Devon Self Storage not only had the best rate in town, but the best customer service. Came in around 30 minutes before closing and was welcomed in. Super efficient, the whole check in process took about 15 minutes and by 5:50 everything was taken care of. Facility is kept nice and clean and easy to work your way around. 10/10 would recommend for the check in process alone!

I was called right away after creating a reservation and had confirmation on what I had paid for online. Great customer service! When I came in to get set up everything was smooth! And was taken on a gold cart to be shown where my unit was and everything was walked through. I felt taken care of and I know my things in storage are safe!

LISA NEAL and her husband were so good to us when we pulled in and started having vehicle problems while we had our 38 ft trailer in tow. The truck stop running and we were blocking anyone from coming or going and it was at closing time. Lisa and her husband went above and beyond their call of duty and did everything in their power to help us and our mishap. I highly recommend this storage unit they are the best! Very patient and understanding!!!

I just arrive to the city region of pearland where no storage where available. Devon storage were located and good news were met. Where the location allow me with space amendment we’re given-allowed . Being new to Texas pearland the storage representer was very grateful and understanding of my situation. I think This is the place what you looking for, very clean a lot of space, wide driveways, i like the way that they are all exterior spaces, they open at 6Am-10Pm which I couldn’t find on the other facilities, mangment are very kind, Lissa was very helpful she doesn’t mind check as many units as you want, she answered all of my questions, and yes i forget to mention the restroom and the cold water

Just rented a unit here because we had such a good experience before a few years ago after a house fire. These units are clean and very well maintained. The manager Robin is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and really makes me feel confident that my belongings are being taken care of. The moving truck they offer is so convenient. I love this place.

Durind Hurricane Harvey our house got flooded and as most victims of this hurricane, we lost everything. I seen where someone wrote that they got stuck inside the facility after the hours when they lock everything down to keep our belongings safe. I and my boys got stuck in after the hour it tells you the gates are locked. And all I did was call the automated phone and listen to the directions to reach Robin. And she was able to help us in less than 20 min. And over the phone to have the gate open so we could all drive out with our vehicles. So I would like to share my experience when my family and I didnt get out the gate in time but feel my stuff is safe as well as myself. I have known Robin since our childhood and have stayed in contact through our lives as adults. She has been a great help to me through this past year in a half, that I have been storing my stuff at Devon Storage. Even when she has been short handed she stays on top of everything and tries to help everyone she can. And ever since Austin has arrived I have seen him as accomplished as Robin. Any questions or concerns I get answers or help with. They have became great team working together. Thankyou both for the professionalism in the past and I know will have in the future as I continue to rent with you and devon storage.

I have rented at the Pasadena location for over two years. This past month I was late on my payment, which resulted in my unit being padlocked and my gate access being revoked. No big deal, I was aware of those policies. My issue is that even several days after payment had been made, the padlock was not removed. I am in the process of moving and had spent money to rent a truck and had scheduled help to remove my furniture from storage, all of which were wasted efforts as I was denied access to my unit. I have made two calls to the property and NO ONE has gotten back to me about why this occurred or what can be done to correct it. So now I’m out a truck rental, and help to move my belongings, something I can’t possibly do alone. There has been zero concern about me as a customer or my concerns. I have also had recurring issues making payment due to the website constantly having errors and phone calls to the property going unanswered. Store anywhere but here.

Includes a free day use of their moving truck.Excessive roaches - they need to do something about this. Within a day of moving stuff into storage, the entire place was roaming of small and large menacing roaches. God knows how much cleaning we will need when we move out
