I absolutely loved it here! my sister and i came here for the first time and we were so thoroughly impressed! all of the staff members were all so sweet and accommodating and made us feel welcomed for sure. jay did my nails and he is extremely talented and his prices are insanely good! i just can’t stop staring at my nails 😍. i live an hour away but i would for sure make the drive again because it’s just so worth it

Overall the setup was nice, but my nail tech. was impatient and seemed inexperienced. I had to constantly ask her to fix every little problem. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, and I would never suggest this place.

Even though they have new manager employees are the same. I love the way Mrs.Kim does manicure and pedicure. She knows what shes doing and when she sees something wrong she advice what to do to get it better. After being under her care my nails had grown and got stronger. She has miracles hands because has fixed mines and turn out beautiful. They are very dedicated and I can see how they enjoy taking care of others. They even offer drinks out of courtesy (any type of drink) and makes one feel welcome. (Yes, no charge).

FINALLY!!! Ive bn looking for a place of this caliber since I moved bk to Houston from Cali!! The talent was a breath of fresh air and the work ethic was on point! Im VERY particular when it comes to what I want for my designs, but the lady who did my set really worked with me on everything. From dealing with my indecisiveness on the designs (I was lk a kid in a candy store when I realized they had the talent AND resources to do everything I wanted lol), to making sure I knew what everything cost so I wouldnt go over my budget, recommending cheaper but similar designs rather than suggesting more expensive ones or extra services to drive the price up, to getting another talented tech to do certain designs that she wasnt the best at, I was THOROUGHLY impressed! She listened and took direction well, without complaining when I asked her to change anything. She even made sure to suggest I be careful with the set since my real nails had practically no nailbed to work with, but she did them anyway with no complaints abt how short they were! I wish I could get a good pic of how nicely the set glows in the dark! Ive had other techs do glow nails for me and they were all disappointing. But this shop?! Like I told them while I was there, its the type of shop I cant WAIT to spend money in! Take it! I have no qualms with money well spent on quality nails, which this set def was! I even ran into my cousin there and she said she drives all the way from Cleveland to get her nails done there!! I told her I see why lol All in all, the service was wonderful, the quality was top notch and I strongly recommend this place!!

Had a great experience at this nail salon last weekend so allow me to indulge in my experience. Jay, the Manager, greeted me upon entrance and placed me at a chair ad made sure water wasn’t hot and offered me a cocktail. Susan did amazing work on my pedicure. She trimmed the cuticles, buff and polish the nails and massaged my legs leaving me feeling very invigorated and relaxed. The place felt very clean and organized. I would recommend this place and definitely come back, just a wonderful service and drinks. I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

Absolutely Horrible 1st experience, I was expecting something awesome and I sat down to cold water for 30 minutes, Nobody came to work on me! I brought in 3 other people with me. None of us got service. Don’t waste your time here. I’m never coming here again!! Massage chairs were super cheap and old!!!

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and this was my first time here. Let me tell you! This place is A1!I think I’ve found my permanent nail salon. The lady who did my pedicure (Kim) was so nice and not in a rush like most nail salons. I was worried it was going to be a long wait because they were busy but I was greeted right away and only waited 5-10 minutes. It’s a very nice atmosphere and clean. They offer water, soft drinks, wine and cocktails which is a must for me because I like a little drink while I’m relaxing. The manager asked me if everything was ok before I left which was good. Excellent customer service here!!I even was able to make an appointment for next time.

I went last few weeks ago and my experience was awesome! The salon is clean and bright, the staff is very personable and friendly. Jay was nice and very detailed when working on my nails. I absolutely love how my nails turned out. He was very helpful and didn’t rush me at all. I will be definitely returning, and I would recommend.

