Its my second time here at Diamano and I just had to leave a review for the company. The owner really went out of his way to make me the most amazing Halo, French Pave wedding set. The Diamond quality is amazing! Its a challenge when you go somewhere and get a custom ring made for you. I hated my last ring. When you get the ring back its not what you expect and it turns out to disappoint you. That was NOT the case here. I discussed the details, I paid for the ring and Nick emailed me back with a 3D animated Drawing. Then when he emailed me pictures of my ring I couldnt wait to ditch work and go pick it up. It is just amazing.Just a note I did shop around the area and Nick was extremely up front about what he charged, unlike a few stores in the area that actually suggested; that I personally shop around and do free market research for them.Basically suggesting that I shop the competitor and bring back the data I Collect so they can beat the price!Diamano Jewelry really delivered on their end! We had shopped around a few places in Glendale, Pasadena and South Pasadena. Making the purchase at a family owned business was really important to us. We called spoke to the staff and went in to Diamano looking for engagement rings, it was refreshing to find a No Pressure environment with no up-sell.I really enjoyed speaking with the owner about the different collections he offers in the store. The quality and pricing of the rings were amazing.Nick the owner had some new rings he had just made, we were the first to see them. We ended up getting a one of a kind diamond ring at an amazing price and to top that off found ourselves our new family jeweler.I have to stress, I really like the fact that most of his rings/products are made right here in Pasadena.

Diamano Jewelry is a beautiful and amazing family owned business and Nick the owner has excellent taste in jewelry thats hand crafted in their local workshop. I never right reviews and felt I needed to write one for this store. I was looking for something special for my wifes birthday, I shopped around both online and in stores in Pasadena. I just couldnt find anything that I thought my wife would like. Shopping for her is a bit tough since she hates surprises.We were at dinner at Roys Restaurant across the street when I saw the sign Diamano Jewelry. After a great dinner my wife and I walked into the jewelry store and we were greeted by the owner. We looked at the jewelry and my wife took a particular liking to one of their creations.I took a quick picture of the tag with my phone. Then on Saturday I came in and purchased the piece from Nick.Great jewelry store and great people.

We bought an engagement ring and wedding band from Nick a little over a year ago, and the experience was perfect. My fiance and I were shopping for wedding bands. This was the 4th jeweler we visited. They have a very nice selection of quality diamond wedding rings, best of all most of their jewelry is made by them locally in Pasadena. We really enjoyed the time we spent at the store working with the owner, Nick.They also are a Benchmark wedding band dealer and showed us a collection they carry called Tantalum. We are so happy with our purchase from Diamano Jewelry and will recommended them to all of our friends and family.

He works within your budget and was a true joy to work with. He had a really nice selection of diamonds that were traded in and I was able to pick a stone from that selection. I really saved a great deal on my center stone. Before coming to Nick’s, I shopped around and found people pushy, over our price range; etc. Nick gives you true customer service and he updated me every step of the way to design my ring. He sent me rendered pictures which was really nice. My fiancé and I plan to go back to get matching wedding bands made in 2018. I was shopping around for an eternity ring. Most places have to make my size which is a 4. I wanted something to match my engagement ring and having it the same day I thought would be awesome. Sure enough they had my size in stock and I purchased my ring and got to wear it home. They make eternity rings and actually have them in stock which I thought was really impressive. Found my new jewelry shop right here in Pasadena.

Long over due review.Wanted to buy my girlfriend some diamond studs. I was so confused when it came to pricing online. I live in Pasadena so I decided to give my business to a local jewelry shop. I went into the store told the guy working their my budget and he showed me what was in stock. He also provided a appraisal ID that came with the jewelry showing the diamond color, clarity and carat weight which I was not expecting. She loved the her new diamond earrings.Very nice store and great selection of diamond jewelry. I will be going here to by my engagement ring for sure.

Went into get some new wedding bands, they have a pretty nice collection of benchmark wedding bands. We picked our rings out they ordered it with free engraving. About 2 weeks later we went in and picked up our new wedding bands. Very happy customers.

He gave us 3 separate options and 3 separate price points to fit our budget. Let me start with saying I couldn’t be happier with Nick’s work and customer service. He made what should have been a very stressful process into a positive and smooth experience. And it was all worth it once I saw my fiancées smile when she saw the ring once I proposed.I’ve dealt with many jewelers in the past and I know shopping for an engagement ring is a very personal experience. Building rapport and trust with the jeweler is a very big part of the process for me. This is where Nick stood out when I showed up with my girlfriend at the time. She was very specific in what she wanted and Nick assured us he would do everything in his power to make her picture of the ring come true. Only problem was I couldn’t come in to the store to hash things out since I live on the east coast. However, this was never a problem throughout the process.Once I decided to go with Nick he called me to find out what I wanted for the ring. After spending about 30-45 min on the phone with him I knew he understood what my fiancée and I wanted. I figured it would have taken a while to find the right oval diamond, but Nick came across one that turned out to be perfect. Of course there were bigger more expensive diamonds out there, but he told me that this was the perfect diamond for my ring. He sent me pictures, reports, and videos of the diamond which allowed me to see what he was seeing.Once we had the diamond he then started designing the ring and matching band. Being able to see computer-aided designs (CAD) helped me get a better idea of everything. Of course I had an idea of what it would look like, but seeing the CAD brought it to life. After going back and forth through emails and texts and a complete redesign of the initial CAD, Nick was able to design exactly what we had in mind. But the process didn’t stop there. He sent me pictures of the ring from when it first came out of the oven, to polishing it, and the final product including close ups of the engravings. This helped me feel involved with the process and know exactly where we were with coming up with the final product.Overall working with Nick was amazing. He made an image in my head in to an actual physical object. I was hesitant to work with a jeweler on the other side of the country, but Nick alleviated any fears I had. The ring was perfect and exactly what my fiancée wanted.

Hands down the best customer service ive ever had. First time i came here was to sell some gold after everywhere was went was offering me pathetic amounts. Went here and got more than double the amount other stores offered. Ended up talking to the owner Nick and decided to have an engagement ring made there for my soon to be bride. He custom made a very complex diamond ring for me with a georgous center stone for an amazing price. Went back a second time and purchased a wedding ring. Just had them make my wedding band which was once again a complex piece custom made to my exact specifications. Turned out awesome and at an amazing price. Im so glad i found this place, Ill never buy jewelry any where else ever again.
