This review is long overdue - Ive been renting cars from Thrifty Pasadena for quite awhile. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Not only do they have great rates, but the guys who work there are so kind and helpful. Ive never once felt like Im getting taken advantage of (which I have at other rental places). They always go above and beyond to get me what I need, when I need it. Best place Ive ever rented a car from.

I rented a car from Thrifty at Bob Hope Airport through Priceline for one day as my car was getting worked on. I returned the car 1 hour late and was charged an additional FULL PRICE day charge for the one hour. I called Thrifty and after being on hold for 45 minutes was told that there is nothing that they can do. I tried to explain traffic and my situation but was told sorry, that is the rules. I will NEVER rent Thrifty again and will make sure that everyone that I know wont either.

Perfection all the way around. Location is great and the staff is very quick and efficient without making you feel rushed. I felt very good when I left with my rental. I will be renting a vehicle again this weekend and have zero stress going into the week. Thank you guys.

Best car rental experience Ive ever had. Omar was kind, helpful, fast and competent. He had us in and out in no time and didnt pressure us with unnecessary insurance or anything. I couldnt be happier with the experience!

He has a great fleet of cars, great customer service, holiday inn next door has great breakfast. 5 stars all around, great food, great cars. Ask for Omar, hes cute ;)
