Tried Purity for the first time today and left with probably the best powder manicure I’ve had. Nick did a great job. Was very clean and in a large space and all the employees wore masks. Overall great experience for a busy mom needing some self-care!

This is a lovely spa. Very sparkly. Everything is clean and well maintained despite being relatively popular/busy. We barely had any wait time although we did make an appointment. I got the luxury pedicure while my daughter got acrylics. Shes a first timer and the staff was very kind and helpful to realize the vision she had for her nails. My pedicure went on and on; I would have happily spent $20 more on it for the length of time and quality received. We will definitely return.

My daughter and I went for a manicure. I got a gel manicure and she had a regular kids manicure. The guy who did my nails used what looked like a non-sterile tool for my cuticles. The shape was nice and the gel was good - one nail did have a large bubble but he did fix it. The extent of the manicure was filing my nails, cleaning up the edges, painting and about 10 seconds of lotion on my hands. My daughters nails were not painted to her cuticle and the woman basically just painted her nails - no type of manicure. Luckily, Lily stepped in and fixed my daughters nails. It was a total of $50 for our two “manicures”. We got them done yesterday and today all of my daughters nail polish just peeled off. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of this salon. This was a special treat for us as we haven’t gotten our nails done in the last couple years and haven’t gone out much due to COVID. We will be going somewhere else for now on.

Just moved to the area. This place had great reviews. I loved the jelly pedicure. But that’s it. The quality of work was subpar. Don’t recommend, especially if you’re particular!

Clean, professional love that they remove old dips by wrapping each nail rather than have me soak my whole hand.i need to redo but each nail is still perfect after almost 3 weeks.

Good nail service and reasonable prices compared to others in the area. However, my nail tech had a condescending attitude towards me the third time I came for a fill and haven’t been back since.A shame since I loved the professionalism and service that I received the previous two visits.Pic is from my first visit (I loved the work, but upset about the attitude my third time around.)

The two times I went to this place, I did not have good experiences. The first time, I got a simple french acrylic manicure and it took them 2 hours to complete. The person that was helping me probably got up upwards of 10 times to answer the phone, which led to me being in the salon for an absurd period of time. The second time I went, I left with cuts on my skin from the drill (even though I told them that they were cutting me) and a sloppy manicure. I brought a friend with me this time and some of her nails were bleeding when she left as well. Not to mention, this place is overpriced for the poor quality of work. I will definitely not be returning, there are many other places in the area that have done much better. Disappointed!

The absolute best nail salon in the area. Thy is the best but they are all great. Its sanitary and the decor is nice. An overall very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is super nice too.

I am so disappointed by the customer service at this salon. I called on Tuesday and made an appt for 3 people for Wednesday at 5pm. When my 2 friends and I showed up for our appointment at 4:50 there were no techs available and 3 other people waiting. We didn’t think anything of it and continued to pick our colors. Then 2 more people walked in that had 5 o’clock appts with a certain tech. They were seated instantly. By 5:10 there were 7 people waiting that had appointments and no available techs. My friend asked the young girl at the front desk if she knew about how long we would be waiting and the girl looked around the salon and ignored her, so my friend said “do you not know?” And the girl looked around again and started talking to another customer that had been waiting for 5 minutes to pay. No one apologized, told us they overbooked or anything. I have waited in a nail salon many of times but have never had a salon have such poor customer service. Needless to say, my friends and I left and will not be returning.

I recently moved to the area and needed a salon for my nails...well I have found it at Purity Nail Spa!! The service was amazing. My pedi was wonderful and Jennifer did an incredible job on my acrylics! The attention to detail was on point. Will definitely be back again!

Best salon in Pasadena. fast and great full set. everyone nice and young. its not like going to a nursing home. alot of nails are very old techs I tip just because I feel sad for them.this upbeat salon and can do all yhings and talented people where I like to take a friend.

As you walk in the door, it is beautiful and very clean. Everyone is extremely polite and gentle. I have been to a lot of places, this by far is the best. The prices are reasonable, environment welcoming, and very customer service oriented. Cleanliness is above and beyond, the first place I have ever seen use sterilization indicators!!! I highly recommend!!!!

