Good and clean overall spacious. Wish there were more carts though for all the heavy stuff.tge security is great parking avaliable all along the sides as well. Water fountains inside for customers and also restrooms too . Lights turn on when walking through as well.

Ms katy at public Storage as soon as i arrived she made me feel welcomed and helped me find what i needed she made me feel comfortable and safe in storing my personal items in this storage and she accommodated to my storage unit and she demonstrated how to lock and unlock my unit further more she gave us ability to use dollies for our convenience and a excellence customer service skills .

This is the third place where I have rented a storage room. This is the only one I have now. I love it! The place is new and is well kept. But, what I truly like is the fact that the size of the storage I rented matches in reality the size of the physical room (the one I had before this one was supposed to be 5 x 10 and in reality it was 4 x less than 8). I rented a 5 x 10 and it is very nice. It is an interior storage room and is climate controlled. William was very nice and helpful and made the process nice and comfortable.

Each time Ive tried to call no one answers Then on top of that my storage is on the 2nd floor and every time I go there whether once a month or every other month the elevators are broken just like today now gotta take my stuff back to my house and keep their and try to go another day and waste A-day off Everything was fine when I 1st started out I am not saying every public storage is this way just my experience at this public storage

Pretty great storage unit so far. Bath rooms just in case you need plugs to charge your phone and good size elevators to get all the heavy stuff up. Great staff Anika and Sandra are nice. Easy parking. Clean and climate controlled perfectly

Great prices if you book online for a brand new local storage unit starting at $17 for a spacious 5x5. Dont be fooled by those figures they actually hold quite a bit of boxes as you can see I fit roughly 30 asst sized ones in my 5x5 and didnt even take up half on width or height. There are also carts that are readily available at the loading area right in front of the elevators which makes trips quick and easy. They even have water fountains and restrooms for you to use right as you enter. You get all the standard amenities like you are expecting such as climate control, auto lights, gated access with good hours and a lobby with all the supplies you would need at a moments notice. Now on to the things I feel its important you know that I wish were advertised on the website along with the rental fee in large bold letters so that you arent surprised during signing. 1. $24 admin fee, no clue what for, completely surprised here. 2. Insurance is required for every rental, no choice other than $11, $13, or $15 policies, 3. You must purchase a $19 lock to rent the unit, cant use your own, the benefit is you keep the lock and you are the only one with the keys. Other than that, the pros heavily outweigh the cons. $1 first months rent, great office hours and gate hours, individually generated gate codes for everyone so security is tight with round the clock security cameras everywhere inside and out. Signing up was super easy all on touch screen tablet and all documents emailed so no paperwork. Akira was a pleasure to work with and made choosing size and showing of unit and process a breeze, all in all I highly recommend after comparing to at least 10 other storage options in the Pasadena and surrounding area.

Indoor facility with well lit isles that automatically switch on as you walk to your storage unit. Very secure storage with built in fire sprinkler system. And different size units are available.

Every once in a while the elevator doesnt work and that is bad when you have to get something big from the 3rd floor and cant bring down the stairs

Its ok storage house like all others this one has lighting outsde storage area not inside but really cant complain other than that its ok.

This place has no good customer service whatsoever ! they were rude, stuff was missing out of my storage, I was locked out of my storage while I was in the facility when we first became members and they knew I was there!!! it’s just a horrible place to even do business with

Great customer service. And the the building is very clean.

A massive improvement nonetheless. The place is massive with good rates and large storage units with lots of security measures. To get to your unit you need 1. Your key 2.Pass about 3 security checkpoints where you have to use your designated pin number. And it wont allow you to go to other floors where it knows your storage unit is. The place is cold so I just like that as a personal preference. But the water fountain tastes a little like hose water.
