Over this past month my I’ve had to take my car to them 2 different times spending $4000 for my car to have the same problems a week later. Seems like the only do temporarily fix’s.. there’s no way I should’ve had to pay 2500 less than 2 weeks ago for the same issue to pop up a week later. Every time i call of course they want me to bring it in another day.

Exelent service. Online appointment for 8:00AM got in did oil change and alignment check. Noticed my wipers were streaking so they called and got those done as well. Car was ready by 9:35 and it was all great! Possibly the quickest Ive ever had any service done at a Firestone.

Stopped by to get my tire checked. Bret said he couldnt assist because he closes in 45 minutes. Theres more to the story; however, it may all sound suspicious. ***NOTE***. The owner primarily replies to 5 stars. I do understand sometimes people are disgruntled; however, its very much possible for there to be validity/truth in the one star reviews. If, sometimes, youre doing a lousy job... wouldnt you want to know? I guess not here... With most things in life, you only get one opportunity to make a good impression. Needless to say, I will not return to this location.

I will no longer be taking my car here after 2 bad interactions. The first was my windshield fluid reservoir. I specifically asked them to look to see if it was the reservoir leaking or if it was a loose connection. They said it was the reservoir and the part and labor would be $220~. So I set some money aside, had them order the part, and made the appointment. They get the part installed and test it, and it still doesnt work. They updated me and then went to do some more diagnosis. Turns out the problem WAS a loose connection. Had I known that originally, I could have saved myself some time and money!One bad experience after years of decent service isnt a huge issue. So this month, I brought my car in for an oil change and and alignment check before a trip. When I finally heard back from them, they told me there was an issue with the wheel bearing and they couldnt do an alignment. I couldnt afford the $770 to replace the wheel bearing hub, so they did a tire rotation so I could get a little more use out if my tires while I save up. When I picked up my car and drove it home, it was suddenly making a weird warbling noise. So I called back and took my car back and they check the torque in the lugs. They said if the noise continues it is that wheel bearing.Something seemed off about this interaction as did the fact that my car was now tilting to the left on top of the noise. Neither of which was present beforehand. I decided to get a second opinion and quote at another shop to explore my options and start budgeting. This shop comes back saying that there is no issue with the wheel bearing. However, there is an issue with that suspension rod. The repair is $400. Still up there, but not as overwhelming. However, I am now very curious as to how this was damaged. Especially since I havent hit any potholes recently with that side particularly.After this, I will not be coming back to this shop.

These guys were keeping me updated with their every move. They explained everything up front and didnt beat around the bush. They did all they could to get my car done by the time I requested. Definitely give them a call if you need work on your vehicle!

Had 4 tires replaced and they were torqued wrong creating a serious safety issue and one tire near falling off. The service manager never completed follow up with me nor was there even a small discount offered off of my $1100 service.Im all for supporting businesses located near me, but this is one I would suggest passing on.

The entire team is professional and honest. All work is authorized and priced accurately. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent service from the online check-in, all the way to the pick up. Very friendly, and helpful. Was my first time using them. Ill recommend them, and go there again.

I got good service but wow did it take for ever

I was swapping my summer tires for winter tires. When I picked up my vehicle, the summer tires were not in the vehicle. They were going to be scrapped. Luckily they hadnt gotten to mine yet, and was able to take them home. The tires are less than 6 months old. They definitely werent in the condition to be scrapped. The tires are a staggered setup, and were installed incorrectly. Luckily I had a feeling to check when I got home. Had to bring it back in to be installed correctly. After bringing it back, the issue was resolved relatively quickly.Overall, I was not impressed with my first experience.

We got an appointment quickly and they were very friendly. The waiting area is clean and offers free drinks while you wait.

Patched up a tire that caught a nail in a little under an hour after my appointment.

Called an hour before they closed to see if they could fix a flat. They got me in and did a great job. I have purchased tires from here before and they will continue to get my businessFriendly staff and free coffee! Cant beat that combo!

While driving on a cross country trip on I 80 we ran over a nail, and was slowly loosing air. We called Firestone, and they were kind, friendly and extremely efficient. We were back on the interstate within an hour. The gentleman at the front desk were so polite. The waiting room was clean and had complimentary drinks. I highly recommend this location.

