I want to say that Marcus was amazing. When I called he helped me and understood I was so stressed as I was on the phone for 4 hours trying to get this all taken care of the day before. He understood that I was driving 2 hours just to get a car due the fact all the Enterprise’s in my area are helping Louisiana. I would recommend this location to anyone. You are lucky to have Marcus. I am in the sales industry he is the kind of person I would want on my team! Thank you again Marcus!!!!
Progressive insurance provided me a car and a reservation number to pick up a vehicle. Well enterprise wouldn’t provide me a vehicle and they say they don’t have any vehicles but yet someone else was given a car. Not impressed and don’t recommend.
I am sick and tired of the back and forth with this location. Yes there is a shortage of cars but last week I was able to rent a car. The car took me to my destination but a couple of hours after, the car did not start and the push to start key function was not working. Pretty much did not even have the car for up to a day. The car had to get towed and I called the enterprise roadside assistance number. No one reached out to me regarding replacing the rental vehicle and one week after the ticket is still open as if I am still in a rental vehicle when I am not and the car had to get towed the first day I had it since it was faulty! And last week when I had called in a representative asked me where was the car towed to as if I’m supposed to know. You all should have that on your record. Even when I called corporate they still showed that the ticket was open. It’s been over a week! I spoke with the branch manager yesterday who said that they would have a replacement car available for me today however they called me this morning saying that they are out of vehicles. At this point close my ticket from last week and refund my 300 like you guys were supposed to do after the rental was towed. You guys are harboring my money at this point. If this is not resolved I will have to sue. I need my money back. No reason why over a week the ticket should still be open. I am trying to call them currently but being on hold for over 40 minutes is beyond ridiculous. I am frustrated. Will have to call corporate again.
Reserved a vehicle 24 hours in advance. Next day I was called to confirm my vehicle 2 hours prior to pick up time. I arrive at 240pm. The reservation system them have lies. They do not have your vehicle, in was offered a mini can and thats all. They were not help trying to find another replacement and did not care. So after this. A restervation was made with the app for another location. They had no vehicals too. Called hertz at hobby, they have everything and its cheaper and people were very helpful!! Read my review at hobby airport hertz. Was like two different worlds! Was a 2,000$ rental, your loss

DO NOT use this location. Wish I could leave 0 stars!! They will threaten you to call authorities if your insurance does not pay on time. Worse part is they use text messaging to threaten you which is very unprofessional. My daughter also left her fundraiser money for her senior trip, I got there right when they opened and they swore we left nothing behind. Which is my fault for not triple checking but they are thiefs for not returning the items but yet they have a box full of other belongings that other customers leave behind but of course not the money!!! THIEFS
If you are renting from enterprise clear your schedule. I waited for 1.5hrs to get my rental car.Otherwise, customer service was pleasant and the people were kind.
This is the worse location for Enterprise. They are THIEVES! They keep personal belongings that are of value but will leave all other customer belongings in a box.
We received a different car that we choose in internet. They are in the same category but very different size. The trip was horrible, uncomfortable.
Being a frequent renter, this by far was the worst experience renting through Enterprise. We were left at a Firestone after hours to fend for ourself and a ride back home to Pasadena TX after we experienced two blowouts from something on the freeway. The blowouts happened in Huntsville.

Very knowledgeable and provided me excellent customer service.During a difficult time of your vehicle being in an auto accident MJ made me feel welcome and things alot easier during this horrible time. No one EVER answers the phone here. Ive called many times and each time the hold time is over an hour! Ridiculous! And theyre cars have issues 🙄

This specific location accommodated my needs at the last minute. I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment at a different Enterprise location. I accidentally arrived at this location and Anthony immediately reassured me not to worry. This location fixed my mistake and immediately provided me with the best service. I was pleased with my rental and will definitely use this location again anytime I need to travel in this area.
Dont rent vehicles from Enterprise located in Pasadena if your drop off are after hours. The branch manager blantantly lied about not having the rental keys in the key box on Sunday. Im filing a complaint with their regional manager. Rent from Hobby airport where its open on weekends and they dont try scam you for a days rental. Its not even about the money but about they are going about it ethically.

