I have used this storage company for several months and have really enjoyed the usage. The units are always clean and the climate control temp is always great. It threw me off, but I said personal stuff.Then I asked if the storage lots has electric outlets. Rudely again You cant do that, you cant work out of the storage units.Im glad I found a storage place that I can work out of for my hobbies, in Pasadena at that.

Clean, properly kept.

I have been a customer for the past six years. I originally thougt it would be for a couple of months. The reason I mention this is because Pamela and the team at LockTite Storage have treated me very courtesouly the entire time. I even got calls letting me know my payments were due to help avoid late charges. Who does that? I lost my keys twice and Pamela was able to help me with taking the old locks off and putting new locks on. The servce is beyond approach. My only sad thing to say is that after six years I have finally moved my stuff out of LockTite Storage. Who knows I may just call to say hello every now and then. I highly recommend using this storage facility.
