Excellent service. Brought in some delicate heirloom items and he did a fantastic job of sizing and restoring them to beauty. His prices were very reasonable and he even finished up the work a day earlier than the estimated date I was give. Id give 10 stars if I could.

I walked in not long after they opened for the day and asked to have my boyfriends watch repaired, the older gentleman working was on it, he had me in and out within five minutes and the price was great. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll be back when the time comes.

Not only do they have beautiful pieces of: Gold, Gemstones, Watches, Rings, Diamonds etc. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and has competently repaired, cleaned, replaced batteries and removed links on every piece I have taken there, whether I purchased it there or not. Look no more, my watch band had an issue with staying clasped. I called Franks and son jewelry to see if they would look at it and they said yes. It took 5 minutes to fix and Donald who greeted me and worked on it was very knowledgeable. Donald would not charge me anything to fix it which is hard to see nowadays. I will be back to buy something for my wife.

Great place got watched fixed here. It was cleaned and he did changed the batteries. The staffs was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. I was fascinated with the designs. Ill surely recommend this.

Nothing but great things to say about this jeweler. Yesterday I needed a special gift engraved the day of. Although the engraving is usually something that is ready on the next business day, they had it ready just in time that same day, whereas had I gone anywhere else it would have taken at least two weeks to get something similar. Awesome job for a great price and I really appreciated the extra effort!

Very happy with my wedding rings that I had resized here. The staff was very helpful and polite. They were able to quickly resize them before my wedding day. Not only that but I could tell they had been polished so they sparkled so nice!!

I went in today to have a link removed from my watch. They did not charge me. They let me look around at all the jewelry and take pictures to give gift ideas. Donny was super helpful. I will be returning.

Ive been a customer for about a year now and I have found this establishment to be very customer friendly. The staff helps you find what you are looking for and they take care of their customers needs.

Franks and Sons over-promised and under-delivered. They told me my repair would be done in 3-4 days. They were dismissive when I called on the 5th and 6th day, so I quit calling. On the 10th day, they called to tell me my ring was ready, but the stone they had set was loose and the prongs were not smooth. Another jeweler fixed the setting in one day and charged me less than Franks. There are too many good jewelers around to waste my time and money at Franks and Sons.

Always a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. With their honesty and integrity I would never go anywhere else.

Had a vey bad experience. Staff was extremely rude!!! Have purchased coins from them in the past. No longer with use them or will recommend them. Went in to purchase some coins they were selling over the price they were worth and claiming they were in better grading then what they were.

I had to replace 2 batteries and it was cheaper than other places. Great jewelry by the way.

I will not be back to this jewelry store. They made 2 custom rings for me (which took longer than what they told me verbally) and when I went to pick them up, both were sized wrong. There were more issues to this visit, but the main complaint that I have is, they never apologized. I thought they would when I picked them up, but they did not. They are just not friendly at all, with the exception of the one thats been there the longest.
