Theyre crooks, dont ever use these people. I found out a year after my daughter paid cash for her phone that the employees stole that money and set it up so i made payments on that phone over the next year even though she paid cash for the phone in the store. I wouldnt recommend using them
The manager Anthony is fantastic. Friendly, professional, very informed and helpful. Does his best to solve any issues. Recommend if you go to the Hastings Ranch store, wait for Anthony to help you rather than the other team members.
I went in today to see why my new Samsung galaxy S20 plus was not letting me know when I received new messages or voice mails, turned out after a few others tried, only ANTHONY at PASADENAs Hasting Ranch branch figured it out..He deleted 2 bad security apps.. were causing all the trouble..Now I really love myGALAXY S20 PLUS.. its worth all money..
Go wireless the Verizon authorized dealer is located inside the Hastings ranch shopping center in between Sears and marshalls. Go wireless carries the latest Verizon phones and accessories and they have a friendly knowledgeable staff on hand ready to assist. They also offer drive up and go service.
I came into the store just trying to get some assistance with printing out a bill. The associate I talked to was named Darin he told me that they don’t have paper to print out anything not even a customer’s recipe. He also said even if they did have paper the company of Verizon and go wireless doesn’t trust me whatever that means. He then told me to take myself to the Library or somewhere else that could print them for me. When I asked why should I do business with a company that doesn’t trust me he responded very arrogantly saying that’s my prerogative. I would give this experience I had negative 5 star review if I was able too.
The two girls there were very helpful even though I did not go in to buy a phone. They took their time to answer my questions and I really appreciated that.

A calling customer, who called twice, on two different days had poor customer service. The calling customer asked for a representative/agent who speaks Spanish. On the first day the customer called, the customer was told the Spanish speaking agent was not in for the day. The customer was told to call the following day. The customer calls the following day, then Pauline told them no one there speaks Spanish. Neither did agent made themself available to assist the customer in English. As someone who has worked in customer service, this is an example of bad customer service. Im asking if the supervisor of this branch look into this and go over customer service ethics and protocols. Having poor customer service during a time when the new 5G line of communications innovation is on the rise is hurtful to the companies profit. Thank you!
Although they do not have the best deals or prices the young gentleman who helped me at this location was incredibly helpful and patient. I only need a single line for cellphone use and it was clear Verizon wasnt the provider for me. We worked through all possible scenarios to find a solution but there was none. so kudos to the sale rep for his excellent service.

Bad attitude. I was go there because my phone sometimes had no service. (iPhone x) I think that might be the SIM card problem. I told this problem to the gay who working there. He was really impatient. He told me that’s not about the Verizon ‘s problem. He said I shouldn’t go to Verizon I need to talk to Apple or get the new phone.Then I go to another Verizon store 368 s lake ave Pasadena. They give me the new SIM card my phone has no problem at all.

I picked up a new phone yesterday, I gotta tell you one of the best customer service experience I have ever had in a very long time. Kendall was well knowledgeable about the product I originally wanted. He gave me another option ( a better option) and I can not be much more happier with my Droid Z Force. Kendall knew the ins and outs of the Z Force Droid, which sold me on getting it. If you looking for an Android phone, go see Kendall. Kendall should get a raise and or a promotion.

Customer service here is good. Wait times are generally short. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If looking for a new Samsung phone, Id try Best Buy, but this store is also a good place to go.
We went to this Verizon store in east Pasadena Sunday to get a new iPhone. Kendal was amazing, so very helpful. It was a seamless experience, easy from start to finish, and he was a patient teacher. My new iPhone 6s is beautiful, large enough to read Internet articles, light enough to carry easily. I highly recommend Verizon + Kendal.
I came in because my other phone had just totally died . I’m not very tech savvy but Joey did a really great job helping me to make the decisions I ended up with . I wasn’t planning on getting an IPad but the 50% off deal when buying the phone was too good to pass up!Great job by Joey !