Originally I wanted to give 1 star because of our experience with an employee but anyways my husband frequents enterprise a lot. We spend a lot of money with them. Our local office (who are amazing) is closed due to covid. So we had went to this location as it is the next closest location. The minute my husband walked in the man was just rude rude rude to him. Made my husband extremely uncomfortable and my husband is one of the sweetest people ever. Not a mean bone in him. Anyways, when my husband was a little late calling in to extend (because of work) this man kept calling and texting him and threatening him and really scared my husband to the point he was afraid to even call back. He was horrified. And we always rent with enterprise. Very big customers. We spend over 1000$ a month. Needless to say I ended up having to call for him because again he was horrified with the way he was treated by this one man. So I spoke to gabby and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!! She talked me threw everything. Took the time out to explain the charges and fix some stuff for us in the contract. And I told her what had happened and how my husband was traumatized by the man he was dealing with and what not and she apologized. She was just the sweetest angel I was so glad to have been able to speak with her and have her clear the air for us. Also told us that she apologized on his behalf for how he treated my husband and like there’s just no words to explain how grateful I am to have been able to speak with her and help us ! So GABBY thank you sooooo much for being so amazing and helpful. ENTERPRISE, I HOPE THIS LADY GETS A RAISE AND THE RECOGNITION THAT SHE DESERVES. Overall this location is clean and nice and have a good variety of vehicles. Moral of the story is I won’t let one bad apple ruin it for the whole location. I wish I knew his name, sadly I do not. Go see gabby and I’m sure you will also be extremely happy with your experience. Thank you again gabby !

Horrible experience! Where do I begin.When I made my reservation online, everything went through looked to be a good start. I began to do the checkin and realized the location was different so I called them. Thats where it all went downhill.First,the gentleman mentioned he didnt have the vehicle I requested and for me to call other locations to see if they had any, or wait until the day of and see if they were able to get a big SUV.Secondly, the day came I called at 9am when they open, was put on hold for 30 mins and was confirmed they had the vehicle it would be ready at 11:45 am. I arrive at 11:30 and of course I had to wait. 2 hrs later the vehichle comes around. This entire time Im being told it is getting cleaned because of covid regulations. Open the driver door I see pet hair all over the floor. In the front and back. Obviously this was not detailed, but I did not plan on staying another hr. Decided to detail the vehicle myself.Third, as soon as I drive off the oil change needed light comes on the truck. Stayed on the 4 days I had it, and kept reminding me with the beeping noise it needed it.Fourth, when returning the attendant mentioned they would add a $75 detail fee because I left signs of sand in the car. I let her know REALLY!!! I got this vehichle dirty and now am being expected to bring back spotless. The wait to return the vehicle was 1hr. Never going back or doing business with Enterprise, the experience was horrible, attendant was rude, I paid full price and was at least expecting a decent service.

The way these fine people treat each and every person makes you feel as if your the only one... Definitely a return customer here.. The truck I was upgraded to was new, and better than expected to be honest...
The only issue was when setting up for the pickup of the vehicle. The branch was closed. There was no indication on the reservation that its closed. Had to make several calls to find out where to go

I had an appointment for 0830 to get a rental car. It’s now 1000 and I’m still FOURTH in line to get a vehicle. It’s unreal, so much for “reservations”. I have no idea about the quality of the cars or the company itself, but I’ll let you know next week when I finally get out of this office.*Finally got my vehicle at 1040, and it absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke and it has about 10 miles of gas in it. Wonderful.

