They said they were too busy to help us.

I got scammed by these guys. I called and asked for the bare minimum coverage and I was told that $60 dollars monthly was the best they could do. I eventually got a hold of Progressive corporate and found out they jacked up my price by nearly double! Absolute scam artists. I hope that guy gets or got fired. Look elsewhere.**Reply to owner:You missed the point. I understand you cant just upcharge, the problem is you guys did not give me the cheapest and most bare minimum coverage that I asked for. And for the year or so I was with you it cost me about $400 extra dollars. You mean to tell me there is no commission for your company for having a more expensive policy? What a joke. When I contacted Progressive they told me I was a step or two above the bare requirements they offer in the state of Florida.You should be aware of what your agents are doing.