Went here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! The staff is so friendly and my 3D design was beautiful. I will definitely be back. I have crooked fingers and Im missing part of my thumb from a work accident and ALL OF MY NAILS ARE PERFECTLY STRAIGHT and the coffin shape is beautiful and narrow. Nobody has ever made my ugly hands look so pretty! These ladies are true artists. Im set to be maid of honor in my bestfriends wedding and now my nails will be beautiful and match my dress perfectly. This place is absolutely phenomenal! Perfect nails, perfect toes, perfect perfect perfect! The staff is fantastic and very friendly, they not only remember me, they also remember my regularly chosen favorites. Considering Im not very hard on my hands and feet I typically only visit every two months or so, the fact they place my face and my desires, makes this a personable experience, which was almost always lacking in other businesses I no longer visit. Most definitely worth the visit and will most certainly convert you into a lifetime customer 💕

I paid 48 dollars for full set powder French tip nails. Looked nothing like the picture I showed Thao. Next day pinky nail pops off. Called and manager she offered to fix it but wanted to charge more 15 dollars for powder.Instead i pick a shellac color even the shellac looks horrible and blotchy. My pedicure nail polish is already coming off. Never again will I go here. I paid total 80$ for trash service.

She finally got her nails done yesterday, and tried a new place that allows her to step outside of the box as she grows with her artistic nail designs. Her nail lady, Jodie, did an awesome job mimicking the pic Abby showed her, while also putting her own touch.

I have tried several nail salons since moving to Deer Park, and I think I finally found my spot! I love the atmosphere and free top shelf drinks are plus.They have a large selection of shellac colors, regular polish colors, and dip powders.Their supplies are very clean and pulled out of a sealed and sterilized bag for each pedicures. Jodie is so great. For last few months, I have been getting dip nails and she never disappoints. Nancy is the best with pedicures. I love the way she take her time and make sure everything is perfect with best foot and leg massages. The whole staff is welcoming and courteous. Highly recommend!!!

This is the second time that I’ve chosen to come to the salon, and it definitely won’t be the last. I wasn’t very sure what color I wanted I just knew that I wanted natural, and even though I had them take off one of my nail colors before it could dry because I didn’t like the color, the lady was very nice to me and assured me that I was able to take my time choosing what I thought would be the most suitable for my workplace environment. Everyone is so friendly it is very clean and as soon as you walk in somebody will walk up and assist you and ask you what you want to drink and it is just a wonderful atmosphere and I love this place!!

All of the ladies in my family come here (wife, daughter, cousin, etc.), and it has always been a superb experience especially in pedicures for them. The technicians are all friendly and the shop is a very clean place. They have free drinks as well (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) which is great because I always grab a couple when I am waiting there. Love it!!!

I love the detail and attention they give to each their customer. Came here on Labor Day. There were pretty packed but they never rushed on me. My nails we’re done beautifully and I was relaxed during my pedi. You got a loyal customer now!

I’m really upset about this place. I started going about a year ago and ever since I’ve gone everytime the service has gone down hill. This place charges more than all the other nail salons in Pasadena so you would think they would be nice sturdy nails that would last a long time or at least 2 weeks. Me my mom and sister went on the Saturday before Valentine’s Day that following Thursday. The next day my sister nails were already coming up so she went back and told them and they said she was purposely bending them for them to come up. Why would anyone who paid 65 dollars for a nail set purposely try to make there nails come off the next day. When they made that comment it really upset me and when my sister went back they fixed one nail that was coming up and the next day we were out and about and the nail popped right off..... Then my nails literally the following Wednesday I was closing my car door and one of my nails just popped off and later on another one did too. The next day I just started taking the rest off and they came off so easily and that was within 5 days of getting them done, these nails were full of valentine day designs that were made thick some with layers of powder on them and lots of glue and clear coats and I paid 55 for these nails. They gave us trouble with fixing them after they came off so early and also mentioned that we would have to come back the next day or they can’t do anything which is crazy because a powder set is suppose to last 2 weeks. I will not be returning anymore.

