I was homeless for a month and half, stayed in my car for a week. They took their sweet time taking care of the fleas. They claimed they sprayed my place 2 times then she said 3 to 4. Changing her story as she talks to me. The manager acted as if I was in the wrong and said fleas isnt a good reason for breaking the lease. Well it is when they can cause you to get sick. She doesnt believe my place was infested and I got pics to prove it. The fact of the matter is she could of offered me a temporary apartment and she didnt care enough. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I have lived here at 3602 Burke Rd for 2 years almost 3. Sadly I have to end things. Nonetheless it was a great management team and maintenance staff . The manager was just the best she always accommodated myself and all issues I would have and It would be in a timely manner as well. I recommend this nice quiet, gated community for any all types of families to move in. You will not regret it .

I’ve been living here for going on five months and I absolutely love it here. Amazing staff at the front office and the maintenance guy works endlessly to help you fix anything at anytime of the day. Renovated apartment units, great staff and maintenance people. Usually get all service requests handled in timely manner. New children’s playground and landscaping around the apartment grounds. I’ve had no issues with pests!I’ve had a nice stay here so far! been here since June 2020

We live here, almost 3 years, and since, armando came to work here, the service went up, he is respectful, hard worker and attentive, he is focus in his job, i hope they appreciate all the good work he does, God bless.

Anabel and her staff are fabulous! They are helpful and considerate, and they go out of their way to help make things right for the tenants. I have lived here for nearly a decade, but they have become the most pleasant to deal with of anywhere that I have lived before.

And throughout the day we decided to stop by at this apartments, as soon as we walked in the young lady in the office Ana was super nice, gave us such a good quality friendly service. Explained everything to us with good details and showed us what would be the best option for us. Ive been living here with my fiance for the past 2 years, which has been an honor. The front office staff Annabel and Ana does a phenomenal job at making sure everything is taken care of. Patients is key. They have always fixed any problems weve had in the unit. Also, they make sure any thing they can do to help in any way possible, they make sure its done. Worst apt Ive ever lived at, they keep changing manager and apts names. I lived there for 3 yrs, the first year was good until they changed companies and managers. I had my truck broke into 3 times,broke into 1 of my cars and and broke the window of another one. I found crack pipes laying on the grass twice!! I have pictures of all of this which I sent to the office thru email, they kept saying they were going to hire security guards and put cameras which they never did. I still have the pictures of the crack pipes and police report I did. Each manager they would get kept getting worst. One of the secretary even admit to me that they were getting them from a staff office thats why they wouldnt stay for long, one of them was even keeping the money from the pets deposits to herself which they only found out when I took them the receipt from my pet deposit. There were some tenants living above my apt selling drugs, I would complain to the office, even the janitor was there and would agree with me, the lady would just say we know about it but theres nothing we can do unless you got prove of it. I called the cops numerous times about it,they would just knock on the door and leave.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Even if we dont end up staying here, I want to say that Annabelle (I believe that is her name) has been so wonderful. From the moment we got there, she was willing to give us her time and answer any questions that we had. She honestly has been great. So this is from the Fourth of July last night. I seriously doubt the office will do anything about it but I know the apartment they came from. This is unacceptable and nobody should have to live in a community like this.

So Ive been staying in The Crossings for close to a year and I absolutely love it. Denise and Suzette are wonderful at their jobs and always answer my questions with a smile. The location here on Burke is close to my job and has many available stores and businesses to shop! All together its a great place to live with friendly neighbors and a safe environment. 10/10 its great.

I have lived in these apartments for a little over a year. I just renewed my contract knowing that I have a safe place to come home too. The office staff is caring and completes all work orders I have requested on time! I would not change anything about this place. Everyone is friendly my neighbors everybody respects each others work schedules. Thanks !

I had several issues with my apartment and I am impressed with the new management, Anabell and, the maintenance gentlemen, Armando and Richard. I love it here. Denise has always taken really good care of this community. The maintenance is awesome. Kroger is very close for my grocery shopping. I have been here for many years and look forward to many more years to come.

I have lived here for two years and it has been a great home. The office and maintenance staff are both friendly and very efficient. The grounds are well kept and I have had nothing but good experiences with my fellow residents. its also in a great location--stores, schools, and even medical services are all minutes away.

