They took care of my oil change in less than 30 minutes, were professional, friendly & let me watch while they worked on my car. I highly recommend this shop & its best you go in the morning during the week if you dont want to wait. Have been there on the weekend & the wait was only an hour so thats not bad at all.

Saved me from a tight spot. The dealership had over tightened my oil plug, after trying to change my oil myself and giving up I headed to Jiffy Lube. when I got there the did not have my cars oil filter so they could not change my oil. Not having the filter was not a big surprise to me, supply is crazy right now and I had a hard time finding one myself, not their fault supply is messed up. Then I explained my situation and they were very helpful. They broke the overtightened plug lose for me and re tightened it properly so I could get it off at home and change the oil myself with my filter, even gave me a new plug bolt as the old one was not in great shape after everything. All this for no charge. Very friendly, very fast, I will absolutely be back next time I need an oil change.

Went in for an oil change in Feb. and was talked into changing my differential fluid on my Jeep. They said they couldnt get the front done because their tools wouldnt work they have harbor freight . The back one was done . I had a new mechanic fixing my Jeep this weekend and he said there is silicone everywhere on the rear gasket and it is leaking. Took my Jeep back in and was told what I paid for was just a fluid exchange no new gasket nothing else JUST A FLUID EXCHANGE that cost $151.00 That is expensive for the little amount of work they did. I will not be going back

Lunch time in a Monday, only a 5 minute wait before my car was up!Due to Covid,I stayed in my car which is actually pretty cool.They have it down to a T as how to get the oil change started and get you on the go, quickly.Drive thru oil change, as you will.Great customer service, they didnt try to upsell and get you to buy stuff you dont need.Keep up the good work- this is a great way to do oil changes!

Demar, Alex and Matt were wonderful.I had called a couple places for an oil change and no one could get me in til Monday.These guys literally saved my day. They got me in and gave me speedy and friendly service, they also helped answer all my questions and concerns.

1/2/20: Mom got an oil change which comes with windshield wiper fluid and tire check and the person working put oil in it and nothing else. My mom kept an eye and asked her after she pulled the car out if she put windshield wiper fluid in it and she goes “oh I forgot.” Then my mom had to take her car to a gas station to put air in the tires because she didn’t even do that. I called about it and asked to speak to a manager so I didn’t have to leave a bad review, and we’re pretty sure we were talking to the same person. Just a heads up— make sure you’re getting the service you’re owed and keeping an eye on the workers.

Ive been using this Jiffy Lube since it opened about 20 years ago. On a recent trip, my transmission went out on my Subaru just 5 days after having the oil changed. The service manager mentioned that the differential was dry and that he had seen oil changing places pull the wrong plug before. The manager at Jiffy Lube was kind enough to call me about my problem. I checked my oil level and it is clear that it was properly changed. I now believe the service manager at Subaru was wrong. I had a very slow leak in the differential it just happened to become critical on this trip. My oil change was merely a coincidence. My apologies to the good folk at Jiffy Lube for complaining earlier.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in for their high endurance $70.00 oil change before my drive from Omaha to Boise. the worker did not properly replace the pins to hold the skid plate in place, it started coming loose and scraping on the interstate during my drive across NE on I 80. Everywhere I stopped, there was only conveniwnce stores and gas, no where to order the new parts or have them installed. I had to duct tape it into place, it was not secure at speeds over 50mph and I had to keep stopping and taping.Once I got to Boise, I called Jiffy Lube and was told to send pictures and it would be taken care of. The bill for new parts and labor was $700.00. I had it fixed, but had no car for 4 days in Boise. On my drive home, I was rear ended by a semi in a construction zone. The newly replaced parts were undamaged and the body shop took pictures and sent them to this Papillion location. There were 3 Jiffy Lubes in Twin Falls, someone could have gone to inspect, but Jiffy Lube refused. The totalled car was then moved to salvage yard, and the lot # was given to Jiffy Lube, as there were 2 Jiffy Lubes in that city too. Jiffy Lube then after almost a month of correspondences, told me for the first time:You needed to have us inspect it before you fixed it, since you did not follow protocol, we are not refunding your moneyParts replaced were: main skid plate/under carriage cover, left fender liner, and labor to remove and replace.

I ALWAYS keep up w my car, I take it in consistently as scheduled for oil changes and such as I take great care of everything I own... for whatever reason the same place I was going to for oil changes for 3 years apparently never checked my transmission fluid as promised or I have a non visible minor leak somewhere.... with that being said.Now for the one star review for this Jiffy Lube: Out of nowhere right next to this location of Jiffy Lube my car sounded like it got stuck in a gear. Me totally shocked not wanting to damage my vehicle pulled right over to Jiffy Lube where I checked my transmission fluid. The stick was DRY!!!!!! They told me I’m a “liability” and I need to leave to go to a full service shop. I told them I had NO SIGNS of any leak anywhere so this was very odd. ALL I asked at this point in time of this Jiffy Lube was to allow me to only purchase some of their transmission fluid and I would even add it myself just to allow me to make it to the proper location to service my vehicle as necessary without possibly damaging my vehicle. Jiffy Lube refused. Please Jiffy Lube really research and educate yourselves on what makes you an actual “liability.”Apart of the reason I stopped doing business w them years ago. Not very knowledgeable overall.

