Store didn’t open until 15 minutes before my appointment time (not the issue except for the fact that they didn’t realize I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance). They proceeded to ask if I could come back in 3 hours. Not ideal customer service. Can’t speak on their actual work though.

Friendly staff. The owner always remembers my name. Very clean and theyve got all the COVID safety precautions in place. So glad they are bask open!

Randomly stopped in while in Pasadena and I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Im usually disappointed with most nail salons but this one is great! Its a small nail salon but very comfortable and quiet. The staff is incredibly friendly and they did a great job with my gel manicure as well. They have lots of gel colors to choose from too. Will definitely be going back! :)

I went and got a simple gel pedicure. I came in with gel already on my toes and the one that did my pedicure was Tammy. Not only did she not know how to fully remove the gel but she was using the cuticle cutters to scrape off the gel and ended up poking me so hard I was bleeding. Then proceeded and used alcohol to clean my toes (my toe was burning so bad) and my pedicure looks horrible. This is the worst experience I have ever had. And if you come here, download Venmo or bring cash. They don’t take debit/credit cards. I will not be coming back. 7/1/2018

I love this place! I get my gel nails done on my lunch break. They are efficient but do a great job-- my gels always last 3 weeks. They have a frequent guest card and guarantee the gels for 2 weeks. Nice family-owned place. They dont have spa chairs for pedicures. They are cash only but do take Venmo.

I go here for my semi-regular pedicures. The salon is not super fancy, so I hope youre okay with the simple basics for a nail salon. They dont have the fancy footbath, massaging chairs, but the people are nice and efficient, and the place is clean. Cash only! They do a great job and my pedicures always last a really long time.

Probably one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. The nail tech paid attention to detail and was able to correct nail issues made by a previous nail salon. Super happy!!
