This is a Nail Salon. I like it a lot. Ladies here are very patient and will do what you ask them to do. No crazy add ons or funky nails here. The prices are very very reasonable for the services Ive paid much more at other nail salons.This is my second time here ...I will definitely be back!

Got a pedi with Cindy she is super attentive and sweet. Makes great conversation. Massages feet not only the legs and takes her time. Paid 30.00 and it’s felt like the best selection off the menu.

If you’re getting SNS Dip Powder the Lady with the glasses (can’t remember her name but next time I’ll go I’ll update this review with her name) does a great job, absolutely goes above and beyond!! She makes sure all nails look perfect and they last a long time! The vibe there is pretty chill and playful the only downside is that they always seem to be understaffed. Went there with my girlfriends to have a nails day and there was only one tech :( but other than that they are very friendly, it’s a fun environment and they are my first choice for my Dip Nails. Oh and they’re much more affordable than most places! Other places charge me 45$ and do a horrible job, here they charge 38$ INCLUDING the removal and they do a PERFECT JOB!!!!

I completely enjoyed my SPA Pedi Deluxe..price is fair and the techs are very sweet and professional. By far the cleanest nail salon I have seen...Very Spacious . Relaxing atmosphere. Plethora of nail polish to chose from. Refreshments available upon request. I will definitely return 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Best part not full of drunk older ladies, trying be cute 😑

Ok where do I start! I have finally found my new shop! I moved to Deer Park from downtown Houston and had a difficult time finding a good nail shop. I tried Marcel’s nope they destroyed my eyebrows and nails, then I tried Nail Club wrong also thinned out my eyebrows and the way they do their manicures is weird they don’t push back the cuticle didn’t cut my cuticles but charged me as if they did I even tried the shop in the Walmart store. But then I said let me try this place “Nail Works” and well this is the second time I come back 😁💅🏾

I love coming to this nail salon 💅🏻, They have great customer service, the prices are lower compared to other salons around here. When customers come in complaining, they always strive to make it right.... I hear them all the time ask Customers if they are happy with fixed product regardless if its the customers fault or not, they make it right. Its very relaxing in this salon vs many of the others Ive been in, the music is relaxing and the adult beverages they offer makes my day spa very relaxing 😎. Its very clean. If you are not happy when you walk out, then thats your fault for not saying anything. I see many customers walking in trying to get something for free.. at least the owners here tried to make it right the first time... you would love this place!

Ive been coming here for about a year to get a pedicure. Ive loved it until now. I got a ingrown toenail so the lady took care of it Sat. when I went in. By Wed. my toe was hurting I guess she must have shaved it instead of pulling it out. So now its infected and I need to go to the doctor. I wish I can give this place no stars.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. It is unbelievable how terrible the service was. My sister and I went in today (3/22/2018) with my two year old niece. Mind you a two year does what they want, so while my sister was getting a pedicure, my niece wanted to put her feet in the water as well, so she did, and the woman decided she was going to yell at my niece and then basically verbally attack my sister when she refused to take her feet out of the water. She wasn’t making a mess or anything, she just wanted her feet in the water. After the lady made a big deal over absolutely nothing, my sister and I said we were just going to take our business elsewhere and the woman decided to continue yelling at my sister and niece.Very unprofessional and I’m very unhappy with this.

Horrible!!!!! INCONSISTENT!!! I went one day for a full set paid $22 when for a refill and a lady rudely told me it would be $30 for a refill. I was so confused how the refill price was more then the full set she wasnt willing to explain it to me and I told her that a man did my nails. She said well for me to do it will be $30. Just horrible never have a been to such unprofessional nail place like this.

Went to change the tip of my nail which is powder and bc Cindy decided to take not one but TWO customers who didnt have an appointment ahead of me she wanted to soak my whole nail off just to change the TIP color and I was ok paying $28 she wanted to charge me for just to change the color tip!!!!!! I didnt need a refill I just did not like the tip powder color the way it turned out and this is what she had the nerve to tell me. They just lost me as a customer forever! Ive told people about this place being amazing Ive brought 4 other people with me and its disgusting the way Cindy is doing business!!!!!!!!!!! I wont be back here!!!!!

Miss my previous nail techs, to bad they work at another nail shop. I went in after they sold the place I believe or something in that nature. I asked a question about a pedicure, and the girl had a unpleasant attitude, another customer saw and handed me a price menu thing they had. Yea, I NEVER went back. And the prices went up, and I went about 3 years ago

Powder is terrible and blotchy in color! When I said something I was told thats just how the powder comes and they wouldnt switch the powder color only paint over it with nail polish. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

Well so as I see this lady screams at everyone the lady with the glasses did my eyebrows in a hurry just to get me out she had a customer waiting on her to be done never been as mad about my eyebrows as I am today
