As a former staff, under previous and current owners the gym was amazing under the first owners I served with. Current owners are super friendly, however the communication and decision making have been questionable at best. My wife and I were both members and staff here. When we both got offered better jobs we decided to keep a paying membership here because we liked the equipment. However, we were constantly disrespected by members and current staff at our surprise. We reported several complaints to them about members who were violating rules. Finally, the last violation we asked a member to re-rack weights because we wanted to use a machine and he blew up at me and my wife, threatening to take us outside and fight. We ended up having to call police because the guy would not leave. Despite this, staff did not support us at all. Making us out to be the perpetrators and locking us out from the club. They didn’t even notify us we were locked out, let alone if they even contacted this guy or locked him out. Owners are friendly, but that’s not enough if you don’t take ownership of your club. As a fitness professional and gym-goer they have great equipment, but if you’re looking for environment I would not recommend this club.

The Gym is clean, open 24/7, and the staff are amazing. The 24/7 is important to me as I work overnights and sleep during the day. Jessica was very friendly when Julie and I came in to visit. Thanks for keeping it open

A very clean gym with top of the line equipment, trainers, and fitness classes. I’ve been a member here for 10 years and I’m still here for a reason. Andrea and Jessica are the two managers and are great to talk with and are both extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition! The owners are engaged with clients and are always visible. They have accountability groups, which help members stay on track. The members are also very friendly, without the intimidation of muscle-heads. Ive belonged to many gyms, and this gym is the best Ive experienced. The bigger gyms look more impressive, but after working out in a smaller, cleaner gym where I know most everyone, I will never go back to a large gym.

The gyms is in so-so condition but needs a makeover. The gym is also under new management within the past year and I have to say that they don’t communicate well at all.I had an issue in February and they completely stopped talking to me. They wouldn’t respond to email after email and just ignored all complaints. They finally started talking again in July but wouldn’t really listen to anything I said. They just went through the motions and gave a standard business response to my concerns.I don’t recommend this facility at all.

Updating review after talking to Anytime Fitness owner. It was a simple misunderstanding and mistake between me and the employee that signed me up. They were very understanding and apologetic about me only needing the one month membership while I was there for work. They refunded the additional month and also any activation fees that I was charged for the first month I was there. Id also like to add that its a very clean facility with all the equipment you would need. Also the staff was all super friendly and helpful.

I have been a member at this club since 2011, and recently ended my 2 year employment with them. While it is not the biggest gym in town, they have everything that you need to have a successful workout, and the personal attention that you receive from each staff member is worth more than the membership cost. The testimonials you see from Anytime Fitness are the real deal. As someone who has spent 2 years on the inside of this company, I can say that purchasing a membership to this club will be the best decision you will make. Even since my employment ended, I have been a member, and will continue to be as long as I stay in this area. Anytime Fitness has been a game changer for the fitness industry, and this club and its staff (Bill, Tabitha, Andrea, Ian, Patrick, and Evan) are some of the best people you will ever have the fortune to know. I feel 5 out of 5 stars is actually underrating it. During my employment I was also able to see and be apart of the rigorous cleaning schedule. It will be the cleanest club you will see in town, guaranteed.

I have been a member here for a couple of months and I love it! They have excellent staff and great programs. The boot camp with Ian was very intense and definitely worth it. Im not very familiar with gyms and workouts but their get started program is absolutely fantastic! They really listen to what you need and if you have questions they are always available. The owners, Tabitha and Bill are on site every day and make it feel like youre just one big family. I recommend everyone to sign up!

There are not enough gyms in the area and usually the machines are packed between 6am to 8am. Also, it is difficult to exit the gym membership after you sign up. I had a family membership in 2009.Changed stars from a 1 to a 5 because the new management are much better.

I have been a member of this gym now for a little over 2 years. I can not speak highly enough about how much this gym and the owners Bill and Tabitha have changed mine and my fiancés life!!! They have created an atmosphere that encourages you and they help you create and reach goals. I personally have lost a little over 30 pounds, completed a half and full marathon, and I am now working on gaining more muscle and strength. If you are looking for a gym that supports you in any goal you are looking to reach than this is the place for you!!! They have also recently partnered with the Gretna gym and now have several great and diverse classes that I am very excited about. 😃

Its big but you have privacy also, free classes to members, 7$ class fee for non members! Staff extremely helpful and place is clean and filled w / all the latest weights and nautilus equipment! ! Open 24hrs and staff usually on site for questions

Papillon anytime fitness is an excellent gym Im so glad to be a member at this gym. Ive made great progress through this gym. The people there are great people who work there great people owners are doing a fantastic job there this gym is the one Im staying at

Never again. The gym lied to get us to join. Had to yell at the management to finally get in contact with their boss and yell at the boss to finally get what we were promised. Also, they cannot seem to add up correctly with the drinks and shakes they have available. There is a very simple sheet where people state what theyve purchased. If no money was given to the gym then the total amount would be billed to an account set up with the membership. Clearly adding up things on a sheet of paper and checking security cameras can show how much to charge. The gym was incapable of backing up multiple charges billed to my account. I will gladly go anywhere else but this damn gym. Ridiculous!

Although I was only a member here for a summer I can honestly say that I have yet to have a better experience with a fitness/wellness club anywhere in the Omaha or Lincoln areas as I did at this Anytime Fitness. Ive been a part of four other major clubs in the past few years and this place takes the cake without question. The owners Bill and Tabitha are two of the most involved owners Ive ever seen, they make it a priority of getting to know each and every one of their members as individuals and not just clients or customers; as well as busting their backsides to make sure their gym is in the best shape possible. One thing they hit out of the park was their staff who became more than just a greeter or the trainer in the far office. These people would go out of their way to get to know you and help you in any way shape or form, whether thatd be advice in the gym or listening to how your day went theyd do whatever they could to help you out. In addition to having an exceptional staff here their equipment is second to none, from the dumbbells to the treadmills each piece of equipment is up to date and well maintained. This brings me back to the staff, who if they werent busy helping or talking to someone they would have a bucket and a mop or rag in hand cleaning something which made the gym look brand new regardless of what time of the day it was. Overall if you are looking for a great place to start or continue your fitness goals and want to feel like youre part of a bigger family I would highly recommend stopping in and checking out this Anytime Fitness!
