So I was charged $47 for this. I was charged to put glitter on one finger. We had an appointment for 2 people at 8:30 before the business even opened, and I’m just leaving at 11:00. The whole point of coming in early was to leave early. I needed to be at work at 10. They only had one person working on our nails. I am never coming back to this place.

Beautiful nail work! This is my go-to nail salon. They are very fast and with cheap prices! I would suggest getting a better glue for the tips because there has been a few times where my acrylics get chipped off from simply brushing my hair or teeth. Great service overall!

CHRISTINE IS AWESOME! As a nurse, Ive never been one to maintain my nails...they never look good for long...BUT! Christine started me on shellac and I will be loyal forever! Chilled drinks and a layed back atmosphere...Still have to mask but...SO WORTH IT! Great prices. a wide range of colors. and right on my way home! Definitely recommend this place!

They told me to come in at 5:00 p.m. for mani pedi and eyebrow and I waited 35 minutes and it wasnt even busy, first time there are a client of mine recommended it but no more she didnt even say you know its going to be a little bit nothing. She lost a new customer.

Had a pedicure at Hi Li and the staff was very attentive and quick. The following day, I went to try on a pair of sandals. I was shocked when I saw the front and underside of my toes! I immediately went to another salon and had my pedi redone. Dont think I will be returning to HI Li.

Received fast service ...and a fabulous pedicure as a walk in. The salon was clean and there was enough friendly staff available to handle the Friday after work crowd of people all trying to get in before closing.A pedicure, refreshing Beverage and a chair massage! I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome experience! I live in Cypress, but came across town to get nails done with my mom for her birthday. The ladies were very nice and did a great job with shellac manicures and pedicures. Angela, in particular, did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this establishment. We will be back!

I wish I could give no stars. I went in needing a full set and chose this place because of the good reviews. The technician cut them WAY too short and uneven. I could see the tip of my finger over the nail on one finger. Also, she loaded powder. They were THICK!!! The tips were fat and powder was wavy when looking at it in a side view. I even pointed out to her the problems and she didnt fix it at all. I honesty wish I told them I wasnt going to pay for it. I went to Nails Club across the way the next day to have them removed and get another full set. I can say I love my nails now. I have been getting solar nails for 20 years and have never had anyone do such a horrible job. See my review for Nails Club. I hate giving bad reviews but having to pay for two full sets is extremely upsetting.

Very disappointed with this place. Nails were bumpy, clear coat shellac was chipping off, stones i had on my designs fell off all the same evening. I went back the next day, of course I couldn’t understand what they were saying but the same lady attended me would let me really explain but was really fast to do my nails again really felt like she was annoyed she escorted me to where you dry your nails ..she needed to file something really quick on one of my nails .. she turned around and got the nail file from another lady giving a pedi then filed my nail with it. 😫😒

Find the person you like, not all have the same skills. I recommend Hanna.

This nail salon is so hit or miss. Most of the ladies are decent at facial waxing and giving pedicures. However, Kathy attempted to refill my nails and made a mess. She pushed the powder too close to my cuticles, got gel on my skin and didnt file them evenly. Be careful here.

Fast, good pedi pricing. Most places nearby charge $50-60 for their deluxe pedi which is $35 here. Includes parrafin wax and hot towels

HiLi Nails do a great job for a reasonable price. Their staff is always friendly. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes at their salon for service. I usually get a french pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I have no compliants. Pedicure is $23 and eyebrow wax is $5. Not bad compared to most places. I definitely recommend them.

I Hannah! Shes great. I recently moved to Spring and Im going back to Pasadena for my mani/pedi.

We set an appointment for a Bachelorette party and told them that we wanted to all start and finish around the same time. Three girls went first, while another girl and I were a hour behind, when they said we would only have to wait 5 minutes. They then rushed through our manicure and pedicure because other customers were requesting the girls that were working on our nails. The next day, without doing anything tedious, my nail Polish was chipped and my nails were already broken, even my toes were chipped. ONLY GO TO THIS NAIL SALON if you want to throw away your money to unattentive employees, who only want you out of their chair as soon as possible so they can sit on there phones in the middle of the store and watch TV.

The staff is so sweet I didnt have to wait for service and they do a great job definitely coming here again
