I understand that as much as Id like to see my car spotless its nearly impossible. But I would like to get my moneys worth... I dont like that theres always something not done properly ...either its the windows that show water streaks because theyre not cleaned properly, its the mirrors, if not the mirrors, its the inside of my car, I can see the dust or the dash board isnt even wiped out clean, not to mention the cup holder.... they dont even try to clean that up! The only reason I go there is because its the closest car wash! Otherwise, I wouldnt spend $18.99 its not worth it!

The exterior looks great! But for the upcharge for my car SUV and the overall price of $28.99 for a drive-through wash, it’s best to do it at the $5 wash and wax myself. Friends highly recommended it, but really poor job vacuuming and attention to details. There’s still sand everywhere and it’s too much to pretend not to notice.

Very impressed with this car wash! I got the gold package, which is only $13 (which is a GREAT deal, considering the average cost of top of the line is $16). I like how there is wash staff prior to entering the drive thru wash AND afterwards. Two staff members hand dried my car as I was exiting. A sign says tips appreciated, so I tipped both guys who dried my car handsomely.I would definitely recommend this car wash to family and friends. For $13, I drove through their automated wash. They did not follow up with cleaning remaining spots on the exterior, they did not clean my rims, they did not vacuum, they did not clean my window interiors, they did not wipe down any interior surfaces. All I got was a drive auto-brush, which is about $5.00 at a gas station. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Now I know why there was no line of cars to wait for. WHAT A RIPOFF....

Horrible. They damaged my console with chemicals or excessive something and got grease all over my white leather and soaking it with windex to remove. My seat is still stained and my console needs to be replaced. Great detail package I paid $120 for.

The price is geart. Nowadays tho the car wash is falling apart. A few spots too many. Theres time so do better.

I took my car for a full detail. There is one guy in particular that does the detailing at this facility. The car looked fine when I picked it up, however, a couple of days afterwards I could see swirl marks all over my car. Not what I would expect from a professional detailer. Very unsatisfactory work, thus, I will never have another car detailed at this car wash.Additionally, a lot has changed here in the last year. I used their full service car wash before, and at that time they use to do a better job. Recently they’ve automated many of the processes in order to improve GM’s. The problem is that they may end up losing customers which in today’s market are hard to recapture. There are way too many choices. I still go there, but for what it’s worth, I only use the express car wash in between good cleanings at another local car wash. They have a $7.00 express that pretty good. This is all you need in between a good cleaning.

Just happened upon this place in search for a drive thru car wash and was so pleased! It was quick, the employees were very kind, and I got to use the vacuum for free :) will come here a lot now that i know this car wash exists!

Don’t do the $30 full service unless you have over an hour to wait around. Slowest place I’ve been to and I won’t be coming back.

They increased their charge in order to hand dry. Spent 30 dollars which is the highest package. There was still bird poop everywhere on the car. Smudges on the mirrors. When I talked to the guy drying my car he said it needed another kind of wash. Went home and cleaned it with just soap. They overcharge and still leave dirt in the car. Do not come to this car wash.

They really do a great job on your vehicle. Been going there for almost 20 years. The manager has been there for 30 years. That alone should tell you something.

Pretty good car wash. Their quality inspector saw that my car was not very well washed after the first time that it went through and upon his own initiative he sent my car back to be washed again. It would have been better if it had been done right the first time, but at least they are trying to get it right. The price is reasonable.

I have a black car and it always looks really good after their fine wash. They also wax my car every three months.Go early on some weekdays for an even lower price.

This used to be my favorite car wash, but I was very disappointed and surprised with what took place this morning. The greeter was very impatient, rude and not completely honest. He also blew his stack and caused a scene with his own supervisor. Also, sap and bird poop was still left on my roof, after the detailing. Thats the end of THAT ballgame.

Only giving this place a one star so I can actually leave the review. This is one of the worst places to take your car to get washed. My boyfriend and I brought his car here to get washed for their early bird special. Once the car was returned to us, the passenger seat had water on the seat, the passenger side had tons of scratches on both doors, there is a dent in the car near the front right tire and the car isnt even clean. There is tree sap and dirt on car still. When we talked to what seemed to be the manager about it, his response was we dont have anything that would scratch the car and this dent is because of the rollers. I even have that dent in my car and rudely walked away. Offered no apology or solution to the problems cause by HIS car wash. Do not waste your time or money at this raggedy establishment.