I was told there would be someone at the office when I return the vehicle. There was not. And I need to speak to somebody Regarding about $400 they took out of my account on top of my rental price. I couldn’t even get a customer service operator on the one 800 line.
I had to have repairs dobe to my vehicle and was in need of a rental at the very last minute on a Friday. I contacted the Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at Fairmont and the Beltway where I spoke with Gabby! She informed me that they didnt have anything available at the moment but I could get put on the list for a call back if something became available. She said she woukd give me a call back with an update at 4pm. Well, she did call me back on time at 4pm. However, they were still currently out of rentals. Then I received a call back 2 minutes later to ingorm me that a rental had just become available!! Gabby was very pleasant and professional. Great customer service.
This place was horrible. The girl In The front was nice and quick. Manager came out. I felt like he was a car salesman instead of just getting me into a rental. I had a limited amount I could spend and he was trying to get me into a 2020 vehicle because the one I reserved wasn’t there. Plus adding extra charges and trying to get me to sign before I could even say no! Never ever will I go to this place again. I felt like I was being hounded about taking the vehicle HE WANTED. Needless to say. Found Another place who could help me in my situation.. my advice. Look somewhere else. .
The employees are wonderful. We rent from them pretty often. They know you by name. If something is wrong. They will fix it. Cant say enough about this location. If you go you wont be disappointed
Friendly and courteous staff but seems they have too much on their plate and definitely understaffed for as much traffic in and out of this location. They seem to be in a rush answering phones, tending to customers as they walk in, I believe these guys also washed the vehicle I rented and still had to gas it up. I always rent from this location and I probably always will but you as a company should recognize the challenges your employees are having to deal with on a day by day basis especially the workers on the front line because these people are who make the company not your executives. I would appreciate a reply, just as you request my input I would like yours as well to what I had to say. Good job to the people at the Fairmont Parkway location in Pasadena Texas.
Ive rented from this location several times and each time staff was very knowledgeable about the services offered and strived to get my needs met and even some of my request! Ashley, store manager, was present throughout all my rental experiences and she truly accomplished the Enterprise mission...to exceed our customers expectation for service quality and value.... I hope she is valued as the asset to your company that she is! I also had the pleasure of receiving help from Carl and Joey. Both were very customer oriented and attentive. I will definitely continue to bring my business and refer others to Enterprise Pasadena, or any Enterprise these individuals are located at. Keep up the good work guys!
Very confusing and frustrating. Been on phone for a hour with different info need to get all in the same boat.. one lady that booked said deposit would be 65 dollars even when verifying it. Then she said someone can pick us up in 30 minutes cut lunch short for this purpose. Then transfer to pick up people and that lady said not till 140pm we can get pick up. Called again to speak to a gentleman that seem to be helpful to transfer us to manager which it was a supervisor not related to this office. So many strikes no one knows whats going on. Too many lies just to scam people.
Sub-par service. I reserved a car online and when I was speaking to the associate in the store they had all of my information WRONG. I ended up waiting about an hour, they were understaffed and didnt seem to help anyone in a timely manner. I didnt get the vehicle class I wanted, about 3 other customers got helped and left after I did. They took a while getting my car ready, I was really dissatisfied with the whole situation. The car I received needed an alignment BADLY. My 3 hour drive was scarier than I wanted it to be because the car would try to swerve into oncoming traffic (especially during the 75 mph speed limit) turned the car in early.. I would definitely go somewhere a little farther, with more inventory
Rent from this location frequently. The people there are great to work with and do their best to have the cars ready to drive out when I get there saving me lots of time. I appreciate all they do in having cars ready even on extremely busy days. Love that they have a lockbox at this location for after hours drop off. Anytime there has been a concern they are most helpful.
Hello, my name is Sylvia Myers and I have been renting a vehicle from this location since I had a car accident and totaled my car out. I have been having some difficulties with some of the employees but for the last couple months Kevin Stewart has been a life saver for me. His customer service is excellent, he goes over and beyond to make sure that everything is okay for me, he never has a bad attitude with me when I have a hundred questions for him lol. He notifies me about everything on my account before he does anything and he makes sure I get a car that I am comfortable with instead of just telling me I have to get this or that . Kevin Stewart you are the best that I have had to deal with at this location and some others I have went through in the past. I was in an accident and I had a rental for 2 weeks. Bobby the manager explained to me up front that the rental is covered from your insurance in case of an accident but that we can add extra coverage. Explained how the fee worked. The benefits and disadvantages and how we could put it on temporarily but then take it off. He always made sure to explain things thoroughly. I have no complaints. These people on here with 1 star need to stop being cry babies. Overall very satisfied.

