Theyve usually got great rates and the employees are super friendly. The way the corporation makes their rules can cause some drama but all in all theyre great, I just wish there was some kind of loyalty reward as Ive been with direct since I was 17 but they dont do customer loyalty rewards.

This is the worst insurance company my insurance was cancelled and I never received any kind of notice one person claims they sent me a letter and then a another rep said they tried calling me and never sent a letter and then another rep said they never called me either. What kind of business doesnt contact there customers???? They are lucky I had to give them a star because they dont deserve 1