I had went needing a new headlight bulb in. The bulb itself cost less than $20 but were going to charge me $370 just to replace the bulb. Ridiculous.

Team was professional and worked hard at getting at the problem. I will for sure continue to use Firestone.

Very nice people but this place is way over priced and try to “recommend” more than what needs done to the vehicle. Quoted us around 1,300 to 1,400 that a regular ford dealership will do for way cheaper. Don’t recommend this place!

Very Nice, neat automotive shop. They have many tires to choose from. Firestone, Bridgestone, Michelin to name a few. And coffee while you wait!

Had to get 2 tires due to a nail embedded in mine and they were very competitive on pricing. They were done in about 35-40 mins and they were friendly and easy to work with. They even called the next day just to thank me for my business... that is very good follow up guys! Definitely will go back again for any needs!

Love it here. Mitch and Nick are great. Theyve always been super helpful and take time to explain everything. Theyve worked on both of our cars now and weve never been disappointed. We will always bring our cars here to be fixed.

Awesome people to work with. We take our company fleet vehicles here and because of the service we get here I bring personal vehicles here too.

We dropped off our vehicle on Friday at 5. We had set an appointment ahead of time for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. They called us at 6 to tell us the power steering fluid was low and there was most likely a leak. We said not to fix that just do what we brought it in for. They said it would be first thing in the morning as far as when it would be ready. We were fine with that. We had to call them at 9:40 in the morning to check on our car. They said they were waiting to do anything because of the power steering low fluid issue. We said we already told you last night not to worry about it. Its just ridiculous we had to wait until now to get our car because they decided to sit on it and not just do the things we requested. Very disappointed in our interaction with them and the fact they didnt even try to apologize or give any kind of discount.

A few days after Christmas, I had a van shipped in from Seattle that would not start. Firestone was slammed with cars due to the sub zero weather and staffing was down due to the holidays. I was leaving town in 72 hours and needed the van before heading south. Richard, the Service Advisor, was understanding, professional, and courteous. Bottom line, Richard and his team got my van running by the deadline, the cost was less than anticipated, and the evaluation was honest. I could not have asked for more. This was my first experience with this Firestone store however, it will not be the last. Honesty, integrity, & customer service are a big deal in my book. These guys knocked it out of the park.

I was on vacation and had issues with one of my tires. The staff were helpful, friendly and honest. I received quick service and no hidden fees. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for great service and tire care.

Overall I was pleased with the service on my vehicle. They treated me nicely and got me in the next day. The honored my lifetime alignment with Tires Plus and although they didnt salvage the what they were trying to fix, it was still repairable with another solution. It has been a week since the service and so far so good.

These guys are really nice. I didnt have an appointment because my car was overheating and had to leave it there. They completed the work faster than what they initially estimated. Also they called to discuss the cost of the each of the repairs we needed prior to beginning the work.

I got 2 flats tires while out of town and they were so incredibly accommodating! They gave me the number to a tow company and then fit me into their full schedule.....on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. Vanessa was VERY informative and so helpful. I will definitely come back if I have issues while out of town again!!!

Seems to have gone downhill. I used to trust this place, but had a rough oil change. My airbox was broken while they were checking the filter. They didnt say anything and my service engine light notified me. They did replace it for me, but left me driving for a few weeks with it duck taped together. Then I noticed significant leaking and took it in again. They had installed the oil filter with the o-ring out of place. No oil was added. After my car notified me of low oil I called in and was told we dont do top offs. When I asked about the oil type I was just told to look at the cap (which doesnt have it). I think this place is hit or miss depending on who helps you.

I can’t even explain how upset I am and I can’t post this review with no stars so I guess I can give one. I called at 6:00p and mind you they close at 7:00p according to their website because I had a screw in my tire and nobody answered, I called multiple times to see if someone could help me. I ended up showing up and the lights were on but the door locked and staff cars were still outside. Had to go somewhere else, never again will I go here, there’s been multiple instances where this location was subpar.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had them look at exhaust and glad I did. They showed me everything, gave me estimate and they were all so nice and friendly. Very pleased with work and will return with all my vehicles.

I just want to say a big thank you to this location! After driving 9+ hours to get here from Texas I noticed that the new tire we had put on only 2 days prior back in Texas had a chunk missing. My family came in right at closing and they took care of it!Thank you!

