Would highly avoid this auto center location, theyre worthless/clueless, from the manager on down. Unless its a simple oil change and u have 2-3 hrs to waste, dont even bother as youll end up having to go elsewhere anyways.I went there to have the TPMS serviced, where an OBD2 reader like device is used to get a signal from each tire. Which is a simple walk around that takes 2 minutes at most. That simple (and if theres a bad sensor then they notify and have it replaced). I wait 2.5 hours (something that take 1-2minutes) just for them to tell me that their reader is still broke from since atleast yesterday. While Im thinking they had to replace multiple ones and thats why. Had they notified me that the were having problems with the reader I wouldve just went elsewhere immediately but no they decide to waste 2.5hrs of my time.Same story a while back with some tires I bought for our other vehicle. They had all my car info and knew I was getting different sizes then what the the vehicle came with. They waited until they had the car in the shop for them to finally be like oh these are different sizes then original, so we can. Which is completely understandable beings it could potentially be a liability. Its the fact that they know this and dont let you know until youve been waiting for hours

The people who work here are so kind. The nicest I have ever worked with at a Walmart. It did take about 45 minutes longer than they anticipated to get the tires changed, but I didn’t mind too much.Follow up: I have gone there to get my oil changed two times in the past 3 years, intermixed with a couple other Walmarts. The people working at this Walmart are AMAZING. They are SO kind and helpful. I have seen them work with angry customers and fix their problems so they leave happy. Super impressed. I will be using them for all my auto care appointments I can now. Great work!

I went to but 2 new tires. To start off I wasnt pleased with there customer service. I was 2nd in line & the department manager named Barb took the gentleman behind me & assisted him. I finally got my vehicle in the line up, after 2 1/2 hours I went to check on it. Still hasnt been touched!! I was told at least 2 more hours. If I was given an fair warning of the wait time, I could have went to another place. When I asked for my keys, the individual that worked there was very rude!! Absolutely No customer satisfaction at all

Buyer beware when buying Wal Mart car batteries. Took a5 year warranted battery in for a check and replacement because it was putting out less (much less) the advertised amps . Walmart auto tech checked it and said my battery was undercharged and putting out 650 cranking amps. Of course he said I needed a new alternator (new alternator 2019) and that the 850 cranking amps was over the amps required for my car so there isnt a problem with the battery.Heres the good part. I can get a $110 battery replacement battery because my 5 year warranty battery is only good for 3 years exchange and pro rated in the 4th and 5th . Okay so whats the pro rated amount . Wait for it. $10 on a $110 battery WITHOUT A NEW WARRANTY ON THE NEW BATTERY because its a PRO RATED replacement.

Dont take your car here! Everytime I come here I have to wait at least 3 hours to get my oil changed...even when there is only 1 car in from of me! They also never tell you when your car is done. They have charged me for the wrong service and mixed up my keys before. Super unprofessional.I kept coming back hoping this would change, but it didnt. So I took my business somewhere else.

Convent location. Has buffet but the food is on the cold and soggy side. The selections are good and the price is good. Dont know if I will return.

They have great prices. $39 for full synthetic. I picked up some RTV to seal up a broken lamp socket on my truck.

Staff was not friendly or helpful and only stated what was easy for them to accomplish.

They take care of you, people always complain about the wait . First come first serve..

Okay but nothing to brag about. If your in a hurry I recommend elsewhere. If no hurry than your ok. They get job done just very slow.

I called yesterday to scedule an appointment. I was told they dont do appointments. I got there at 9am the next day to get my headlight replaced. I was told it would take them 3 hours to get my headlight replaced. I Asked if maybe i could make an apointment since i have other things i needed to do that day and they said they didnt but they could call me when the car was done. The man up front in the morning ws very rude and impatient. i dont know why because there were no cars in the garage. I never got a phone call and retunred at 1:00pm to get it. The second guy seemed like he was confused but finished up the transaction fine.If you are expecting quick service, you will not get it. Dont bother taking your car here, just go somewhere else.

Always do a great job with oil changes and tires. Have replaced single tires and whole sets, no problem. Staff is friendly and give good time estimates.

Great price and value for basic car care. Not always the fastest so plan accordingly but worth the wait for the price.

Worst customer service ever. Came here just to pick up a tire I ordered and paid for online. Tire they gave me was different than what I ordered and this was after waiting 25 minutes for them to find someone who could scan the tire so that I could have it. In the end they didnt know how to do the paperwork on it and told me just to take it. Unbelievable!

