We used Atlantic Express Corp services to delivery a package to Russia and guy who took care of our order promised to us 17 days(Air Mail). After three weeks I was trying to find out where is package and tracking system showed “US” location. So we called to local office and asked him what happened - he said “it’s not his problem, please call to main office(IL) and figure out issues with them”. Finally, after 32 days our package was delivered. The customer support service is horrible, they don’t explain and apologize for that.

Fair price, but delivery slow

Weekly departures?... No way! Their website is misleading the customers. A package sent to Europe was still within the U.S. after 1 1/2 months.

I was told it takes about 40 days to deliver cars and two weeks to load it. It’s been 2 months and car is still on its way. Initially they told me car will be delivered on January 4, now it’s moved to January 24. My second car is also delaying but magically arrives earlier than my first one. I am praying they will be delivered in drivable condition.

I have shipped many cars with them and they did not respect me when they got many cars. I endded up taking my cars out. The boss of the place is a fat bulshit yellow hair guy whose teeth more dirt than my shoes. I am fully frustrated with this company.

My driver went to deliver 1 car and it took them 4 hrs to unload just 1 car, he had to deliver the rest of the cars late, til the next day to other shipping yards and was charged for delivering them late, very unprofessional keeping drivers wait that long specially when theyre coming from out of town it messes up their time of delivery, not recommendable
