I have been going here for 4 months now and ive been to alot of nail salons but im sticking to this place :) i havent had an issue my nails breaking and everytime i leave i feel happy about how peetty my nails turned out. Its a small salon....never busy...comfortable....and they do a really good job. :) double thumbs up

The lady that did my nails did a horrible job. I asked for confín shape and lord knows what shape she gave me. Then when I told her I was not going to pay full service they keep trying to fix it but they keep making it worse. They also did my eyebrows and they didnt even take them out then the older lady wanted to plug them out. They suck and I dont recommend them. I pay 83 dollars for a service I was not satisfied with.

I paid 30 for white tip nails and 1 broke off everyday after that

They were very rude and unprofessional and when I told them that I did not like my nails they got very upset and did not want to refund me my money. They also overcharged my sister told her that her total was $20 but they charged her $30

I’ll give credit where due. This shop use to be excellent when they had 3-4 technicians. Kim is still very great! She does a WONDERFUL job and really cares about making her customers happy. The difficulty now is that over the last year they only have Kim working so she can maybe only service 5–6 people a day depending on what people are getting. I still go there because Kim good and the salon is clean, but I call first to see if Kim has anyone. If you just show up there is a good chance she won’t be able to help you because she’s already servicing one person. You also can’t go with a friend etc because they can’t be serviced with you. Also, I like Kim because I keep everything fairly natural (shellac natural nails etc), but if you like artificial nails, Kim doesn’t do these so you’re stuck having to go somewhere else. They are definitely overworking Kim and I don’t expect them to be open much longer or they’ll sell to someone else. I’d give Kim 5 stars but the salon as whole a 1-2 because of the lack of availability and lack of the owners/managers consideration of their employee and clientele.

Barely underood what I wanted, filed my toes too short, waited an hour and 20mins just to be disappointed and charged for service that I politely interrupted. Never AGAIN

One of the girls barely speaks English the other was rude. I went because of the price. The first time my shellac manicure peeled within a week and they tried to charge me 10$ more after they didn’t do what I asked when I was paying. I decided to give em another try I went back. They didn’t even open on time I sat in the parking lot waiting. They used the wrong color AGAIN and my nails looked lumpy like she was rushing when it was dead and the whole time the girls spoke Vietnamese or whatever and kept laughing while I just sat there and couldn’t even hear the radio that was on. I didn’t get ugly with them after being disappointed once again. I still left a tip but never again. You get what you pay for here.

They are professional and most friendly staff. Very clean as well. Would recommend to anyone.

The establishment is not actually open during its posted business hours. Online they claim to open at 9:00 AM. Hours posted on their door says 10:00 AM. As of 11:24 AM, no one was in the salon and all the lights were out. Very unprofessional.
