I got my nails and eyebrows did and I love it.I have been going there over a year and I always leave with a smile ! Then you are at the wrong nail salon!!.Thanks

I love coming here. Cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to. Kevin is awesome and he makes you feel comfortable. I got a full set of acrylics here a few weeks ago and the lady did it just how I wanted it. Today I got my acrylics removed bc I wanted to give my nails a break. Kevin patiently removed my acrylics painlessly, soaking it in acetone a few times over and being very gentle. He managed to remove my acrylics without damaging my real nails. Not to mention this place is sparkling clean! Every single nail file that he attach to the filing machine is in a small individual bag. Just something I noticed bc no one ever does that, I was impressed with how clean the place is and the tools they use. I’m sad that I’m moving away in a month but definitely will be back a few more times before I leave!

Thanks Queen Nails .My nails last a lot longer then other places. She is fast but she pays attention to detail and nothing gets through the gel. Very friendly atmosphere and highly recommend!

The best nail place in Pacifica! Have been going to many different place to do my acrylic nails, every place I went to my nails fell out. This is the first place that does my nails and they stay on forever ! Not a single chip off my cat eye mani. Great work ladies!!

They do a decent job but like other reviews say they are slow. I waited forever in the chair to get a mani pedi then two people worked on me and then I was apparently expected to tip double. Maybe this is standard practice around here?

Went today 12/27/16 they were so friendly and polite and just a week sweet and I would go there again.

Rushed, poor job, and forced to do clear on my nails. When I asked if I could get a mani&pedi within 30 minutes, they confidently said yes. I ended up giving them 45 minutes because I had more time in the end. They rushed and did not do a quality mani or pedi. Not only did they do a sub-par job in cleaning up my nails, and a very poor job with the color on my toes, they failed to tell me beforehand that to do the mani and pedi in time (as they kept taking more customers) that I could only do clear polish on my hands. I would’ve have preferred them to simply say they are too busy than to waste my money by charging me over $40 for a terrible mani pedi and a clear polish messily brushed on my nails. Definitely disappointed.

They made me wait 40minutes when I had an appointment ... and instead of letting me know they were running behind they just let me sit there and waste 40 minutes of my time. I hate places like this that are so worried to try to get the business that they overbook or dont at least let you know they are behind. It is extremely inconsiderate...

I got off work a little late so I walked in Queen Nails since it was open. I wanted to do a gel manicure and regular pedicure. As I sat down I noticed their very expensive prices: $25 for gel manicure and $19 for regular pedicure- then I thought they must be good given their prices. As the manicurist (whose name I do not know) was wiping off my old clear manicure with aceton, he scratched my cuticle and my finger started bleeding profusely. The manicurist had a long and nasty nail and thats what caused the bleeding. I have no idea why he was using his nail to wipe off my old manicure (which was not gel). The excessive bleeding lasted more than an hour. They waited for the blood to dry to apply the gel. So I was there for almost two hours. After they were finally done, they indicated that itll be $45. I told them I am only going to pay for my pedicure and that I am not paying for manicure. But they said that they can only give me $10 discount. I was very tired at that point so I paid the $35 and left! Oh and btw the gel only lasted 4 days!

Every time I come here they do an awesome job..and I never have to wait. Long..

Waited two hours - still no service or communication. Disappointingly poor service.