Don’t do this to yourself!I would give 0 stars but they serve free cocktails which helped me tolerate the awful service and pathetic job they did on my nails. I wanted a basic manicure and the lady took twice as long as would be acceptable and was very violent bending and spreading my fingers. My nails are thin and brittle now and I don’t know what they put on my hands but they are completely dry, to the point where my phone doesn’t even recognize my fingerprint. The nail polish was old and crusty. Three blobs of coats later it looked like my nails had been done by a 5 yr old with a bad tremor. I decide to leave before they were dry and tried to fix what I could at home. Never coming back. There was also another lady getting a pedicure and she left because they let her sit for a half hour with her feet in cold water and then repeatedly injured her toes. The lady sitting next to me was also complaining about her nail lady being much too violent. This place needs to be shut down

Few things I look at when reviewing Nail Salons; cleanliness/organization of establishment, cleanliness of nail technician in process, and honest customer service.The first thing that may appeal to customers is the pricing - however, the owner is not very honest with the pricing.. Being a first time client here I asked her personally for the pricing between gel or powder acrylic set nails (she said $45 for gel and $35 for powder excluding the $3 charge for removing shelac/gel). So when I told her I wanted powder nail she said okay and told me to choose a color - which was super confusing because the Gel/Shelac color samples were mixed with the powder color samples, the organization was terrible (and thats how they used that to their advantage to up the price on me later toward the end). Once I asked her to clarify to me which colors were for powder, I was finally set and ready to get started on. Not once was I offered a drink or any other amenity at this business. The nail technician finally asked me what shaped I wanted for the set and I said square but to make sure its filed down so it wont be too sharp, but when shes done with one hand I did not like the result, the nails were too wide and it just looked bad. So I told her to please file them down and she argued with me that it was square shape like I wanted and I told her several times I did not like way her shape looked so she said oh well then you want coffin and i said no no that skinny - so it was back and forth until she finally agree to file down (semi-coffin) to my liking. The cleaning practices here are not so great, it looks too cramped and the and too busy to pay attention to you. The nail tech didnt even finish on me by applying the cuticle oil and lotion and massage but I still tipped her. When it was time to pay I was told total was $43 instead of the $38 I was initially told. So the owner came and explained to me that the color I ended up choosing was actually composite (has a little bit of glitter) and I told her well that is what you gave me and told me were powder (meaning the same $35 charge), I was extremely disappointed and still paid the price. I am reporting this establishment to BBB and never coming back again. So sad because many people come here for the cheap nails, but do not realize that they are getting ripped off by cheap customer service and being told different prices.

I walked on Valentines Day without making an appointment to gel a fullset and was wowed by the exemplary service and cleanliness of the salon. They are very friendly and make you comfortable and served with a beverage. They have huge selection of color powders to choose from. I am very particular when it comes to how my nails shape look like. Jay is amazing and he did such a great job. He took his time and made sure each nail shape matched. I know a lot of nail technicians dont like doing long nails because its very time consuming. He did not rush Also lots of nail tech in different salons dont clean the acrylic underneath. He made sure everything is perfect. He was super nice and flexible. I loved the the way he did my nails. I would highlylk recommend you check this salon out. I promise you wont be disappointed.

Today was my first time here at this salon and definitely it will not be my last! Cindy did my pedicure and dip nails. She was very pleasant to talk and did amazing job with my pedi and nails. Nice music playing in background and very clean atmosphere. Overall, I had a very nice time.

One of the best pedicure experience Ive ever had. I had a jelly pedicure which included hot wax, hot stones, scrub, mask. All for $49! My favorite part was the feet, head and shoulder massage. Definitely recommend if you havent tried it yet!

My nail tech was very nice and did a great job, however I didn’t a great experience overall. when I was getting my nail polish removed I asked Kim (a different nail tech) for a clean towel. She told me the towel that I had was clean and I told her no it was dirty. Irritated and frustrated she grabbed a ‘clean’ towel for me. It was just as worn out and had old nails stuck to it like my previous towel. She told me ‘see its the same.’ Why was she so rude? While i was getting my nails done, another customer complained to the manager on how her nail tech was rude to her. Would love to give this place a higher rating because my nails look great but some staff has an attitude problem AND they have worn out towels with old nails stuck to the towels.

