Sent a question through Google, got a response right away and a legitimate quote. Reasonable pricing, spoke to someone on the phone and the quote didnt change. Dropped my phone off, went back when they said to and my phone was as good as new. Hopefully nothing else happens to my phone but if it does I know where to go now.

I have an iPhone X and the glass on the back of my phone shattered. I called them in advance and asked for a quote ($80+ tax). my phone was fixed in about two hours and then tire process was pretty easy and effortless on my end. They don’t ask for a deposit. They had both black and white as an option to replace the glass. The customer service was friendly and professional.The inspector phone to record for any damage before they take it in, for example if there’s any scratches or anything malfunctioning with the phone they make a note of that before they take your phone. The only thing wrong with my phone was the glass so everything else checked off. Overall would recommend.

We had water damage to a Nintendo Switch and on a recommendation from someone at GameStpp brought it here to fix. They had it fr one week but were unable to fix it. It Cost about$30.00 for them to try. Everyone was nice, but they did not call me like they said. I needed to call them. We really needed to get this fixed so I then took it to Game/Video in Korea town. After 2 days they were able to fix it and Aminal Crossing was not lost.I appreciate the effort they made here a reboot and that the cost was minimal.

I called them first and person who answered was very friendly, I took my I phone to replace my broken screen and Brice said it would be ready in 30 min or less... They were not cheap but worth it due to excellent customer service and skills, Brice was my tech and I highly recommend him, Very pleased with Reboot Pasadena and the reviews says it all. Hope I dont break my screen again and if I do Ill take it to them again.

Just picked up my Iphone 7 screen was cracked went and replaced it. there was a minor issue with the phone after they replaced the screen. took it back to them without hesitation they diagnosed and fixed it . convenient, easy to deal with and i will return if necessary. Thank you Reboot.

Very good experience. I had a cracked iPad mini 1st generation. Staples said it would take them a week to repair. Reboot did it in 4 hours and for less than Staples would have charged. Reboot provided great communication and advice.

Could possibly be the worst place to repair your phone. I had a cracked my screen and needed a repair so I hit this place up. I repaired my screen, bought a screen protector, AND bought one of their Super protective cases. Joke.. 1 moth later some kid knocked my phone of a table about 2 feet from the ground. Shattered. Completely broken. The screen protector didnt work nor the case..They have some warranty where in the next like 2 months if it breaks you can repair it for free. I was 1 day late and they didnt repair. Now life has gone on and Ive been using some cruddy iPhone 6 with a shattered screen and now recently had to switch to an iPhone 4 that barely works because my iPhone 6 is continuously getting more cracked. Thank you for screwing my entire cell phone life over.

I went here today and the guy here helped me fix my ipod classic. He just set it up so I could restore it myself at home but he didnt charge me. Now it works again and I couldnt have done it by myself. I really appreciate dealing with people like the ones working at this place.

BROKE MY IPHONE 6. Do not go here for a screen repair. It cost more than a replacement screen at the Apple store but I went here because I couldnt get an appointment for a week through Apple and I KNEW I was going to regret it.A few months after it was replaced, my phone started dying randomly even with 80% battery left.Then one day it just broke and would not turn on. Whenever I plugged it in it would get stuck on the apple logo and then would throw a 4013 error code. 4013 means something was changed with the hardware due to a screen repair or button repair.AVOID THIS PLACE.

Very helpful and wont rip you off like the Apple Store if you need your iPhone repaired.
