You are making a huge Mistake by taking your vehicle anywhere else! PFM is simply fantastic. I brought my sons BMW in after being told by another business that I most likely had a blown head and needed an engine replacement. I was sick to my stomach as the vehicle, a 2008 528xi, is in beautiful shape and had been only driven 2000 miles after we bought it used. The business who did some repairs on the vehicle suggested it would need a new engine at the cost of $10,000.00. I had heard about the reputation of PFM and took the vehicle there. Jeff gave me an incredibly specific estimate and immediately diagnosed the main problem. To go a step further, he took the time to go through the entire vehicle showing each and every issue with the exact price to fix it. In less than two days, all repairs were made, and at a very reasonable price for all that was done. The vehicle runs like brand new and should last my son for many years to come.Thank you Jeff and to the whole staff at PFM. It is so nice to find a small business like this that truly cares about its customers. I will spread the word about PFM!!!

Edit (1 year later): Still the best and most trustworthy mechanics. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars.Some of the finest, most trustworthy mechanics in the business. Jeff and his team will make sure that your car is running and safe, but never push you to do something extra (and really, they never push, so the one time they tell you I cant let you drive your car out of here, you know its serious!). They give you all the info, and if you ask their advice, they follow up with questions to make sure to give you the best suggestions for your specific situation and driving style/plans. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

In 2016 I took my 2002 Honda CRV with low mileage to check my engine light that was coming on and the diagnostics said the catalytic converter was the problem. I had Tires Plus give me the new catalytic converter and they replaced it twice with a new one but kept insisting the diagnostics was incorrect. The auto kept misfiring so I decided to get a second opinion with Papillion Foreign Motors. The owner when I told him the check engine light kept coming on he first told me to get rid of the auto. When you are a widow senior citizen woman such as me that is not so easy because of the price of automobiles. He said he would check out the auto and I got a call saying they couldnt tell me what was wrong with my auto but offered to buy it from me for $800.00 and the blue book was $5000.00 according to the Honda dealership I bought it from brand new. Said the mechanics daughter needed a car for college. If the auto was not repairable, why did he want to; buy it from me when he said he couldnt fix it and felt it was all right for his daughter to drive it to college. I am convinced they were unethical and took advantage of me. I sold it to them because no one was able to fix the auto and I ended up in debt for another car. I am talking about this today because it still bothers me they lied just to take my car which was in great shape.

I couldnt be more pleased with the work PFM did on my car. Thorough, efficient, clear, and reasonable.

I have been working with Rick and Jeff over the past four years on my BMW M3. I trust their judgment on what to do and they do not create any unnecessary work. They are honest and fair and I trust their work product- I have to when my car is on the track. These guys are that good.

How Rick and Jeff would ever get fewer than five stars I would not understand. I take my two Volvos and my Acura to no one else. They have fixed problems the dealerships could and did not fix. They are nice gentlemen on top of being the best mechanics around.

Honest Mechanics are hard to find. I took my 97 Honda Prelude SH here to get the EGR ports cleaned after a check engine light came on. This is a normal maintenance item for older vehicles ( mine has 190K miles ). Rick was very particular on doing this repair right, and not taking shorcuts like other mechanics. He had to remove the entire intake manifold to clean the ports. It wasnt cheap, but when he was finished his bill was less than he originally quoted me ( after taxes ), and way less than the Honda dealership. When he was finished he gave me an itemized list of other items that will likely need attention in the near future, with prices to do each job. If you have an older Honda, and want it to last forever, this is the place to get it worked on.

Ive had Rick work on my Hondas for many years, hes as honest as the day is long, 100% trustworthy.

New to town and havent been able to find a good mechanic until now. Ive been to two and got substandard treatment. I needed a timing belt in my Lexus new it was going to be expensive and wanted to make sure i found a good mechanic. I called 4 mechanics in the area. Rick was the only one to answer and call back with an estimate. Two others had a receptionist that asked me to call back later and ask a mechanic for a quote when they were not busy, rather than asking the details about what I needed and calling back when she had the details. I was able to get quotes back by emailing two other shops. Ricks was the lowest but he also gave me a high estimate to give me the range I could expect if everything went great or if other belts or seals had problems.The shop was clean, they did the job fast, and were professional. My repair came in within the quoted range even with a few suprises. They never pushed services or repairs on me. And gave me an itemized list of possible future fixes that may be important/need to be done (my car is high milage so its nice to have some idea of future costs). Again no pressure or doom and gloom talk about the repairs needing to be done. In fact he told me none of those if they broke fully would leave me stranded on the road and I could get them fixed as things break if I wanted too.Better yet we had a great mechanic where we used to live. Best Ive seen. And his list from a year ago of future repairs has basically the same things that Ricks crew found.Finally nice knowing I know where to go when my cars have troubles.

Had some repairs done which they did fast. But 115$ for a oil change is a bit ridiculous.

I take my car here everythime and they are always able to quickly find and fix the problem.