Horrible experience the guy at the initial service selection was genuinely respectful and nice even hooked it up with a discount. For the price I paid I expected better. After the car went through the wash way my car sat there and bounced back 3 times at the end of the track before one of the workers decided to finally move my car. Now my biggest gripe about this place was the drying and detailing. The guy dried my car with towels after I specifically asked for air dry. After the guy called me to tell me my car was done he had nerve to ask me for a tip, I looked at my car and it had water marks, spots that were still wet my windshield had streaks..it Still had bug droppings and the interior was greasy for the interior solution they used. I still tipped him, I got home and had to finish drying the car, remove the water marks, remove the bug droppings and rub the interior dressing they put on my dash completely in so the steering wheel wouldnt slip out of my hands.

Bad wash. Was some tree sap on the hood, said it was clad wax. I said I parked under a tree and it was sap. The attendant said talk to the manager. How rude.. Didnt even wipe the dust of the door panels. Wont be spending any more of my hard earned money here.

I buy their best car wash because I live nearby. I have never seen them do good work on my car. Bugs stains not even touched. Windows streaked. Services paid for not provided. They are slick and friendly when taking your car. If I hadnt given them opportunities time and time again, and watched their operation over and over, Iwouldnt give such bad marks. They are deserved.

This car wash is not good. The greeter convinced me to get the manager special which I was fine with but didn’t get what he told me I would. My interior, dashboard area were supposed to be cleaned and many spots were missed, mind you I tipped before seeing so that was not warranted. Check before you tip. The vacuum section did a terrible job...when I got in I could clearly see trash, I drove my car back to the start so they WOULD vacuum my car. The greeter apologized and said they would redo it and then walked away without letting the personnel know why I was back so they knew what to do. I stood there telling them where and what to vacuum and it was still not close to being worth it. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY...that’s my opinion.

This is the WORST place to have your car washed. We had just purchased our car from a person who hadnt cleaned it in forever, so it was really really dirty. At the time, we thought it made sense to pay more for a comprehensive clean. They charged a hell of a lot of money and the car was not clean at all!!!! After we paid, the people that washed it were still expecting generous tips and were very rude about it.Overall, horrible!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This is the worst place to get a car wash. My boyfriend took his small Mazda 3 - requested a full complete wash paid over $20 for a simple wipe down that they did. They let the car sit in the sun spotted the car. Told management about the poor service and all he/she can said well workers dont want to work anymore - then why have them there if they do not want to work! Who says things like this? I will NOT return to this overpriced car wash nor refer anyone to this place.... I should of read the rest of the bad reviews before sending him to this place. Im really shocked they are still in business. Poor Service! This review does not deserved not 1 star...

Not the place to take your car unless you stay on them. Been here 3 times had to have roof of an Infinity redone plus the wheels. Revacumed a Audi so one time out of three to get it right. New manager seems cool but time will tell.

Came here from my long trip. And the general wash was nothing I would come back for. My seats were still dusty and dirty when I got in my car. For $7 I could have done it myself. I even borrowed a rag and no one helped or said anything. Poor service. Sorry

Bait and switch! Was quoted one price for a senior wash when I pulled in, but written up for a higher price on the ticket. Was told the cashier would charge me for the initially-quoted lower price. Man who quoted me the lower price then lied to the cashier about the price he quoted me. These people are dishonest and rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can. It ruined my day coming here. I wont be back!

I used to come here to get my 3 cars washed. Today the guy decided to spend 10 minutes chatting with a guy on a motorcycle. Meanwhile, cars are backing up like crazy. Then he get on his cellphone. When he finally gets around to me, I called him on it. He fired back with excuses. I told him I would never be back here again and he said yes you will. Everybody says that but they always come back. Well, I wont. Terrible service.

I just went to Walnut-Hill to get a smog test for my car. I have never been treated so badly by a business person in my life. It was like the employees were trying to get rid of me. When I drove in, an older man curtly told me to back into a space and would not tell me the cost of the smog test. Then a younger, even surlier man came out and said: Did he tell you to park like that? You need to park like this. (he said it very hatefully) He was condescending and incredibly rude. I told him that I was going somewhere else, that I had never been treated like that before. He replied: Fine, do what you want. Really? This is how a business treats its customers? I went down the street to another smog test site at 1970 Walnut (Smog Test Only) and the family business was warm and welcoming. I am so peeved, that I am going to write a letter to Walnut-Hill. However, the owner may have been the rude man I first met. It feels good to vent, as this was such a rare occurrence for me.

