After 6 months and thousands of dollars in payment, the only thing I received was letter of cancellation for lack of information. The agent did not read our townhouse association documents and found out our coverage was not in effect. They never call or email you back for weeks. I still do not have a refund of my premiums.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT INSURANCEI am thankful that I did not need it!