Rented same day on a Holiday weekend which was great for last minute but they gave me the last one available so unfortunately it wasnt in the best condition. Stains throughout which i was warned about only after i had already arrived. No cruise control on our long drive was bad enough but no tinted windows made driving in the heat horrible. I asked if there was anything else I could rent, regardless of the cost, but none were available at any of the locations within the Houston area. Wish I had been notified at the time of my reservation that I would be using the leftover vehicle, I would have made other plans instead of paying full price for something that was dirty and not what I wanted to reserve. One positive that I appreciated was the employee wasnt rude, but unfortunately she wasnt able to provide a clean vehicle for me to rent.
Worst customer service ever encountered. Created reservation, received confirmation and verbal assurance at last Friday @ 2pm that pickup would occur by 5pm. After 4pm no one would pick up the phone & this office didnt call or pick up party at local auto repair as promised. Even Enterprise escalation could not reach this office. Party waited until 7pm and no joy. This was discussed with another agent at this same office Monday (2/15) at 10 am. Again same confirmation was graciously given but same result: no pickup, no calls, and repeated calls to their phone number not picked up...just let it roll to voice mail. This office is worst representative of every Enterprise advertisement I was forced to listen to while waiting for someone with professional respect to pick up phone. Burned my family twice. Will never use Enterprise ever again. Pitiful.
I call and made a reservation at this location for a 7:30am pick up. I arrive at the location at 8:00am just to give the worker time to set up and go over the vehicles. I only see one vehicle in the parking lot and the worker tells me that the touchscreen is broken, so he has to get me another car from a different location. This is my first and last time coming to this location HORRIBLE experience.
Ive been renting from this location for a couple of years now and I have great experiences every time I rent a vehicle from Enterprise. The pricing is fair and the service is quick.
After my fender bender, I needed a car.... but had almost no money. Vish, with Enterprise, at 4450 E Sam Houston Pkwy, was terrific. No problem. He picked me up, took a little detour to the payday loan people, and soon I was in a nice, clean Nissan. Slick as a whistle. Nobody provides service like this anymore! Kudos to Vish and his team.
Rashawn and Quinten are awesome. Took care of me from day 1. Answered all my questions when I picked it up and worked with me when the shop kept my car longer than expected. I was having a rough day when I dropped off the car but these guys had me smiling and laughing by the time I left. Awesome customer service!!!!

Ashley was the most helpful person at this location. She helped us and went out of her way to do all she could to make sure we were taken care of. She is the reason I am giving them 4 stars. The rest of the staff was ok, but she really stood out as far as going the extra mile.
They Called me after hours, with a personal phone number, requesting me to take additional documentations when picking up the car. Upon asking the reason to why they request these documents (bill with my address and my name, while I have been renting cars all over the state without ever needing one), they canceled my reservations. I had been to this branch once before, and that time they made me wait for 45 minutes! yes 45 minutes while they cleaned the car, even though I had reserved it a week before, and had called to confirm the day before.The branch manager (Bobby Wilmore) seems to have anger issues.

Agreeing with the review of Manfred Kolmar and Judy Thomas.Experienced the worst service. Never posted a review on anything but this place deserves special merit. To seal the deal I was requesting a invoice of what was due on the balance. Mr Bobby L. Wilmore Jr told me I could not receive a copy of anything until the balance was paid off. Went back in forth trying to get him to at least give me a receipt for what I portion I had already paid for but no. Spontaneously he tells me the account has been paid off and proceeded to get my email information. Unknowingly he chard my personal card the remaining balance and gave me the presence that the insurance had covered their part. Now I have to chance down the insurance to pay me back. Called Mr Bobby back and told him why he charged my card without my approval. Instead of working it out or coming to a conclusion he hung up the phone on me.By the way, his Business Card says he is the Branch Manager..............Avoid this Location, this place was closer to home so I decided to go here. Next time I need a rental I will keep going to enterprise but just another location. If some one from Enterprise reads this, please re-evaluate that gentleman. Customer service is the life of any business.

Adrian and the guys helped a lot after my car got totalled by some jerk in a black truck who ran a redlight and kept going. To be honest, i was glad when they were super friendly and would do their best to help you asap.
Got reservation f next Thursday but at this location agent would not rent me a car because original agent did not tell me something I needed in order to rent.Called corporate # & man I spoke with an idiot, would not acknowledge the agent screwed up. Rented a car in Corsicans TX a few years ago & did not have these problems & their agents not idiots.I pressed 1 on the survey f completely dissatisfied. Will never call Enterprise again.

I had a reservation trough my insurance company to get a car. Did not showed up my appointed pick up time, no phone call. Next day, I called and reschedule to pick up time, again no one not showed up, no phone call. I called again, now they told me thatbthey do not have car and even do not know when it will available. Very unprofessional way to treat customer.
I rent from this place and was not very happy with the suv I rented, the break lights didnt work after turning them on for night driving so I couldnt drive at night. however, nevertheless i ask for another car I did get another car after two days and kept that car for one day after tuning it end I paid 500 dollars for 3 days rental and hardly put any milage on either vehicle but was charged a arm and a leg. hmm you asked me I think enterprise is a ripoff I will try to avoid from renting from them forever. I give them a one star which they dont deserve.

I am a single mother with a 21 month old baby, so it is imperative that I get a car. I was on page 3 of the call list that I was placed on a week ago, & they are now calling people from page 10. I wont hold my breath waiting for anyone from this location to assist me.
