I wanted to have my septic tank pumped as more of a preventative maintenance instead of waiting until there was a problem. So when a recommended septic service company in Southport refused to return 4 of our calls, we became frustrated and decided to look elsewhere. I am so glad we did!We called Parker Septic and was able to get a service scheduled about 10 days out. The price is cheaper than the others, costing just $325.The technician who came out to perform the service was Corey. He was very professional, friendly, and answered many of the questions I had about the service. He even offered some tips and suggestions on how to keep my septic system in good working order. What I think I was most impressed with, was his careful removal of the grass on top of the tank. After the service was finished he was able to place the grass back like puzzles pieces and with very little disturbance to my lawn.I would recommend Parker Septic to anyone looking for Septic tank service..and make sure to request Corey as he did a fantastic job! Amazing company and employees. Even though it started raining several times during the install, they stayed hard at it and knocked it out. Passed inspection the first time. Would recommend to ask my friends and family. Great job !!!

The worst experience. Even with morning appointment that we made in advance, waited for them all day long (took off day at work) and after 8 hours waiting we left house and they finally came but, of course, there nobody at home. And when you call to the office to find out they will tell you that you need to reschedule again in a week. Wonderful, best work people.P.S. Far from the truth. This is not at all 10 am as you wrote, please see for yourself and dont judge clients. And yes, clients were waiting for you from morning to 3 p.m.

I guess there is another Parker septic that people are leaving bad reviews for here, but in Panama City Beach the Parker septic did a fantastic job. Seems this company is just money hungry. They did a pump out and inspection on a septic, noted on the inspection that the inlet device was off and in the bottom of the tank and would need to be re installed. I called to see what they would charge to fix the “problem” they found. The lady was very unhappy and told me she wasn’t sure if they would even want to fix it. I told her so basically you just want to sell a new system. She said she would call me back, and which she did and told me that they could fix it for $450. What an absolute joke! I understand all businesses have to make money but come on. Good customer service would have been to call when they inspected it and said this is wrong and we can fix it while we are here for x amount “reasonable amount” and carry on. Will not use or recommend!

No stars is what I would give, but in order to post-I had to give it one star. We called to see if they could come out that day(out sewer was backing up in house), which they were booked, so we scheduled it for the next morning. So I took off work the next day, and NO ONE showed up. I called and they said that they couldnt get to me. They NEVER called to let me know that they were not coming. I had to call them and I lost a days work. Poor business practice, very unprofessional. Would not use them. NO communication and failed appointments.

This place is another example of the local business absolute joke, come out to one of my customers new builds charge around 1000 to look at it and complete the plans and permits for it. Now we are ready for it to get installed and they realize they put the tank in the driveway and right in the trees that were there. now want to charge 850 to redo there mess up which owner was going to pay but obviously wasnt happy. Now, a few days later she gets letter saying they wont do it her septic which is now holding up my job and the owner from getting into her house. Its an absolute joke, I am a GC and Im definitely going to be telling all my buddies and customers to stay away from them. Im not perfect and I make mistakes but Ill always make them right no matter what the cost of it is.

Great company and great price. We had to, unexpectedly, call on their services and feared the worse both work and cost wise. The cost was the best in the area and the work was done promptly and quickly. Given we have a 30 year old tank, the guys that turned up explained how to keep it working properly for a long while to come.If you need your septic tank tended to, I would highly recommend Parker.

I have had several companies pump out my septic tank over the past 22 years. I can honestly say that Parker Septic is by far the best company; from scheduling my appointment to the technician coming to my house. I was blessed to have Caleb as my technician. He is very knowledgeable and takes to answer any questions. If you need your septic tank pumped, this is the company for you.

Called about needing a quote to have my septic system replaced on a Tues and the very next day Mr. Parker himself was at my house to talk over what needed to be done and to give us a price. It was the best price we had received over all the other septic companies in the area. We will be using them to have system replaced. Mr. Parker was very professional and courteous. I will highly recommend his company to everyone.

After poking around the yard for 20 minutes, they couldnt find my septic and charged me a $200 service charge. Should have been told that was my responsibility when I scheduled the service.

Please note that this company is in Panama City Fl. Some of these reviews are from other cities in south Fl. and other states. They wrote a review for the wrong company. We had this company pump out our septic just a few days ago and they were just great. We are now going to have them redo our drainage system because it is 22 years old. Mr. Parker came out to see what needed to be done before we started and we need to cut down a number of trees before he can get started. Hate to lose some of the trees but it has to be done. He knows what, how, and where to get the job done.

This review is for Parker Septic in Panama City, FL. Called this company on 3 different occasions in August to get a price on a new septic system. Each time I called I spoke with the lady who answers the phone, Donna I believe her name was. Each time I was told that Mr. Parker would come out and give me an estimate. Needless to say after 3 phone calls, I figured out that no one was ever going to get back in touch with me! After that I called another company that gladly came out and is going to install my new system. I guess Parker Septic does not need my business or money.

