I paid $650. to have a hole left in my yard since Sept. 12, 2021 after beingon the wait list for over 2 months. he replace the pump. Needs to replace lid (he ordererd & has had in weeks) to back fill the hole He left the old pump and filth in my yard. My dog ate the black gunk. I got slightly upset after 5 weeks and he started going off on me. I hung up. He left a message for me to find another person to replace the lid. There are siding workers that need to come, there is a yard service, i have 2 dogs. He called me back for the first time only to abuse me mentally an emotinally and leave my property destroyed. Called this company,I was told to text my info..so I did. Never heard back. I text and called,the guy told me he was busy and would get back to me..still has yet to contact me. All I wanted was an evaluation of my septic system and pump out of a home I just purchased. Home everyone else has better service and communication then I did.

I had them out a year ago because my breaker for the system kept tripping. They did a good job of checking the system and replaced the lift pump. Everything seemed OK till I checked to verify that the alarm was functional. It I was not. They said they would return to fix the problem, but never did. I now have a very wet area above the liquid tank, and have called someone else.

John and John were so friendly. I called on Monday. They came out on Tuesday. Explained everything to us and were in and out in no time.They cleaned up after themselves like they were never here.Even though the sun was warm outside they continued to smile and answered all our questions.The price so more than fair and even cleaned the filter! Filter!? John asked when my tank was put in so he would know if we had a filter. I would have never known... Thats how honest this company is.He checked to make sure everything flowed into the tank before he put the lids back on, which were resealed, and he thanked us for calling.He talked to us about how often to have our tank emptied. I cant be happier. Thank you Superior Septic -Sewer for making this so effortless!We will be calling you again for all our septic and sewer needs. Referrals, oh you better believe it.

I cant say enough good things about this company and John! They are fast, reliable, professional and pleasant to deal with! We had flooding in our bathroom over the weekend, he came early Monday morning, took care of our problem, and even took good care of my dogs that were in the back yard supervising! As a business owner in a trade as well . I would like to totally brag about the owner of this business . I called on a Saturday to the business line, and promptly got a response from him on his personal cell. He walks me through and troubleshooted and gave me about 15 minutes of his time. he went completely and totally above and beyond and talk to me through all of my problems as if I was an old high-school friend who had called him. he assured me that after fixing my leaky toilet that the water level would go down and everything would be fine, but honestly my feelings wouldnt be hurt one little bit if it didnt and I was able to use his services to pump my system. John, the owner, has always made himself available and has been honest and truthful. Just about 2 weeks ago, I told him what was going on with my septic tank and because his truck was in the middle of routine maintenance and couldnt bring it with him, he told me what the problem was and how to fix it myself if I wanted to. He was willing to stay on the phone and talk me through the process and offered to drive over to have a look at it if I wanted him to. I was able to fix the problem just as he described and didnt cost me a penny. That, my friends, is great customer service! Thanks again, John, for being such a good, honest man.

Excellent service. John came out on a friday even though he was pretty busy and helped us make it through the weekend until he could fix our pump problem on monday. If youre looking for a company that is honest and wont sell you on other things to be done for profit, then contact superior.

Per my sisters experience, in her words: On 1/4/16 I hired Superior Septic systems to pump my tank. After a few minutes John came to the door and informed me my tank lid was broken so Id need a new one. At this time he stopped all work(tank still almost to the top) and said it would be completed at the time the new lid was put on, the new lid was brought out a couple of days later on a truck, no pump truck in sight. I asked him about the tank still being full and he said I may need a new drain field. (the drain field was replaced 6 years ago!) He assured me that the water would go down on its on. He was paid in cash for the lid and so called pumping at that time. About a month ago I started having problems with slow drainage in the bathtub (yes, tried drain opener etc.) and when toilet is flushed you hear sounds in all the drains. Two weeks ago I called JOHN at SUPERIOR SEPTIC and he said he would come out and look at it. Did not hear back from him. Yesterday I called and as soon as he heard my name he stated he was busy and would call me back. Guess what, no return call. Today I had my brother call him, he told my brother that I didnt know what I was talking about that he had told me in Jan. that I did need a new field line and that he had pumped the tank completely. Ive had two reputable men that I know check my yard and there is NO sign that my drain field is not working. I feel if he had done his job( pumped the tank ALL the way) in Jan I wouldnt be having this problem.

I had been have issues finding parts or a solution for my ongoing septic problems. ONE, phone call to John and within seconds my month long search for a solution was solved. Superior could have charged me several hundred to come out tear up the yard to fix what I though was a major issue. Instead John gave me a 5.00 fix I could do myself!!Thank you very much John, and yes I ABSOLUTELY stand firm on the lunch offer!!Panama City Beach :)
