Drove all the way across town for an appointment to fix a certain piece that was stated when the appointment was made only to wait for an hour and a half and then them tell me that they had to order the part. It was supposed to be 30 minutes worth of labor and we got no labor so far after being there for nearly 2 hours. My host attempted to be a little bit rude in his text messaging after I was there waiting for an hour but ultimately it wasnt his fault that the part wasnt there. Obviously a breakdown of communication somewhere though.

They are very short handed. We had great service from Patrick our service advisor but they are so shorthanded