I called for a septic pump out and they came the next day. They called the morning of to confirm and gave me a 2 hour window. They then called about 15 mins before arriving within that 2 hour window. The 2 men were very nice and quick with their work. I have zero complaints.

Another company recommended new septic tank and lift pump ($10k+). Parker Septic checked problems, showed us what actually needed to be done (new drain field ($4k). Over 5 years ago and we have not even needed tank pumped. Great company and great service!

This company is one of the worst I have used in the area. On three different occasions Ive had a negative experience with them. Sometimes they just dont show up at all and claim that they did. Sometimes they show up, say they pumped and your septic tank needs pumped again in 7 days. When you have another company pump it they tell you that whoever did it before did not do it at all. Proceed with caution. It will be a waste of your money. You can also see that Mike Parker replies to all of these negative reviews claiming theyre false. Any smart person would say that many negative reviews mean something. The only positive ones he has are from people with the last name of Parker.

The gentleman that came out was very nice and knowledgeable, he found out we had a constant flow of water from one of our toilets into the tank. We didnt even know we had the leak since it was coming from the back of the tank on the toilet. Very reasonably priced also.

They called ahead to let me know if their arrival. Their service was fast, friendly, and the price was just as they quoted me on the phone to get my septic tank pumped out. One of the guys even took the time to put our grass back where it was. Excellent!!!

Had some backing up issues with our septic with all the rain as of late. Call these guys on wednesday and they were able to be here Friday morning. They were very professional. And extremely efficient. Not to mention a great price. Didnt even charge to find the lid. Just under an hour and they were all done.Definitely recommend them.

This is the absolute number one septic company for all your needs in bay county, every single person that I met either in office and the ones that came to our house were so professional and extremely friendly.... in less than a week after paying for our septic we have a huge brand new and extremely reasonably priced septic tank in the ground already....we couldnt be happier they got the job done in one day my kids loved watching the big trucks and diggers in our yard and off course love the extra dirt too lol....I cant thank yall enough and well definitely be calling only yall when the time comes to empty it lol

Wouldnt suggest this company to anyone. Paid 157$ for two guys to be here 10 minutes and fix the problem. Two weeks later there is sewage leakage all in my yard where my toddler plays. I call and speak to a very rude receptionist only to get hung up on because she has people in the office to deal with so the truck driver calls me and informs me that its an electric problem. Just to go out there and unplug whats plugged in and plug into an extension cord. So 157$ in the drain to them to only be told that they cant fix it, after they claimed they did and a day ruined from having to deal with whoever answers their phones.

Call parker septic the lady on the phone was very friendly, and I was able to get same day service . very fast and friendly guys.

I hired Parker Septic to install my septic system. When they installed it they put the tank on the opposite side of the yard I requested. I had drawn it out for them so their were no mistakes. This has caused us a lot of problems. The drain pipe is exposed for 10+ feet and ugly, my wife cried. When the inspector was there and checking the soil during installation he discovered Parker Septic had not removed the layer of Spodic he should have. The inspector was really trying hard to find a good spot and did many samples. Finally he said the system would not pass. It was obvious to me that Parker had not removed the spodic layer because every time the inspector removed a sample there was a a black organic layer that was about a foot thick. The inspector kept holding this in his hand and showing it to Parker. Parker took him away from the area to speak to the inspector alone. When he returned the inspector hurriedly took another sample and got in his truck and left. Parker continued with the job. I asked him about the inspection and he said it passed. I contacted the inspection department and they said they would investigate. It was told to me that the re-inspection found it to be marginal or limited but it passed. This re-inspection was after the tank and drain field had been covered and they did not inspect to the depth the original inspector had, they wouldnt go deep enough to fully reach the spodic layer. When it was time for the final inspection the inspector asked me a lot of questions about my job, you could tell he was very curious. He said there had been a lot of secret meetings about my job at the department and it was odd to send a different inspector for the final inspection. Why would you have secret, hush hush, meetings if it were nothing?This is my side of the story and my opinions and you should contact Parker Septic to hear their side of the story before forming your own opinion about this company.

Horrible customer service! As you can see mister Mike Parker responds to every negative review claiming the person is not a client of his. Skeptical I would say at the least.

We have had nothing but problems with Parker Septic and recommend that you avoid them! They took 90 days to repair a septic, forcing it to be pumped twice, then they cut several wires and the sprinkler system in the back yard.

Called Parker Septic today mid-morning with gurgling septic issues and alarm had triggered. They showed up around noon and had to replace a bad pump. Not only were they in and out, they were courteous and smiley. I dont know if I could be so smiley doing what they do. THANK YOU!
