They are the best. if they arent answering calls it just means they are full! and they are always full because they are the best! gentle and great quality, and the massage chairs are excellent, most importantly their staff is fantastic and thoughtful.

It was great to be back at Jasmine Spa Nails. The salon was very clean and they adhered to social distancing guidelines. Everyone was wearing a mask. I am looking forward to my next nail appointment

Best gel x nails Ive ever had. They look and feel super natural, I love the color. I was a walk-in on a Sunday morning and they took me right away! Caitlyn did my set and she is great, and all the other nail techs are super sweet and talented. They always make sure youre getting exactly what you want for a good price. My go-to nail spot :)

Really good! They take their time and make sure your nails are right. I got gel extensions and the lady reapplies the nail a few times to make sure it was straight. I went back a second time and it was just as good. Great job!

I dont know how this place has 4.5stars... I came here to get gel mani with my friend because the review was so good but it was a disappointment. When I first walked in, the smell was awful. Smelled like chemicals (Ive been to couple of nail salons but non of them smelled this awful). It was to the point where I got a headache and I couldnt wait until my friend finished.Also, this place is not clean... while I was getting my nails done, I saw a cockroach on the nail polish shelf just casually roaming around... their floors were also dirty, their nail color books were pretty much old, ripped, torn apart...Overall, I like how my nails came out but I dont think Ill ever come here again because of the smell and roaches...

I had the classic pedicure there. Really good service, the lady that took care of me was very professional and paid attention to the details. Affordable price, $20. Definitely going back.

This is an amazing place to get your nails done. No more acrylics its all about gel nails. No more of that rough filing and the best thing is they look real not thick. Please ask for Hanna, catelyn or Annie they are great but the are other staff members here that r great as well.

I am changing my review from a year ago due to my recent experience (from 5 stars to 1 star). I paid A LOT of money for gel polish that only last 3 days, which peeled off in chunks and got caught in my hair and clothes and broke my natural nails in the process. The pedicure polish flaked off while I was wearing socks around the house. In addition, the employees are very rude. I would not recommend Jasmine Spa Nails.

Jasmine Spa has been my go to place for gel pedicure for a year and half! I love the atmosphere & the ladies do a really good job. Theyre covid cautious & all wearing masks.

Ive been to Jasmine Nails for an acrylic full set twice, once as a walk in and once with an appointment. Both times my nails have turned out incredible and Ive gotten compliments everywhere Ive turned from men and women alike! The employees are extremely nice and they play netflix shows on a large flat screen while you get your nails done, they do a really great job with chrome, holographic and iridescent powders too!Ive tried plenty of spots in Pasadena and the surrounding area and would definitely recommend Jasmine Nails over any of the other salons.

Had a relaxing Jasmine Pedicure with Sam today. I normally dont leave reviews but I enjoyed it so much that I had to. Also, one of the girls wiped the back of my legs off before I took off I had some of the mint mask still on. She said she didnt want me walking out of the salon like that. Did not catch her name but nice that she caught it. Will definitely go back.

Best nail salon in Pasadena! My gel mani/pedis last a longer than other places I’ve been to. Parking is tough, but totally worth it.

Absolutely the best solution for my weak, splitting nails...buildable gel! Better than acrylics, (for many reasons) better than the standard gel manicure. I had never heard of it, very few salons in LA even provide this service. Caitlyn runs a great shop and Julie who does the gels is amazing. Everyone who has given me a pedicure is really good, as well. Very difficult to please me when it comes to my nails...I leave happy every time!

The best place in pasadena ! Awesome customer service. Ive never had a problem there. They put on the nail polish so smoothly and they always make me want to come back ! They have a stamp card also so after 4 visits my next one is free .

Not contestant with the quality of their Mani and pedis. My last two pedicures where so mediocre. My last pedicure had only one coat of polish. It was rough to touch and not shiny. Not going back

Excellent Service. I have been getting mani-pedis for 5 months now at Jasmine Nails. Friendly, Fast, professional service but be sure to make an appointment as they are always quite busy. Plus, I like the fact that Caitlyn works with my real, rather unattractive toenails instead of acrylics. She has done a wonderful job and keeps my toenails looking beautiful and sandal worthy for sunny LA. I would highly recommend this place and they have found a long time, loyal customer in me.

The worst place ever. I went to a team bonding and everyone came out not satisfied. The place is clean but the way that they run it is bad. They are very pricey and it is not even worth it. I will never go to that place again.