The only place I take my car. Quick friendly service, and very honest. They never try and sale things that dont need done or take advantage of the fact your a female. I absolutely love the staff. Kevin and Jason have both helped me and are wonderful to work with

I have used this place for the past year or more and highly recommend them! Vanessa who seems to take a lot of my calls, is always extremely helpful and very knowledgable! They have always been willing to show me what is going on with my car and to give me other options, unlike most shops Ive dealt with. From my experiences, they also seem to try to do what they can to save me money (much appreciated!) Overall, I have been very happy with everything they do to make sure my car is taken care of and back on the road as quickly as possible.

I have gone several times for oil changes and have always had good service. The managers arent pushy with getting additional services done on your vehicle but they will recommend based on their vehicle checks.

We bought a certified used car and took it to a shop that noticed a couple of bad struts and the front brakes needed to be replaced. The dealership wanted us to take it to a firestone. After waiting 2 hours they asked why we brought it in. I said for the reason we scheduled, an inspection. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong. I asked if they drove it yet, which they hadn’t. I told them what the other shop found wrong. After they test drove it I asked about the struts. They said they were leaking and were bad. I asked about the brakes. I found out they hadn’t even looked at them yet. I’m trying to figure out what they actually did. I scheduled an inspection which they confirmed when I dropped it off. If they can’t inspect my vehicle correctly I sure the heck don’t trust them to fix anything. While I was waiting another customer came in because they now had a major problem after they just had an oil change there. It was astonishing listening to the front counter guy deflect any blame when it clearly sounded like they messed something up. A complete waste of 3 hours.

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation I was headed after work to pick up a pair of tires form Walmart for our car at a rate of $134.00. Not thinking that Firestone could compete and wasnt asking them to but the attendant asked the size and they offered for $126, I was shocked. Great place however when I got home I noticed they forgot to do the tire rotation and had to go back, lucky for me I knew it was done.

Weve taken all 3 of our cars to Vanessa and her excellent crew of technicians over the last couple years. Front desk staff is always friendly, store is incredibly clean and service is as quick as possible. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks for car care locations.

Be careful if you have after market rims. They chipped all of the mounting holes with their torque wench. Just because its not a Ferrari doesnt mean you shouldnt take care when working on a vehicle.

Vanessa at the front desk is hands down one of the most friendly reps Ive ever worked with and remained helpful and friendly while working out some overcharges that happened. Above and beyond customer service.Tobby the technician was also an absolute expert at what he does. I brought in my car that had an absolutely horrible alignment and he was able to get the exact specs I was looking for. Great dude, great service.The shop is very clean and pretty new and the alignment rack is an in ground unit which is great for low/lowered cars. No worries about scraping the front on any ramps!

Needed a new battery installed. I bought one from AutoZone, but they couldnt install it. Called Firestone Complete Auto Care. They told me they couldnt install the one from AutoZone, but could sell me one. The install and battery wound up being $40 less than what I paid for just the battery at AutoZone. They got me in on a Sunday. Will definitely go back if I need a new battery for our car.

If you order online from a place like Tire Buyer, make sure you give it a full week or more. Make sure you call Firestone to be sure they are in. Schedule an appointment to have them put on. Dont just walk in and expect them to be there like the website said they would. If you can, skip this place all together and pick them up from the warehouse yourself.

Saturday morning and I needed a Flat repair. The pulled my truck right in right away. Fast, Friendly good service!

I felt that their prices were fare, they contacted me as soon as something else was visibly wrong with my auto and gave me several options on solving the problem. I liked that they had those options and prices before they called me. I would go back there again.

I was passing through Omaha when I started having truck problems late Saturday before they closed. They diagnosed the issue but I was unable to get the needed part until the next morning. Even though they were booked up Sunday I was able to stay overnight and have my truck fixed the next day. Everyone was great there and I would recommend to anyone.

My car is leaking oil after an oil change that had been done here. I returned to the store hours before closing was turned away, saying they were too busy. The employee was too busy to even talk to me. This is the second time my car has leaked oil after an oil change and required me to come back in. Normally the service is friendly, but with substandard work and poor customer service, Im not planning on coming back here again.