My family and I will be moving in soon the staff has been super helpful. it is a nice clean facility. Sabrina is super help!

I love these apartments. Safety for my kids are my main concern, we are safe here, the apartments are very spacious, the staff Denise and Suzette are wonderful. The maintenance guy always comes the same day u put in a work order. Its quiet over here, all the neighbors seem to get along. I love it here honestly. Every grocery store from Kroger to Wal-Mart to .99 cent store, within 5-10 minute drive. Once they put in a playground, itll have everything you need.

Greatest apartments in the Pasadena area! I used to live at this community and it truly breaks my heart to relocate due to work. Friendliest staff you will ever meet that truly cares about all their residents as much as your neighbors treat you as family. Everytime i had a work order it was fixed properly in a swift and timely manner. It is perfectly located in the heart of the Pasadena with an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers located nearby. 10/10 recommend this place! If you are looking for a community where you are truly taken care of, always greeted with friendly smile, and treated like family then this is the place for you! I already miss calling this place my home!

Suzette and Denise are the sweetest ladies. They are always there to solve any problem I have. I have the nicest neighbors. I have lived here for more than eighteen years and have loved every minute of it. Thank you girls for all you do for me and every single resident here.

Management and staff were great. They really made my stay there just right. Quiet place with lots of parking. Very easy access to restaurants, groceries, beltway 8, and 225. I miss this place!

My family and i have been living here for 4 years and we have enjoyed every single day at this wonderful apt complex, Nina and her staff are the most honest and respectful people i have had the honor of knowing from day one. Maintenance staff are very quick to fix any type of problem one may have regarding emergency repairs 24 hours a day. I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone or family that is looking for a nice, quiet and drama free area to live in. I used to love this place. Suzette and Denise were so kind and helpful. They were so understanding and had some kind of flexibility when it came to rent and were quick to respond as well. However the management changed just a few days ago and the new management is so rude...when you come to the front office the lady doesnt even make eye contact with you or anything. Doesnt acknowledge you quickly either. Just how can I help you? and not a word else. They didnt even alert anyone to the new change of management until 5 days before the end of the month. I dont expect a good year here, and I already know I wont be renewing my lease next year.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE. It is completely infested with cockroaches, spiderwebs, and other gross bugs. When I was applying at the office to move in, I asked a simple question and they said yes. I moved in, and it turned out to be a lie. For normal parking by your apartment it is NOT FREE. You have to park farther away and usually there are no more spaces left. It doesnt have the best people living there either. Cars have been vandalized and stolen. I dont have a good looking car and it was still broken into and there is now no lock. Nasty straying cats with possible rabies and diseases. This place also really smells bad. IM SO EXCITED FOR THE LEASE TO BE OVER!

I have been living here for the last 2 years and I have had no issues. Maintenance is always nice and responsive, the office team always friendly and helpful.The parking lot is well lit and clean. I have a couple of my friends that live here and they are happy as well.

I have lived at these apartments since November and it is very quiet, no stray cats all over the place stinking up the place like where we used to stay and any maintenance issues that I have, had they are so fast to come knocking to fix it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Roaches, no storage, no balcony, horrible staff. I moved in 3years ago, I loved it at first. The last year and a half has went down hill, and down hill quick! The staff gives you the run around. Not only to me but many others in the complex. No organization. Nothing makes sense. Its a mess. A true mess. Since I am younger, I have many of friends who are looking for apartments, and I will not refer anyone to live here. Can my lease please be up already!!!

Horrible roach problem!!!! Apparently everyone has roaches. I am one of the cleanest people and still have roaches coming in my kitchen when I am trying to cook my family dinner. Pest control is a JOKE!!! They always talk about doing a Viper treatment and NEVER DO!! I have heard MANY other people that live here complain about the roaches. They are obsessed with drama and love to be in your business. I am so ready for my lease to be up!!!

Wont fix your dishwasher for months. Stove is also from 1983. Drawers falling apart. You can only get hot water in the middle of the night. Parking is a nightmare. The list goes on and on. Its no wonder staff changes every other week.

There is always excessive amount of noise in apartment 8 above me everyday and no hot water.