Please note this is not a Verizon store, this is a Verizon Authorized Dealers- a third party vendor. They can charge you whatever they want, and Verizon cant help you because this is a third party. You will have to go back to the store and hope that you can get your money back....I went to the store, set up a new line, got my new phone and walked out extremely happy with the service I received. But I soon found down I was misled by the store representative when I called the real Verizon customer service to ask about my bill.They will tell you that you have to pay this X amount because Verizon required you to pay it to set up/ upgrade your phone, but they lied. And they make you feel better because the phone comes with free accessories when they actually charged you for it.Make sure you call Verizon or go online to see how much is the tax for your new phone and that is the only amount you have to pay in store because Verizon will bill you later for your phone plan and the installed payment for your phone. Please note that the current sale tax in Pasadena is 9%, so do the math, if the retail full price for your phone is $600, the only amount you should pay in store is $54.Real Verizon store do not charge customer to set up a line or set up your new phone, but Go Wireless will tell you that Verizon charges you for it which is not true. Beware they will tell you the set up fee is $40 but I will give you discount only $20. You dont have to pay this fee at the store. A real $20 activation fee that is required by Verizon will appear on your first month bill.Lesson learned for me: Never go to Verizon Authorized Dealers, especially this one! Always deal directly with Verizon or their retail stores. Nothing ( accessories) comes for free with any phone and Go Wireless representative/salesman can be so nice but dont trust them, they want your money, and they make you feel good while smoothly taking your money away.And trust me trying to get your money back is not easy....
This place has a manager that is very rude,yells at his employees in front of customers & evens yells at customers also & tells them to get out. This manager shouldnt be a manager!!!

I came to this store because the other store was pushy and I didnt feel like it was good. So I came to this store in Pasadena and tawfiq and Joey greeted me and helped me out since my phone was stolen. Thanks for the help. Wife upgraded her LG G2 to an S7 back in March of 2016...Few days later she went back to this store to exchange it for one that works... Come out to find out this store gave her a working S7 for the non responsive one she got a few days later. So basically an exchange they took the phone and gave her a new one....Come to find out 2yrs later they put the second S7 on her account without acknowledgement and charged her for a device activation, mo service charge, line service charge on a phone we never owned...Called verizon and they basically told us that is our fault for not checking our bill. Is this a way to treat your customers that pay their bills on time...And auto pay. Never missed a payment for 16yrs.....May need to get an attorney now because they wont fix it...
Darren sold me BOGO Samsung Galaxy Phones. I asked if there was a requirement for these phones, and he said no. Per Darren, after 2-3 billing cycles I would see the BOGO take effect. 2 weeks after purchase I called to confirm there was not a requirement. And were assured there was not. On the 4th billing cycle after still seeing charges for both phones I placed a call to Verizon support and an Unlimited plan was required for that deal. Now Im stuck paying for both phones or get an unlimited plan.

We originally purchased a phone from a Verizon kiosk at the mall and was given very poor service. Mike Aguirre restored our faith in Verizon. He knows his stuff, didnt sell us stuff we didnt want or need and in and out in a short time. You need a new phone, go see Mike.

Tawfiq the manager is who helped us I needed a new phone mine was getting old I had a s4 Samsung and was ready for a new one we ended up choosing s10e was thoughtful and explained everything had a plesent experience and always comes to this store never had issues. There was a really rude person next to me that was yelling at him and he handled it tremendously I give him props for being so professional like he was and shame of that couple that did that because of something a different store did it wasnt even his or his stores fault and they t to ed to take it out on him. I am so happy everyone seems so happy about this store. I have had a nightmare experience since December with a phone I tried out for less than 24 hrs and returned the next morning. I wont bore you with the details, but will tell you I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and frankly corporate needs to close it or reorganize. Even Verizon customer service is at their wits end trying to get their attention. Lesson learned... only do business with a Verizon Corporate premium retail store never again a franchise. I gave it one star because I couldnt post this without it :( If the manager, Nick can fix this then that star is for you, Nick.

I went into Verizon Wireless with the intention of adding someone to my phone plan. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. Phillip was very knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested some upgrades on my plan without feeling pressured. Also, he took the time to attempt information backups to iCloud. The internet speed was slow at Verizon wireless. He continued to work on the backup while we went to the gym. We were told to return in 90 minutes. Upon return, it showed 8 more hours to complete. Phillip suggested we complete the back up at home on my high speed internet. He took the time to write out instructions for me. Based on my superb experience. I would return to Verizon wireless and recommend it to others! Ask for Phillip!!

Ken Chau, the manager of this store, is a paragon of patience. He helped my sister upgrade to an iPhone and spent nearly two hours with her, right through the lunch hour. First he helped her reset her Verizon password, then clearly explained the services available, then answered a myriad of questions from both of us. Then he installed an Otterbox Defender over her new iPhone since she is, like me, apt to drop her cell phone constantly. (Previously Ken had installed my Otterbox since I could not do it, even with the help of a YouTube video.) Yesterday I again visited the store and Brandon helped my husband reset his voicemail password, downloaded updates, and among other things, showed both of us a short cut to the Google search box. This store is an oasis.
