look beautiful. Go see her!

Love this nail salon. Amanda and Tina do the best full sets, refills, pedicures and waxing. Everyone who works there is friendly, its always very clean and their prices are reasonable for the area.

Ive been to many different nail salons in Pasadena but always seem to come back here. Yes there are times I am In a rush and have to go with new tech who isnt as great as the other but thats all the time. I love this place, the environment is great!

Tina is amazing. Perfect everytime and very clean. Nails last forever, I can go easily 4 weeks if needed.

I wish there was an option for no stars. They do not properly clean their equipment! Stay away from this place if you don’t want infections from a pedicure. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They should be reported to the health department for their lack of cleanliness and sanitation practices.

Tiffany does good on pedicures and Lily does good on nails, better to make an appt.

Super rude staff and owners since they first opened to now. Also they will make fun of you for literally anything, and as if speaking it wasn’t enough they will make widening hand gestures towards plus sized people and crack themselves up. The people who own this place are pathetic and undecent people. Just an fyi they love to over charge people just for the fun of it. They charged me $5 more than they charged my friend when we got the exact same nail color and proceedure done. If I had known this at check out I would have fought it but I didn’t know of this until after the fact. Anyways I would suggest you actually read their pricing menu before you let them rip you off.

I used to go here for almost 3 years but it has gotten bad ! i got a Toe fungus two days after my pedicure !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR PEDICURES !!! WARNING ! i had NEVER gotten a toe Bacteria. this place needs to be inspected i agree !!

The person who did my nails was rude from the start. She did such a terrible job Im going to have to re-file my nails myself or have an actual professional at Nails Club redo them. Such a huge disappointment! I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
