Rate here is so much better than the larger chains like Hertz and Enterprise. I think we got our car for half the price we would have paid otherwise. Excellent customer service, very friendly. We forgot our sunglasses there and the manager called us the next day to let us know he found it. Highly recommended.

This business is awesome! I rented an immaculate convertible Mustang. It was ready on time and very well maintained. The staff is really friendly, and the guys went over all the car details with me. I had a great time with the car, and will definitely be using this place again!

Guy at the front desk on 7/2/2020 & 7/3/2020 was extremely hospitable and professional. I thought driving off oh yea, Im definitely about to use them instead of Avis from now on but of course I guess I spoke to soon. Upon dropping off the car, the guy who I guess helps park the cars was extremely rude all because he didnt like how long I was taking when trying to back up the car and pull in their one way only parking lot which is already on a busy street. As a HR Manager I refuse to accepts such bad customer service.

I reserved a rent car from September 16th to September 18th.But when I arrived there (bestway pasadena), there was no one, and door was locked. After 10 minutes from reservation time, The staff came. But he saids he cant process rent of car. He was not agent, just back guy!He called to agent, but the agent was no response.I waited 20 minutes, but no response.Finally I had to cancel my reservation.It was the most bad experience in Pasadena.