There were understaffed and it took them 1.5 hours to finish my car. They didnt even wash the entire thing and was still dirty. I had to grab the detailing guys rag who spoke no English and finish detailing my own car. Waste of time and money dont ever take your vehicle here. Seriously dont do it youll regret it. Also they forgot to Armor All my tires. All other reviews about this place are completely true.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! I asked for a normal car wash for 16.00 and the guy wrote me down for the managers special for 26.99!! When I asked for a refund they said it was to late. On top of that non of the services they promised where provided. These people do a half a$$ job. They didnt wax the car, there where still bird poop marks on the doors My tires where not shined, the rimes where dirty and when I complained, the worker said it was Stained right before I wiped my finger to remove a huge black spot. Terrible. I will never return.

Went there for a manager’s choice car wash. Spent 40 something end up losing my AUX-lightning converter. Frustrated. And the spray waxing they recommended made my car super oily.

They will damage your car and not even care. Through the car wash one of their employees got into my car (before it was ready to exit) and put the car into park. The mechanism moving the cars forward continues and my car was being pushed while in park. I will have the dealer evaluate the damage on Monday - but this is the absolutely last time I will ever use this car wash and I would encourage everyone to stay away.They only do a mediocre job anyway - but there is a lack of respect for the automobiles.

Stayed in the car throughout and vacuumed my car myself

Came on a time crunch and was only looking to have the interior vacuumed and leather seats wiped down. All this took 45+ minutes and I was charged a little over $20. I saw 4 cars great a complete wash, vacuum and interior, and tires done while I was there. I was overcharged and in the end the floor side panels of the car still had large amounts of spray or leather conditioner that was never even wiped down. In all service was a disappointment and I was late.

04/05/2014I brought my car last week to the Walnut-Hill Hand Car Wash. My advice: do not go there.The car was dusty on the outside and had dust in the trunk but was otherwise clean inside. It appears that the person who vacuumed the inside stepped in water and then on the passenger mat which left a new dark stain that did not exist before my visit.As I came early, the workers were gathered by the end of the water wash line, chatting and waiting for cars to come out of the wash. The person in charge of my car picked up his kit that was sitting on the ground, put ON the passenger seat and drove it to the spot where he could work on it.Finally, the did not vacuum the trunk which needed it.In summary, my car is dirtier AFTER I brought the car than before. I have to clean the mat myself. The passenger seat is not as clean as before. And the trunk is as dirty as before.I talked to the manager about the 3 issues I had. He proposed to vacuum the trunk and did not care at all about the fact that they stained my car mat and passenger seat. I hope this review will be useful to others.

Literally the worst car wash in Pasadena...maybe the SGV. I live around the corner and want this place to be great. I go back every once in a while to see if it got any better...always let me down. I just paid $80 for a wax and to shampoo the seats. They did a horrible job inside and they didnt to the bed cover of my truck. All the glass was still dirty also. The car wash down the street just re-opened and if it wasnt that new type of drive-thru, Id say it would put this place completely out of business. Either way...this place is not long for the world.

For the price I paid for mgr special I expected a better job. Vacuum was shity! They did a half job wiping the windows down on the inside. And the air freshener I paid for.....never got it. I payed $25.99 for Manager special which is one of the top services. It is supposed to include: handwash, tire dressing, rainbow wax, clear coat, underbody wash, airfreshener, poly sealent wax and cometr interior and exterior dressing. I got a lousy exterior wash, and almost no interior clean. I didnt see any wax in or out. I had to ask several times for them to vacum again and clean with a rag on the inside.

I live nearby so wanted this place to work out, but alas it was not meant to be. They have lost the privilege of my business. Ive had problems 3 of last 4 times I went. One time the guy took longer to detail my 4 door sedan than two cars that were behind me. Another time the guy called me up quickly but you could still see dirty spots and wet areas. I took a towel and had to do it myself. I took my wifes car and again dirty spots were missed. Today I dropped everything and went there before they supposedly closed at 6. I got there at 5:55. A guy was already locking the entrance. As he was locking the exit I got his attention thinking if he saw me waiting hed wave me in. Nope, he just yelled they were closed and kept going. The supervisor guy was on his phone watching the whole thing and didnt say a word. Im done.
