Have used Sanders for many years because they always have top quality diamonds and other related items. Plus they are family owned and operated, and they are great people! My most recent purchase was an angel wing pendant with diamonds on a matching necklace. It was for my wife, who’s mother had recently passed away. As usual, the Sanders family treated us wonderfully. That’s the thing I like most about them. You can spend $1000 or $10,000 and they treat you the same every time. If you haven’t tried them, you don’t know what you’re missing!

I have know Larry Sanders since my late husband and I purchased my engagement ring at his store in the Harandale Mall 36 years ago. We have purchased other items for several milestone anniversaries over the years. His staff were great secret keepers due to the fact most were secrets. He is always glad to see u and treats u as family. I went there this month to get my rings cleaned and checked. Even with a mask on he knew who I was and gave me a great deal on a pair of diamond ear rings that I treated myself too. He has always been there for me and my husband when we needed repairs and stood by his guarantees. I will never go anywhere else. Having been in the area for many years, I was aware of Sanders Jeweler’s reputation and beautiful jewelry by word of mouth and being a customer. For Christmas, I ordered 2 watch bands (Amazon)for 2 golf watches that I could NOT get off. Sanders staff worked for almost an hour to get those screws out. Didn’t charge me and instead, suggested I make a donation to their African charity box - where they build schools, supply water and food to poor communities in Africa. They also have a Md Food Bank donation box right inside the door. What wonderful stewards of our community and society. In these tough business times, I hope they can weather the pandemic - but likely they have really good karma. Support this local business! Just this week was my first visit to Sanders and it was a great experience! I was looking for a very specific bracelet for a gift and the jewelers helped me find the perfect one. I needed my ring sized and was very uneasy about sending it out. They do all their work in-house which made me comfortable right from the start. This is a great local place that does quality work. I was worried about getting my engagement ring resized because its a family heirloom, and I wanted to make sure it was done well. Sanders truly delivered every step of the way! They were able to give me a cost estimate via text after filling out their online contact form (super easy), and completed the resize and an appraisal in just 1 day. I highly recommend this jeweler. I am a resident of Pasadena. My engagement ring was too big. We brought it back to the jeweler in DC but they did not offer bumps for sizing. I wanted to be able to have some wiggle room to accommodate future pregnancy. I called Sanders and they said they offer the bumps and I did not need an appointment and they do everything in-house with a few day turn around. They said I was welcome to stop by. I got to the store on Thursday afternoon and they talked me into something even better than the bumps! Its Friday afternoon and I already have my ring back on my hand and it fits beautifully! I look forward to going back and visiting them as our local jeweler. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

When my husband and I were ring shopping over 11 years ago, I had a very particular design for my engagement ring in mind. We went to all of the large jewelry chains first. I couldnt find anything close to what I was looking for and every single sales person barely gave us the time of day. I dont know if it was because we looked younger than we actually were, but when you are going to spend such a large amount of money, you should never waste it on a store that cant be bothered to go the distance. We heard about Sanders Diamond Jewelers from friends of ours. Our first impression from the time we stepped foot in the store was like a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, respectful, and happy to help. They pulled out these enormous catalogs and patiently guided me to the perfect ring and then helped me customize it even further. I will be a customer for life based on that experience. I recently took my great-grandmothers ring in to have it cleaned and sized properly. They were able to detect that several of the prongs were worn down and potentially at risk for losing the diamonds, which is something that would have never occurred to me. Was told by other jewelers that my fathers wedding ring was not able to be resized without compromising the pattern on it. When I brought it to Sanders, the pattern wasnt even brought up as an issue. My ring was resized in less than 24 hours, and the ring looks unbelievable. Some may think the price is high, but for this kind of work, youre getting what you pay for. Much better than any corporate place that wouldve sent it out for a week to some guy who would have done half as good a job. Sanders is highly recommended.

I ordered a specific item by a specific manufacturer (KABANA) last week.Tuesday, at Sanders’ explicit request, I drove an hour to give them my credit card information, which was processed while I was there. I was told the piece I wanted was available.It is now close of business on Friday. I am out $2200 and have only a receipt which says I will get the described piece by June 24th, over a month from now.I have no information on when the manufacturer intends to ship the piece or who to check with at Kabana for further information.Apparently Sanders prefers to do business with other customers. Probably they gave me a big discount and aren’t making any money on this sale.

I went in to size an engagement ring and mentioned Id eventually like to replace the center stone. The owner, Larry Sanders, spent a tremendous amount of time with me, presenting options and showed me a stone hed just bought on a business trip that was stunning and perfect for my budget. I decided not to wait and was able to finance the stone same as cash for a year. The replaced the stone within a day. The ring looked amazing. The experience was beyond my expectations. Larry was fantastic! Of course, she said yes :-) Ill be back again and again.

I went to Sanders just to look around knowing they were having a sale. As soon as I walked in the door I spotted an emerald and diamond band. Was in the store looking to purchase a Christmas present for my wife, when I walked in I witnessed two employees a young black haird man was yelling and screaming pointing in the face of an older woman employee saying how he hates her, I dont think this type of behavior is appropriate anywhere but especially not at a place of business. Im a 50 year old man and felt very uncomfortable even at the point of stepping in or calling for help. After a few the woman employee walked away in tears and I left the store to take my business elsewhere,, shame on you Sanders
