Hello if you guys want to work here please dont! I send 3 applications months ago. And on the first application, they called me but i couldnt answer because i had important family emergency. so i called in the next day to have an interview set and they told me they would call me the next day or the same day. Well they never called so i decided to check my application status and it said it was stooped, i was pretty sad because i was thrill to work here so i ended up sending another application and theyimmediately stop the second application. they didnt even consider me to give me another chance but its a good sign since it shows what kind of place it is if you still want to end up working here.

Not very welcoming as I would expect for an establishment. Received a ring and a diamond fell out. Went to get it repaired and was given the hardest time ever! Made me jump through hoops pretty much. Very disappointed in Customer service and lack of standing behind their products. I had to get firm with them then I feel they took me seriously. I told my boyfriend to NEVER purchase anything ever from Zales unfortunately the Pasadena location put a horrible taste in my mouth! It’s been over a month and have not received a call it was ready and everytime I call no answer.

My experience in this store was excellent, great customer service, Matt is one amazing sales rep. He was patient and easy going, made my experience enjoyable, also went out his way to stay longer then his work schedule to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase .
Besides the store hours changing probably due to Covid this store is awesome but make sure you call before you go in to see if theyre open

Didnt get a welcoming vibe
My husband went in to purchase a bracelet for me for Mother’s Day, he saw on an ad Zales sent him in the mail. The date very specifically said May 2-5, 2019. He was told the sale ended Saturday, May 4. He showed them the ad, pointed to the date, and whoever helped him told him again, “nope, it ended yesterday (sat may 4).” If they were out of those specific bracelets they could have told him that but they didn’t. They tried to sell him a similar bracelet at full price.

I usually never write reviews but I want to take the time to thank the ASM Dolores for all her help and especially time! She really made the process run smoothly for me and my fiance. She was so patient with us even though we were so indecisive and had to go back several times until we were able to pick out the perfect ring. She always had a smile on her face and was more than happy to assist us. Thank you for everything, I will definitely be coming back for future purchases and recommend anyone come to her! ☺
I’ve bought special occasion jewelry at this location since they opened for my wife, nice people even though it seems like they run through employees but the manager is great and they are always nice, no pressure, attention detailed and always have what I’m looking for In stock, nice clean easy accessible facility and I’ll continue to use them

Im very disappointed in the quality of their products. Ive been married for just over a year and I already have to buy my husband another wedding ring. They had no interest in making it right so were going to find another store with better quality products and customer service.

GREAT...couldnt ask for better service
Bought a diamond necklace for my fiancée two days before our wedding (after already buying both her engagement ring and wedding band there). During the wedding the chain broke and the diamond fell off the necklace and we were unable to find it. I bought the warranty which covers “lost” diamonds. However, the store manager, Solomon Rollins, said there was nothing he could do for me because I didn’t have the pendant (this language is not in the warranty). He told me to call corporate. I did and they said they couldn’t override Solomon because he is the store manager. Solomon again refused to help me. After making multiple purchases and spending THOUSANDS of dollars here, Zales will never get another penny of my money.

Horrible Customer Experience. Within 3 years, my ring has been sent for repairs 4 times. One of my diamonds started moving. They sent it to be repair the prongs. They found at the diamond was cracked. They had to sent it back to the store, so that they could send it to the diamond replacement location. It took about 2 months to complete this repair. They did not match the cut of the diamond to the others.
I stopped by here to have them check on my order from dec. 3rd. I had already tried to get ahold of customer service by phone and online. They said they couldnt do anything, and would not even look the order up. We asked them to get ahold of Customer service for us, the answer was .....no because there is a 1-2 hour hold. But they expect me to wait 1-2 hours, guess my time isnt as important as theirs to make sales they can not fulfill.
