Reinas insurance agency has provide me with home insurance through mercury. The rates are amazing. Irene has assisted me with excellent service, i have emailed her in different occasions and always responds fast. Answers all my questions in a will do attitude. Highly recommend this agency. Unbeknownst to me my mortgage service provider failed to pay my insurance out of my escrow account for months and I was about to lose coverage on my home. Vicky caught their error and hunted them down and convinced them to immediately overnight payment. She’s a rock star!! She goes the extra mile and really cares about her clients!!

I went to pay my bill in cash and was told that I would have to pay more because I waspaying in cash because of the way their bankworks.mmm hmmm I fail to see how their bank issue is now my problem .I ended up paying it because I need insurance to drive obviously .and when I let them know that after that I will not be returning to do business with them next year nobody cared or made any effort what so ever to keep me as a customer if they are like this when a costumer has a problem with something how will they act if theres an accident and a customer needs their help . this place is useless

These people at Reinas Insurance Agency in Pasadena really are crooks. Ricardo Ramirezs review is right. They use bait & switch tactic. Dont believe the quote they give you -- even after youve received the declaration page and paid the full premium. They will send you another bill to retroactively increase your rate AFTER you drop you last carrier. They take no responsibility and customer service is beyond poor.And you know how bad the Mercury reputation is when it comes to filing a claim. All those negative reviews online about Reinas and Mercury cant be wrong. RUN!

DO NOT BUY INSURANCE HERE THEY ARE CROOKS. MY SISTER SPOKE WITH A LADY NAMED VIRNA THE WHOLE BUSINESS AS A WHOLE ARE DISHONEST AND THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO YOU AS IN WHAT YOU ARE ACTULLY PAYING FOR. I BOUGHT A 6 MONTH POLICY AND THEY WERE NICE TO TELL ME I CAN PAY IT IN 2 PAYMENTS LATER TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE A FEE FOR IT AND NOW MY BILL TRIPLED AND WHEN MY SISTER WENT TO TALK TO THEM THEY JUST STUCK TO SAYING OH WELL. THEY ARE BROKERS THEY DO NOT WORK DIRECTLY WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES. AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF FEES AND DOWN PAYMENTS.DO NOT GO HERE BUNCH OF CROOKS
