I have been happily dealing with Arnold’s jewelry for multiple years. Their jewelry selection is very good and their service is perfect. Watch repair, watch batteries (even ones that other jewelers found a bit too complex to deal with), and jewelry repairs couldn’t be better. And then there is the staff… So friendly and helpful. Arnolds Fine Jewelry is definitely a Pasadena Gem. It is Pasadenas oldest family-owned jewelry store, established more than 100 years ago in the same building.I am a big stickler for customer service and Arnolds definitely passed my test. The customer service is superb, the staff is extremely friendly and patient. The jewelry selection appears to be handpicked. You wont find cheap, poorly made jewelry here. This is the type of place where wedding and engagement rings are purchased. If you have a cherished piece of jewelry that needs to be cleaned or repaired, bring it to Arnolds.
