Customer service thus far has been good! The first electrician was very professional. He assess my problem and schedule to have it fix. There was a hiccup in getting the part but o well things happen. They came out and fix it. So far everything is fine! The technician that came out was personal and appears to have done a good job!

We took our 32in Sony in for estimate on a Monday. Got a call back from James on Wednesday and authorized repair of the remote IR circuit. Got a call on Friday that it was ready for pickup. James was very courteous, professional and prompt. Great doing business at A-1!!

From the first phone call the technician James was very easy to talk to and invited me in for service. Once i arrived with my TV he explained their procedures and told me there was a $ 50.00 dollar charge for the TV to be diagnosed. After a week and a half he called me with the repair cost to fix the unit. I will send business to A-1 in the future. Very friendly, knowledgeable, just a great experience, also the $ 50.00 dollars was put towards the repairs. James also went out of his way to locate me a very needed TV stand for my unit { 70 sharp }.

I took my old Kenwood C/D player in for repair, the turntable would not open to change C/Ds. After about a month, I got it back and it works great. I didnt want to buy a new one because it matches my stereo system. Im satisfied with the price and the C/D player.Thank you, Gary

On May 14 2014, I took my 46in LCD TV for repairs. I was told it was the video board. 3 months later they called saying my TV was ready, with a 60 day warranty It worked for 4 days and had the same problem. I took it back to the shop on August 20, 2014 and they kept it for seven months and did not fix it and charged me for it being @ the shop for 7 months, even though I was calling about the TV and they said they would call me back numerous times and I never got a phone call. I would not recommend A-1 Electronics to anyone. I took to another repair man and got the TV six days later. TV working find.

SHADY BUSINESS ALERT! I brought a projector here for repair. Upon dropping it off, he explains there is a $50 diagnostic fee. I had already diagnosed the problem so I just needed a quote to repair it. So I was uneasy but agreed and left it. He tells me itll be a few days for him to get it open and price the parts and labor. Another week and half passes and no call. I had to call each time to get any update and each time I did call he promised to call me back in a couple days with a price for the repair. I never received a single call or update. The excuses and lip service went on for a month and a half until I got fed up and just retrieved my projector. He refused to refund my money and now I am forced to dispute this with my credit card company. So he charged me $50 to waste my time and he missed every self imposed deadline, with not even as much as a courtesy phone call to update me. He was a complete jerk about too...like I was out of line for expecting something for my money or a refund. I was taken by this business! Sounds like it happens to others as well.

DO NOT GO HERE! They had my AV receiver for six months to fix a ground buzz. I called every week and they had a different excuse -waiting for parts-tech was sick-sinus infection-you name it. I trusted them. I finally took the receiver back and it does not even power on. It is useless now. I would sue them if it wasnt such a hassle. James promised to call me time after time and never did. They do not deserve one star. I suspect they will be out of business soon. And dont believe these 5 star ratings. Ask yourself how does this place get so many ones and then short review 5 star ratings. I suspect they write their own.

Do not waste your time here!!I took my TV one week before the superbowl and decided to pick it up 3 months later. James keeps making excuses about the parts not coming in. ... promises to call and give you an update (that never happens) promises hell have it ready in a week..3 weeks go by and still no parts/no call. This is the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed!!! If you dont believe it ask him a week after youve dropped off your electronic, and I guarantee you James will make tell you hes still waiting for parts. Pathetic

Fast and courteous service. Came out to our house to diagnose the problem. Our house had been struck by lightning and the deflector circuit on our 60 tv had been damaged. They came back the next day to pick up the tv, was back on my wall and working three days later.

Brought my broken T.V. and had great service, even though it was the busy holiday season it was fixed in a timely manner. It’s like it’s brand new!
