Terrible. Had a clasp replaced on my gold chain because the spring broke and came out. The repair went fine.. then 3 weeks later the new clasp broke the same way. Very disappointed. I want the company to reach out to me to resolve this.

This place is awesome we went in to get a watch battery for a Versace watch which may sound minor but after us calling several places and being treated rudely. This place was super nice and they did exactly what they said in one hour and they didnt damage the watch

Guy was rude couldnt take off one screw from the back of my watch to change the battery, charged way to much to fix the clasp of my necklace ill never go there again in my opinion im not trying to put his buisness down and i know they are trying to make it, but price gouging is becoming way too common do to crisis SMH
