I had a tooth that needed to be extracted by an oral surgeon, I called about six different dentist office to try to get an appointment and all the appointments are all booked up but when I called smiles West they had an appointment for me that same week. I will have to say my experience was amazing, every nurse, receptionist and the oral surgeon was nice, patient, enjoyable and very knowledgeable. They were able to give me step-by-step over the payment and try to make it more affordable for me. The Oral surgeon that took care of my tooth was quick, efficient and polite. I didn’t feel a thing. Thank you Smiles West! I have a check up with them soon.

This office was so very welcoming and polite made me feel good cause i get some anxiety going to the dentist i liked how the Dr was very through and explained what treatment i was going to receive and needed my oral surgery yesterday8/5/21 was very quick and i really didnt feel much pain the doctor numbed me good like i asked to be i would recommend this office to everyone in my family

I did not like how the office changed dentists without letting me know, I was left to sit in my chair for over an hour. The entire staff seemed flustered with the new changes and there was an obvious lack of communication. Also, their records + charges seem very sketchy, I was double charged for work and instead of giving me a refund I was given credits without my knowledge

I was recommended by a friend to go there for a 2nd opinion. I absolutely made a good choice and ever since I been going myself and my daughter. Is worth the driving from LA to Moreno Valley. Love the staff they take care of you and they are very friendly.

Great experience- the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I’m an “old man”. Felt blessed to have been taken care of at this location. Worth a drive for this quality care. Dr Eng and the staff are awesome!

Honestly wouldnt recommend this place, the dentist can come off as rude, among other things that I did not like but would rather not mention. I would recommend to do your research beforehand.

Awesome and a blessing. Had an appointment last Friday. I had a crown fitting appointment. At this time my mouth was soar from a procedure done from seven days prior to this visit from Dr. Flo who is also awesome also. However, Dr. Eng said he didnt have to give me any injections because its only pressure no pain. Yet, me being me, I had a lot of discomfort. He stop the procedure and gave me and injection anyway. The amazing part of what he did was, even though my nerves were giving me problems plus my jaw was soar. Dr Engs injection didnt hurt at all, not at all. I couldnt believe it. Later as he was preparing my tooth, the air was to Cold for my gums. So, he did something to make the air to clean off the tooth less cold. What a compassionate Dr. Plus, the staff are all so competent and caring with very happy demeanors. There arent very many dentists offices such as this one. I will be telling everyone I meet about this office wherever I can. Trudy

Went in for an appt for me and my 2 little ones. Dr. Eng and Margaret were great! Dr. Eng kept the kids involved so they knew what was happening and werent crying. Margaret was able to do a cleaning on my 6 and 2 year old with no problems!!!

They have really terrible service at smiles west. During the quarantine, since they had to close their office, they tried to make up excuses to bill me for supposedly services in the past even though I am a cash paying patient and always pay in full before I leave. Then after the quarantine one would think they would try to schedule appointments appropriately to not have too many patients at one time or in and out quickly but I was there waiting 50 min in the lobby just to be seen by ortho. Two days before I was there 2 hours just for X-rays.

My family and i are truly happy with Smiles West Dentist, the staff are friendly and they actually care for their patients. I highly recommend them

The staff and dentist were really helpful and nice even when I was really nervous. I only had an exam so far and need to have more things done but have bad dental anxiety so hopefully my next experience will go the same and be ok.So today, 06/04, had my surgery, was super scared but it honestly was nothing to worry about. I had 6 extractions (including all 4 wisdoms) and of course the staff was super nice again and the dental surgeon and his assistant were great. Im in some pain but thats to be expected and hoping I heal fast lol but my experience despite my fear was way better than I expected. Im really thankful for how well it went.

Dr. was very patient with me and waited for the anesthesia to act completely before starting to work on my fillings. Team was awesome starting with the associate that took my appointment. They are super flexible to my schedule and my comfort was their nimber one priority. Its a great team they are all great TROOPERS.

I enjoyed my experience with Coast Dental in Moreno Valley. Yes, I used the word “enjoyed” and “dental” in the same sentence. I was seen right away, even though I arrived early and was a new patient. Dr. Ellis was able to repair my cracked amalgam filling in no time and with no pain. Margaret was the assistant who helped, and she was very gentle as well. I also had my teeth cleaned. I received great service, and best of all, I was never pressured into anything. I will be back. Thanks Coast Dental.

Came here several times with my sister, its nice, quiet, and clean and were in and out in about 30 min. One complaint I have is that it gets kind of warm in the waiting area due to the sun shining in through windows. Hopefully, theyll invest in some blinds or maybe tint their windows.

I went to this office because I was being charged at another dental practice for treatment I did not need.The staff at Coast Dental Moreno Valley office were very caring and true professionals. The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing me with information. I was given an explanation of my treatment needed and how much it would cost before any work was done. I was also given options and recommendations for future treatments. These employees are the role models for great customer service.

I had an appointment with Dr. Ellis for removal of my wisdom teeth. I was very nervous at first, but Dr. Ellis was very kind and gentle. He went over the procedure with me and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough with my dental exam and very patient. Usually I always feel rushed at the dentist office. But he gave his undivided attention to me and eased my anxiety. Margaret was the assistant and she was very helpful and gentle as well. I had great service and will continue to go to Dr. Ellis for my dental needs.

