Instead of taking my crew to the Quality Inn 2 minutes from George Bush Airport (that has their own airport shuttle) they took us (more than once) to the Quality Inn in Pasadena (40 minutes away) so they could get the transport fee the next morning. Profits over people and just plain wrong.