Very thorough! I hadn’t mentioned that I was aware of a nail in my right front tire prior to visiting (I had just put air in and the tire looked normal). They pointed it out within 2 minutes after I sat down in the lobby. I was impressed with the level of detail and inspection. Also not typically a busy one so I get in and out quick!

They looked over everything, made sure everything was in good working order. When they saw that my air filter was bad, they brought it to me and showed me. They didnt try to push me to have them replace it, they told me if I dont want it changed right now, then it isnt the end of the world. They were very gentle and caring with my vehicle. Great place.

This location is always very friendly and extremely fast. They are also very knowledgeable and don’t push unwanted services unto myself and my family. Will always come here for oil changes.

I was the only one waiting behind a customer, who the service techs were finishing up, and they were able to get to me quickly. The service advisor was responsive to my requests, even explaining why some services were not needed at this time. Very professional attitudes from the two employees in the shop at the time.

I went this past Sunday just before one oclock and there was no wait. Probably because it was a beautiful spring day and nobody wanted to be inside. This location is fairly popular so I was lucky. Luck aside, I came for a routine oil change and I have never had a bad experience at this location. The prices are reasonable and Ive never had them offer me something I dont need.

Car’s battery was dead in my appt parking and I went in this location, Samantha came personally to check and did the jump start. Drove to jiffy lube and all the staff was super friendly and helpful and replaced my battery in no time. On top of that, they even gave me discount! Amazing place, amazing staff!! Thank you!

Went in for oil change on my F150.. they told me where I got my last oil change they stripped the drain bolt...they said bolt just spinning but not leaking.. concerned I took it to the last place I had it done (also a Jiffy Lube)..the manager took me under the truck showed me the bolt..it was tight and not stripped...confused by the whole matter...they changed my oil and I went on my way..what a waste of a couple of hours...never going back there

Seem to be a burden whenever you need to be serviced. Staff did not acknowledge that I was in line until the car in the garage pulled out (15minutes later), overpriced.

I’m not very savvy with cars, I know the basics, I had been going dealership for years To get my oil changed and I always dreaded having to wait an hour to an hour and a half for my car to get done and sales associates trying to up sell me or trying to get me to trade in my car. I had came into this Jiffy lube because I needed my oil changed asap and couldn’t get in anywhere else! I’m so glad I did it! They are nice affordable and have you out here in about 15 mins ! The staff is awesome and only try to help you not up sell !

A little expensive but fast

This is my favorite place to have my oil changed. These guys are very friendly and thorough. They stay focus on completing the job as quickly as possible. Lets not forget, they vacuum and clean the windows. Go to the Papillion Jiffy Lube by the Post Office. They also gave an Keurig Coffeemaker!!

I have never been to a more rapid and efficient place for changing oil. even though my English wasnt the best, they worked through the barrier and helped me like gentlemen. I came for an oil change and ended up spending less then I planned because of a discount! This shop is perfect for those who dont have car experience. They do a inspection and resolve your cars issues.

I visited with the intent of only getting an oil change and Im okay with them wanting to do more. Unfortunately for them I had just checked my wipers and found them fine... at least until I left Jiffy Lube. Both wipers were damaged and though I was able to fix them both without replacing them Im not sure Ill ever go back..Edit: Jiffy Lube has since contacted me to make things right. It doesnt change the experience I had, but it does say Jiffy Lube cares.

My 19 year old took her car here for an oil change they put the wrong size filter on it and it fell off and now we need a whole new engine per Corwin Toyota. They won’t even answer their phone. Horrible.

These guys are really honest! Levi told me that I didnt need my oil changed for another 2000 miles when I thought I needed one. He topped off my cooling fluid for free. I think most other companies would have just done the work and charged me although it wasnt necessary. These guys were honest and saved me money.I will definitely be going back!

Went to Valvoline today for an oil change and they declined my car saying that my oil drain plug was the wrong size? I called Jiffy Lube and these guys told me to come in and they would take a look. I got there and turns out that the drain plug was replaced with an aftermarket one with just a bigger head. the threads were the same as the original one so the manager said they would do it with no problem. Im glad that Jiffy lube employs people that actually know cars. I always went to Valvoline but now Im a jiffy lube customer for life!!!!

I was in town for the Easter holiday and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they were open. The staff was courteous and efficient. My only compliant is that the bathroom was dirty and not stocked. There was no toilet paper or hand soap and the toilet leaked. Also, the hours listed on google maps were inaccurate but Ive corrected them.

Went to this Jiffy Lube on 12/28/13 at around 9:35 am on a Saturday morning after a horrible experience with a different auto service facility. I have to admit, I was extremely impressed with the customer care, cleanliness and quality of this Jiffy Lube in particular. They were so appreciative and genuinely polite when they greeted me. They were helpful, showed me the ends and out of there facility so that I felt welcome, offered me coffee and were fast and efficient. This may not seem like much to some people but for me it is always nice to be taken care of by the people and companies that you are doing business with. I will probably always go back to this Jiffy Lube just because of the quality of service, pricing and customer care quality of this facility. Thanks for everything guys, definitely gained a repeat customer today!
