Very POOR upkeep grass was not cut, found trash in the house like left over water bottles and socks and the was the main reason we rented it was NOT well up keeped water was a light green to it only little my grandson get it maybe 2 times. DO NOT recommend at all.

I live here. Some things that get on peoples nerves around here. Dont park in a spot thats not yours or behind a friends or families vehicle, it will get towed. Letting your pets out around here can get kinda rowdy with neighbors and such. Deliveries are weird here and sometimes gotta pick it up from the main office only open on weekdays. Other than that its pretty peaceful and quiet.

Property Management has been a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend them to others looking for quality property management. They make you feel like family. Thanks Carolyn for all you do for our community.

I rated 1 star but really deserve NO STARS. I had called this place for info on their prices on rent and if they had any available, because i was VERY INTERESTED. when i made an appointment with them They had totally forgotten and had no idea about THE appointment. Till this day they NEVER reached me back. Thats just show the service they is VERY POOR SERVICE.

Its a very quiet community very family-oriented

A very quite community to stay and has a great pool. There’s also a club house where family’s can do gatherings. The property manager is very helpful and things are changing in a positive way.

I really enjoy living here there’s being new changes and for good mobile homes look more decent and nice Shady Village will be #1 in Pasadena

A nice n safe place to live we have a club house where you can get together with frinds n family, a remodeled pool, and basketball court and we just got a brand new playground for our kids thanks to Carolyn n team for making Shady Village a great place.

This mobile home park does not respect your family time. They say they start towing after 10pm or 11pm, yet they tow at 9:30pm. We can’t even enjoy family gatherings as they just want to take advantage of us and take more money away from us. I miss the old manager as she was very helpful unlike the new one. Not recommending it after all these years of living at shady village. Hope someone does something about this.

The entrance to the park with the pool is horrible. The pot holes are huge! I always have to drive extremely slow in order not to mess up my bumper.

I live here and its pretty quiet and calm. I sleep well knowing there should not be anyone lurking around.

The property manager is very rude and it seems like she dont even try to help ... the old manager was so much more better and helpful shady village isnt like it use to be its going down hill

Parking lot problems, manager taking too long to finish for more parking space, I dont know how many maintenance personel they got, but like they raise the rent $20 last year & $20 this year Im sure they can afford more personel to keep mobile home park in better shape.People who arent residents of shady village dont respect actual people who pay rent for years and block us from parking, manager sounds like she doesnt want to do her job.Telling me to call the towing company instead of her talking to them not a resident of shady village.A guy who is blocking me from parking isnt even on the lease, who I see everyday leaving and coming from work sleeping there for close to a year or more?Yet, I told the manager, the guy has been living there and she said oh, he is just staying there. (So she is aware of the situation, and not doing anything about it) I know for sure he is living there.

Very quiet parking lot

Very easy to get lost. Not many of the truck numbers are displayed. There are too many 😱. Over the street they are side to side. The map showed that it was on the right and was actually on the left. It took me 20 minutes to find the correct number.