Ive been going to this place for years. Got my wisdom teeth removed here and cleaning with my braces on. Went last week to get another cleaning and talk about braces or invisalign and prices. They couldnt give me a cleaning because I had braces... when Ive gotten a cleaning before from them with my braces. Will be looking for a new dentist that wont be requiring me to do so much extra work to just get a cleaning.

We visited coast dental in June 2017. Two of my kids and I. We all had teeth cleaning both kids had one cavity. This was alarming because they had NO COMPLAINTS of pain... BUT after treatment my daughter suddenly had pain on the tooth that got worked on. None the less both kids co pays were exactly the same I paid that in full with debit card. Well come October I get 3 statements one for each of us. I called Adrianna and let her know I paid the kids in full and for my work opened up a care credit that I pay very close attention to. Paying more then the minimum every month. Adriana said shed look into it and call me back. No call, no letter...November I get a letter from credit collectors.Now Im frustrated, I mean I called to tell them the confusion possibly on their part. I NEVER got a call back with an explanation.Now I call again asking for the office manager. I need to know who sent my info to collections. The receptionist tells me the computers are down. Im upset clearly I have GREAT credit I dont appreciate this office not returning calls and not looking into my acct to find out where the problem is when I called to report it to them in First place.I cant talk to the manager because the computers are down and there isnt anything anyone can help me with. Ill get a call back I ask when... she tells me well not today. I say tomorrow? She tells me possibly.Black Friday SENDS me 3 more statements of the same balances now 120+days past due. Can u imagine that. Yea so if u go here save your receipts!! now I have to go to my bank for a bank statement that shows they ran my card for the total amt due at the time if services then Im on my way to the office. NO MORE PHONE TAG WHILE MY Credit is at hand.

The staff is nice but very pushy. I got called several times for appointment after letting them know I am being cared for at another office. They still scheduled an appointment I did not agreed with.

It has been a while since Ive been to the dentist, but the entire staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Ellis was very nice and professional, he told me everything that was happening and kept making sure I was okay while he was working on my teeth. I am definitely making him my denyist.

I had Dr. Ellis as my dentist at a prior dental office and when he moved practices, I moved with him. Dr. Ellis is very personable and I trust him as my dentist. He makes the experience more personable as opposed to just the next patient in a chair. Olga the hygienist was very nice as well, and yes, I promise Ill floss more.

I was super scared and nervous going into the whole procedure of getting a root canal. Since it was my first time ever getting this type of procedure done on my teeth I knew little about it and had lots of concerns/questions. Everything at first seemed so intimidating but after conversing with the staff and them explaining exactly what they were going to do I felt at ease. Dr. Gary Altenburg made me feel  comfortable since the start allowing me to ask any questions and patiently explaining things throughout the whole procedure. He honestly did such a great job that throughout the whole procedure I felt no pain or too much discomfort. I highly recommend this place. Not only do they have great customer service but they are also super friendly and accomodating.

Horrible service and quality of work. Had a root canal and crown done broke off with in a year. Went back and they still charged me for another removal of the infection accumulated in between the weeks that I had to wait. They gave me the same crown which was broken to seal while the infection cleared up. Fell again and BTW no medication was given to me as soon as I told them I had huge pain and infection. Needless to say it was so bad I ended up going to gentle dental and paying full out of pocket for a new crown. Do not go here. Horrible customer service. Horrible waiting time, and no accountability of work

Dr Larson is so caring and gentle . The hygeinist gleniece is awesome . Excellent service from the front to the back (especially back office). Assistants made me feel so comfortable . All around awesome experience .

Completely disappointed. Their accountant gives you a price and then charges you more and makes excuses to justify the overcharging Stay away from this place. They will empty your pockets.

Was put on hold for over 10 minutes (no background music) just an annoying beep. After the 10 minutes the phone just clicked. When hung up on, I called back. No answer, after three attempts I get an answer and let the associate know what happened, no apology, a rude response of “I’m the only one here and I’m really busy!” I pay for my dental care from Cigna! I was planning of setting up an interview for the dentist, since I will be paying him and his employees! We’ll that little interaction lost my business! If I could give 0 stars I would, worst service and I didn’t even go into the office!! I will be taking my business and my money to another dentist!

Worst place ever, dont believe the Google reviews. Thats What I did and unfortunately came here. First visit was for a broken tooth and I was told they could do a root canal and my costs would be 1100.00 dollars andand insurance would pay 400.00, that sounds fair. I told them I couldnt afford that and once I said that it was a game changer. They abruptly ended our conversion and scheduled an appt for two weeks later to pull tooth. I asked what do I do for the pain for the next two weeks because I still have a broken tooth? Dr wrote an awesome prescription for Motrin, for Motrin. So here I am today to do the extraction, my original appt was for twelve oclock which would of been perfect but they call me the day before and say be here at eleven oclock and I say ok cause thats what we do right. I show up fifteen minutes early cause again thats what were suppose to do, get called back at twelve twenty. Should of kept twelve oclock appt huh? Smh. Also they never addressed the other issues they found with my first visit, I also have a crack in one tooth which hurts and should have been repaired along with a cleaning which I believe insurance will cover, oh well smh again. One positive the Dr was awesome, little pain that is all, shots were fine, extraction was quick and pretty much painless awesome on her job. Looking for new dentist office.
