I love renting from budget Ive never had a problem, they have great deals and good customer service.

I had to rent a car for two weeks while mine was in the shop, and I’m so happy I went here. Tony is very professional and so, so nice. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for more! Heather, I believe is her name, is very y nice as well!

Pick up in Pasadena Tx was wonderful. No place to return car except airport. Drop off at the airport in Jackson MS, not so good. No attendant in garage to guide you or receive car. After someone finally drive by, they cant check in vehicle. Then had to combine my luggage to carry it into the airport to check in my car.

The manager is a bigot and liar.he is in the wrong business. Bragging about his 8 years of bad service.hes giving budget a bad name.

Two weeks ago I called to rent a 12ft moving truck from this place and just two days ago I received a call saying that they didnt have a 12ft moving truck. Why would they call me two days prior knowing full well that we needed it today. I called and cancelled them and went with someone else

First time renting a BUDGET car and we will do it again!. Reason 1:Price was excellent for our pocket we got a very good deal, used one of the coupons from their website. Reason 2:The car was reliable and very very clean. Reason 3:The personnel was helpful and cordial at all times.

Tony is cool peoples. I went to rent a car for my son’s birthday and then another for my daughter’s birthday. The location is convenient and customer service is on point everytime we go.

Fair price, easy to set up online. Got us to Atlanta and back for the Peach Bowl and the gas mileage was so much better than my pick-up truck we saved a lot and didnt have to put all those miles on my truck. Definitely would rent from them again.

This is the most unprofessional business i have ever used!! Booked and paid for a van 2 months ahead of time for our vacation. Went to pick it up and was told we dont have one. The owner could care less about our situation, and simply told us to call customer service. They were just as bad, and said it would take 3 to 5 business days to refund money!! Do not use this place, or budget rental!! Very poor customer service!!!!!!

Rented for 1 week,but drove it for only 2 days.Had to take a flight back to work.I had no issues,got the rest of the money,car was good,service was good.Thanx to the Pasadena,Tx branch.

Customer service here is a joke. Was willing to give me a car with the bumper hanging off and scraping off the tire. Rude the entire time getting me a replacement.

They ran my credit w/out saying so first, then declined me the opportunity to rent the vehicle based NOT on my ability to pay, but based on my insufficient credit standing. The lady was nice and waived the approved driver fee, but Im disappointed by their process.

They moved internet didnt show itThey close at 6 pm when I was to pick up my rental so I had to make other arrangements. Prepaid for my car and still have not seen the refund for picking it up a day later

Worst customer service. Bad attitude. I rented the car from this place and dropped it off at George bush airport. The one day rental was $37 and I got charged $54. When I called to ask why, the lady was rude, unwilling to answer questions and hang up the phone on me.

I rented a car from these people and they didn’t not explain their policies at all. When I called to complain about a charge on my bank account that was several hundred dollars more than it should’ve been, the person I spoke to was extremely rude to me and then hung up on me. If you want extremely poor customer service and to be over charged then I suggest this place! I will never rent from these people again!!

Car wasn’t ready, dirty in and out. Lady from the desk didn’t show me the car for damages. Very very bad costumer service.

Worst customer service experience ever! I do not remember the male attendants name at the counter but this was the most unprofessional, rudest experience of my life with any company. From the initial supposedly courtesy call from this guy to the treatment I received upon arrival in the midst of Hurricane Harvey and the urgency of needing a rental vehicle for my elderly parents I had to deal with this arrogant, inconsiderate, condescending schmuck. Under normal circumstances I would have not rented the vehicle nor will I ever rent from this place again.

There was a last minute switch but Tony called ahead of time to let me know. Hooked it up for the inconvenience. I have rented from here before and will continue to rent from this location.

Tony is the most unprofessional, condescending, and rude person that I have ever met in customer service. He is very arrogant and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to him. I will NEVER recommend that anyone use this Budget location unless Tony is not there. Hes a HORRIBLE manager and a very mean person!

Dont ask for an extension theyll charge you way more than the normal rate for an extension... dont believe the online discount false advertising didnt apply as advertised