I have been here several times and up until yesterday have had awesome service and experiences. Unfortunately, I came in for a paraffin spa pedicure and left w my feet still in bad shape. Usually they spend more time on my feet and I leave w my feet looking as tho they have received a good work over. I was very disappointed in the pedicure I received yesterday. I did try to email but nobody bothered to respond or rectify the issue. I don’t normally complain but for 60.00 I sort of expect better than what I got.

Have been going to purity nails for months now and I absolutely love the cleanliness, value, and work they do most of all! Super talented techs that help your nails/toes to be exactly how you want them to be! Tons of nail color choices, cute little girl pedicure chairs, and always fun music- I love purity nails!

I had a minor emergency and needed 2 nails repaired. Today (2 days before Christmas) is a busy day and 3 other salons were already full and couldnt help me. I walked in and they took a look and said no problem. They even made the same design I previously had. They have a great color selection. The salon is clean and well kept, and they have the most adorable chairs for kids to get a pedicure! I think I will go back and see what else they can do!!

I went for a pedicure. She hurt my toe by ripping my nail. She was so ruff she tore the connecting skin under my punky toe. The paint job did not cover entire toe nails and there was more polish on my skin then my nails. U would never recommend them or return

Found my new place to go! The salon is brand new and super clean. Its much larger inside than it initially appears. The prices are very fair and the service was worth it. I got a spa pedi and I loved it however the up charge for gel was $15 when most places are $5-$7, making the total for my pedicure $60. They also give you a free refreshment that you can choose from a selection of wines and sodas. The people were friendly and the place is super CLEAN and very cute!

I have had Leo and Nick do my nails. They are kind and great nail techs. The space is very new and clean. I would highly recommend this business than other ones near by from my personal experience

Right as you walk in you get a warm welcome and assist you as soon as possible. once you’re getting settled they ask if you want anything to drink and make sure you’re okay and comfortable. they will help you out with the colors if you can’t decide and based off of what you like they will try new things but always okay it with you and talk you through it. i’ve been going here a week after they opened and it’s been a great experience and by far the best nail salon in the pasadena area.

This is without a doubt the best nail salon I have ever been to! It is not only beautiful but also clean and elegant. I treated my daughter to a birthday mani pedi where she received a true spa pedicure not just a rush paint job and out the door. She received the same spa pedicure that I would receive. Her manicure and pedicure are beautiful. I can’t wait to go back just for me! This salon is worth checking out as I have never come across one like this before. The chemical smell is almost nonexistent. Oh, they also serve all sorts of refreshments! Seriously, go check this place out you won’t be disappointed!

The salon itself is absolutely lovely and the technicians were SO nice. My pedicure was wonderful. However, I was really disappointed with my powder/dip manicure. Usually they last 2-3 weeks easily, but this one barely lasted 1 week and is completely peeling off. It was a lot more expensive too, so its a big disappointment.

My friend had pointed out an Instagram page from a local nail salon showing me nails she likes. I ended up looking thru their photos and saw so many cute designs!! So when I broke 6 of my acrylics off and needed a new set I payed them a visit. I LOVE MY NAILS. I felt very comfortable in the salon. It’s clean and modern. I felt I could easily express what I wanted and didn’t have to ask for my nails to be evened out. My nails are not thick or bulky. They feel very natural actually. This is the first time I left a salon completely in love and satisfied with my nails.I would recommend everyone I know go here.

For someone who is very meticulous about her nails, I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. My nails are healthy and strong. I get compliments all the time, which is an added plus 😊 My typical services are nails dipped in powder and regular pedi...I can get 3 solid weeks before needing to get them redone. This nail salon is lovely! So beautiful and clean and everyone is super nice. The vibe is relaxing and very comfortable. This is my new go to spot in Pasadena! They are SO talented and my nails + toes never looked so good. The only thing that is an inconvenience is they only accept cash for tips. It was pretty expensive for me, but that’s only because I’m ballin on a budget lol, but you really do get what you pay for here! Love it.