Got there at 6:45pm and was told they couldnt do anything even though they close at 8. they had one car In the shop at that time. what a joke

Awful front person. Very scatter brained. They didn’t listen to anything i said then had to spend extra 20 minutes to make sure they fixed the correct tire. Not to mention already waiting an hour and a half! Only two cars there! For sure going somewhere else’s next time.

Called to schedule an oil change. I was told it was walk ins and i could come any time. Went after work and the guy at the counter told me i could make an appointment for the next morning. When i told him about my call and being told they don’t make appointment, he told me he hadn’t been accepting new clients that day as they were off at 8 pm. He was rude and when i told him that they should inform customers on the phone that they only accept so many a day, he sarcastically said he would be sure to do that. Called to speak to a manager, who initially seemed friendly and told me she would figure out what the situation was and assured me she would call me back. It has been almost 2 weeks and i have not heard back. I would only recommend coming here to have them fill the air in your tires for free.

This place is awful. Good product, slowest possible service. I was quoted an hour tops to install 4 tires. No complications have arisen, it has been over 3 hours. Still waiting...

I urge you to avoid this Wal-Mart at all costs. Lazy workers and horrible customer service. I was curious why patching one tire took over 6 hours and saw the workers not touch the vehicle in they bay for 45 minutes. Maybe because it was warranty work? Meanwhile multiple vehicles brought in later were serviced and sent on their way. Save yourself the trouble and visit a better shop.

I went in for a tire repair, shouldnt take too long right? so I get there at 4:45ish and had to wait a bit for someone to get back from their lunch break to assist people at the front counter, not a big deal. but once he got there he took his sweet time logging everyone in (3 people) and by the time it was my turn, it was about 5:30. so i go up to the counter, tell him that i needed my front passenger tire looked at because it was leaking air, then give him my phone number so he can call that instead of my dads number because i wont know if my car is ready if he calls my dad, he says ill put it in the notes but i wont promise that ill remember to call your number since it lists your dads number that was a little annoying so i left to get some food and come back to see if the car is ready because its well past 30 minutes and i havent gotten a call yet! he ended up calling my dad and saying that he couldnt reach him. That was also annoying because he knows i gave him my number for him to call but stilldidnt. didnt even call me after e tried my dad. Anyways, they started to tell me about my Rear passenger tire and I stopped them and told them that I said i needed my front tire checked out, not the back. so the guy up front looks back at the file and says he ended up checking the rear instead of the front, didnt apologize but they went back and looked at my front tire, another 30 minutes or so of waiting. Finally they were done, they didnt tell me what was wrong with my front tire, only repaired it and the guy up front told me the cost and then I finally left around 7pm. It was a long day and I wouldnt recommend this auto center to anyone Go to Discount tire right down the street.

They were upfront about the wait times and got me in within that time and they put my new car battery in for free.

If I could give less then one I would. Just went in for a couple tire mounts. They put a nice big hole in one I was mounting. Then unseated the spring and decided to drive it like there was no problem. Never again Wal-Mart! Horrible service! Waste of time!

I had called at asking if they would be able to fix a flat. They said yes but when I got there 30min after the guy looked at me with a racist look and told me they were all filled up I looked at the garage they only had 2 cars there.

Rude & unprofessional. I called to ask if tires we had ordered had come in yet, because we were told they would be here yesterday (Saturday). He demanded a tire size, which was fine I just didn’t know it off the top of my head and then belittled me for not knowing it. My boyfriend called back & asked the same question I did, not a half hour later, and got “oh sorry man we don’t get deliveries on the weekend, they should be here tomorrow.” Why couldn’t you just tell me that?

Wouldnt even give one star if possible. These people working here have no idea what the hell theyre doing. I needed a new tire on one rim that I brought in. Not my car just the tire. Was told a four and a half hour wait. Well six hours later Im still waiting. I call to ask what the hell is going on and in told theres still one car ahead of me. Then once I go off stating it shouldnt take six hours to do a five minute job she cuts me off by saying her computer just loaded and says Im now in the bay. Then proceeds to tell me her computer has been glitchy all day, I responded with so are your employees . I would never suggest this place to anyone for any reason any time at all. Horrible horrible customer service.

People always say things about Walmart mostly negative I think its what you make of it they provide a service so stop complaining theyre decent store they took care of me with my tire problem and change my oil and I appreciate that for the price I paid couldnt get it anywhere else like that

2 and a half hour wait to get a tire checked for a slow leak as I have road hazard on all tires.

Very slow service. Change oil light came on after only driving for two weeks (oil was full) so I question whether it was even changed.

I was told the wait would be 20 minutes, 2 hours later I finally got my car back. I believe they are a little understaffed.