Yesterday I was in town visiting family and needed to fix my toes bad. My daughter and I walked in, was greeted warmly, sat right down and was asked what it was we wanted to drink. The staff were friendly and everything they used was new in package, so Clean! Will definitely be coming back when in town.

This is the second time Ive set an appointment here with a specific person and i was waiting for 30 minutes, plus. The work they do here is good but I should not have to wait for eternity to have my nails done when i set an appointment. I was also told it would be maybe 10-15 minutes when in reality it was 45. Its extremely disappointing when you have such his expectations of this place considering the prices.Update mid-pedicure: They also use cheese graders which are illegal according to TDLR rules. Nancy cut me and still tried to polish my toe nails without disinfecting it. THATS HOW YOU CAUSE & SPREAD DISEASES AMONGST PEOPLE. If i could give 0 stars i would. Now i have to find a new nail salon.

I’m very disappointed at my experience here! I came to get grey hombre nails... I knew there was going to be a wait. They told me 40 minutes which I was fine with... but then the 40 minutes past and I was still waiting! After almost 2 hours had past I just looked at my mom and said I’m just gonna wait in the car. Of course when I say that 4 different nail techs come up and ask what color I want... I was so upset that they waited over 2 hours to get my nails done and nobody even talks to my until I’m fed up with it. I got my nails done at VIP nails and spa on Fairmont they look FANTASTIC!! They are great at doing a marble nail 😍

This is my third time visiting this nail salon. Ive tried dozens of nail salons and this one exceeds my expectations. My technician paid great attention to details and got my nails exactly the length and shape I wanted.  This place does the best dip powder nails and I dont think Ill ever go back to another salon.

This place is managed very well, clean, and every technician is very attentive. They do have a full service bar with complimentary drinks including wine, cocktails, sodas, and many more. I am a germ freak and this salon exceeded and met my high standards for being sanitary. I always have a relaxing experience with my pedicure.

I found this nail salon on Google and came here for nails and pedi. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and felt very welcomed. The manager was very friendly and offered me a beverage. They have pretty impressive list of complimentary adult beverages to choose from. Jodie did my nails and she is great at what she does! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found her! She takes what I want into consideration. A great experience and the customer service is far above any other nail salon i have been to.

Both ladies did an outstanding job with my pedi and ballerina tips. The shellac choices are very beautiful and I had a very hard time choosing what color to get.

Under new management and they are great, all the tools they use are new, for each client they open a new sanitized pack of tools (toe nail clippers ect.) and allow you to take home your buffer nail file and foot scrubbing bar. This is a plus for me especially being pregnant I know I wont be leaving with any infections 😊😊😊😊

I have always done my pedicure and nails here. I came here two days before to get my pedicure and  technician who did my pedicure cut me few times and even didnt say a word to me or even apologize. I told her that it hurt me and She kept working on it like its a normal thing. I paid for the expensive pedicure and she rushed me and was pretty aggressive and rude. Now, I need to find new nail salon that actually will take time and give quality of work.There are too many better options nearby.

I came here last week to get a manicure.After leaving here. I was not pleased with my results. Came back this week for a pedicure. And I tried to explain to the woman about my manicure was uneven and very jagged on the sides. She tried to file them a little. Now it looks like I need a manicure. I asked, is this acceptable to you? She told me, my cuticles grow back very quickly. I guess less than a minute. I had them stop in the middle of my pedicure. I tried not to cause a scene. But, she left me no choice.

I always had a good experience when coming with my girlfriend but today was an unpleasant experience. Our regular nail specialist weren’t there Thao and Mimi they are the best highly will recommend them but because they weren’t there we had to get anyone that was available. Not only did the take long but they didn’t attend my girlfriend like the previous visits where they would soak her nails in some solution to remove her nails while doing her pedi so we were there an hour extra. The nail lady that I got had an attitude with me because I told her I didn’t like the way she did my mani so when she redid them I had to tell her nail by nail what to remove like it was my job. I will definitely will not be coming back I will be finding a NEW salon for both of us to go to.
