During hurricane Michael, Harry Grizzles office was so easy to deal with. We were quite worried about what it would require to get things back to normal. Thanks to Grizzle and Allstate it was very efficient.

My car suffered cosmetic damage during Hurricane Michael and the original estimate was for about $5700. In order to properly complete the job the cost eventually rose to over $13,000 Allstate stepped up and paid the entire bill (less their deductible).

I do like there service Their staff and leadership is very good. I was with Allstate for a very long time. The only reason I left was the cost of my policy. When my motorcycle premium went from 219.00 dollars to 800.00 dollars. It was time to go. I had no claims or tickets

Service has been good but during Hurricane Michael I was not very happy that my homeowners insurance was wrote through another company. I did know this when I got Allstate Insurance Jeff my agent told me about it did not think it would be any problem. But after Hurricane Michael I now see it would have been better if I deal with my agent instead of another company and then two or three other people dealing with them also I will be checking to see if I can get a another policy through my agent or I will deal with Allstate only