Current resident ! I have been living here for a about a year now my lease is about to be up and I will be looking to renew but hands down this crossings location has the greates staff! Very courteous, friendly, and caring of their residents well being. Would definitely recommend moving here especially if shop! Fairway plaza is less than 10 mins from here. This place has no common decency for their clients. MY car has been vandalized 3 times in the last 6 months. Our lease is not up till DECEMBER.. I will not renew. When we go talk to the office they are so nonchalant about it.. telling me the same story 3 times, they will post notices about the vandalism to the apartments, they will talk to the officer that lives on site about it. I am sick and tired of not feeling safe in my own home.

I’ve lived here five months so far it’s all been nice. Before moving I called the Pasadena police department and asked about all the apartments i was looking into, and what kind of calls they get and this was my number 1 choice for money and safety. As far as the roaches I’ve only seen maybe 10 (and I’m rounding up) the whole time I’ve lived here. They do have someone spray but Idk how often. But before moving anything in i sprayed foaming hotshot along all the corners of the walls ceiling and baseboards even cupboards under and behind appliances especially the walls that connect to other apartments. I do this every month and a half or so just to be extra cautious, so far so good haven’t had a bug problem. Im going to put a work order in for maintenance sometime this week or next week, and i will update how quickly and efficiently they help.**Update**Denise in the office took my call she was very nice and put the request in quickly after we hung up. The maintenance request was handled the same day and they left a little note on my table to let me know it had been completed. A+ service

WORST APARTMENTS TO EVER MOVE INTO STAY AWAY !! apartments are extremely infested with roaches, wasp, possums and spiders ! Nosey neighbors. Manager does not know how to manage apartments new staff constantly . They give you poorly made apartments very disrespectful and unprofessional staff!

The Burke Regency Apartments are well maintainted and managed. The staff are accomodating and friendly. Parking lot is a great plus.

These apts used to be great. I lived there for 4 years.... but after the old staff and nena left there things went way downhill!!!! The office staff was very unprofessional and let everything go..... the cleanliness of the property was left in shambles. Starting getting roaches everywhere shortly after too and crime went up etc... DO NOT MOVE HERE... not to mention the office staff is horrible and scam artists now all they want is your money, also upon move out I cleaned the apt way cleaner than it was when I moved in 3 years ago and didn’t get my deposit back.... horrible apts wish they were like they used to be but now their trash

First of all since the day I got here my apartment has been infested with roaches everywhere and by everywhere I MEAN EVERYWHERE! My bed my babys clothes, restroom, kitchen, living room. No matter how much I clean they never leave. The pest control is a joke dont expect it to work. My neighbor has been feeding the random stray cats leaving food outside her door. Theres times where I go outside and it reeks so bad like cats and cat food. Ive gone to complain about this and nothing has change! rhaiza *im not sure how to spell here name* the new manger and her fat minion in the front desk dont know how to do their jobs. oh and if you go and talk to her about an issue you have in your apt with the manger the b**** will give you a big attitude and act like nothings her fault. So dont even bother resolving nothing with her. She is just money hungry and doesnt resolve nothing. Her minion behind the front desk is basically just there answering calls and doesnt know much. Ive asked to get the corporate office number and her minion behind the desk just told me I cant give you the number only the manager can give you that lmfao Let me just say I got the number myself off the Internet easily. so really doubt its a issues giving it out Lmfao there a bunch of fu**** jokes When Nena was here I swear she never fussed about anything she was always kind and would give you number and everything got fixed. They never let you kno when the maintenance guy is coming and they knock once and walk in. I had a time where I was cooking and the maintenance guy knocked and told me they had to replace my stove cause they didnt have the pieces to fix it and that they couldnt come again. I had to stop what I was doing and they came and removed it leaving a mess on my kitchen floor and the new stove was filthy and wet. They never notify you of anything just expect them randomly! I honestly cant fu**** wait till my lease is done so I can get out of the sh** hole place of a joke. If you love roaches, the smell of cats and the maintence people coming in randomly without notyfing you and manager giving you attitude and brushing the complaints aside without nothing being done. Then this the place for you! I would never recommend this place to nobody. Not even my worst enemy.

My coworker lives here it was peace and quiet until the neighbors moved in kids are loud leave trash all over the place and now they are starting to vandalize buildings parents need to keep a closer eye on their kids they are destroying the property
