The people are good and good customer service, but last time I went I didnt like that they were asking for food in order to help you smh! One of the ladies told my husband that she could get him an iPhone 12 max pro, but in exchange she wanted a Starbucks! My family and I were talking about getting Canes after leaving and at the end the man who helped us said So am I following yall to go get Canes I thought it was a joke and said NO lol and he responded saying it was not a joke with a disappointed face. I think it is their job to help customers and not to demand buying them food in order to be helped! Disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Take the time and go to a different verizon place. Ive had nothing but horrible experiences with this store. I was offered a BOGO promotion but the sales rep. never entered the promo code so Ive been paying for the free phone for over 6 months. I got the run around for months when I noticed the charged. Called every day and could never get a hold of the manager. Sales reps would get my info to help but never followed up. Now their company (they are a 3rd party retailer) only wants to refund partial for the free phone. Its a $1000 phone.

I bought a new phone, got insurance on it, but they added the insurance to the wrong number. Talked to verzion customer service for 2 hours to fix the problem. Go back to the store and they are no help. Dont go to retail verzion, They just want your money. You added 17$/month insurance to an iphone 7.... tried to sell me another phone because I have a free upgrade. Do not get the liquid glass screen protector unless you keep the box. Must have lost the key to the file cabinet to see that I paid 30$ for its protection. Yeah your screen wont crack she says. A Real verzion store is getting my screen fixed and credit toward my bill.

Had a pixel 3a xl, thought it was the best, until it broke down on me. Came over to try and fix my problem, will not forget how much of a lifesaver they are. They hooked me up with the best options. thought I was going to walk out with a empty wallet, but I was wrong thinking that. Best company hands down.
